I TRANSFER MUMBAI TO KOLKATA. I LIVE IN KHARDAHA, MY NEAR DISTRIBUTOR INDANE OIL(ABHIJIT ENTERPRISE). I MEET TO INDANE OIL MANAGER TALK WITH HIM. THERE ARE TALK TO INDANE OIL DHAKURIA OFFICE, I AM CUSTOMER IS BPCL. NOT NEW GAS CONNECTION OF INDANE OIL, TWO WEEK TO ROUNDING OFFICE TO OFFICE.

EVERY THINGS DOCUMENTS HAVE WITH ME.

It was 9:15AM of June 24th, 2008. I was at Bharat petroleum petrol pump - ASHOK MEENA & Company, Near yaadgaar, Ajmeri Gate, JAIPUR for taking petrol in my Motorcycle(RJ14 ES 8939).
I asked to their employee, SHYAM(as they told) about delivery of petrol of Rs.200.
When he started to filling the petrol, the meter took start from Rs.40....

Can anyone help me on the said subject, i.e. I have seen a Hotel in Bangalore using many LPG cylinders (which is not for commercial use) without having any legal documents or permission. They are using all which has Govt. subsidy. So please advice where can I lodge a complaint against this issue.
