Sir,
I am Alli Sasi . My domestic gas Cyllinder connection details are, Card Serial number 1740618; Customer Number: 7763; SV Number And Date :[protected], 19/11/2004; Distributors code is CC621729 (SREE GOVIND BHARATGAS Agencies, Ferry Road, Moothakunnam). I was booked for a gas cyllinder(refilling) on 21/7/2008, but they didn't supply the cyllinder yet (26/8/2008). I booked for the cyllinder first on 21/7/2008 and after a week (2/8/2008) I called again, but then also they didn't supply the gas cyllinder, after that I called for rebooking on 8/8/2008, 16/8/2008, 18/8/2008, 22/8/2008, 25/8/2008 these days, And each and every time they said, "TOMMORROW WE WILL SUPPLY THE CYLLINDER". And they cheat me for 35 days. Please admit my request

    DEAR SIR,

    WE ARE TAKING CYLINDERS THRU UR DEALER M/S PON KALIAMMAN AGENCY, GANPATHY, COIMBATORE.

    I BOOKED FOR MY CYLINDER MORE THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE. STILL THEY ARE NOT SUPPLY TO ME.

    THIS IS NOT ONLY FIRST TIME. PAST 7, 8 MONTHS WE R FACING THIS PROBLEM

    WHENEVER WE TRY TO BOOK OUR ORDER, JUST THEY KEEP THEIR TELEPHONES ON IDLE STAGE, AND ALWAYS IT'S BUSY.

    KIDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIATLY.

    Sir,
    I have to say that I am the customer of “Bharat Gas” under "Surya Gas Agencies, Sipri Bazar, Jhansi – 284 003 (U.P.)" & my consumer No.7706. I have not get gas in a time. I have reminding him many times after booking that please delivered the gas but I can not get. I have not get gas which is booked on[protected] till yet after that reminding several times but there is no response received. The staff said that we send today or tomorrow but there is no sending. I complaint to S.O. Mr. Rohilla on 4th March, 5th March & 6th March, 2009 and the reply received from him was just disgusting. We expect that he is getting salary to exhaust his duty and to work in public interest.
    I request you to take a serious action against "Surya Gas Agency, Sipri Bazar, Jhansi and also against Sales Officer Mr. Rohilla.

      There has been rediculous delay in delivery of gas cylinder for Pimple Saudagar area. It takes around a month for delivery of gas from the concerned delivery man of this area. He is getting caught selling cylinder for black but no action has been taken in this regard.

      Hi

      I would like to bring forward the way the local Kodihalli ( Bangalore ) Bharat Gas distributor has been dealing. Bharat Gas is known for its prompt service but this buy has been an utter nonsense in the name of Bharat Gas.

      I have requested for a transfer of my connetcion from Hyderabad to Bangalore ( the local vendor being the Kodihalli branch, i approached them ) and it has been 20 days now. In normal circumstances, it should happen then and there itself with whatever documents they need, but they have been making me run behind them since last 20 days and everytime I call them I am asked to call back after 2-3 days. Being disgusted, if I bump to the branch, I am commiting a big crime, because that's the way they talk, they behave.

      Tell me in what way you can help me in this democracy.
      I agree with Gaurav. Their service is pathetic. You are lucky if you get cylinder even after one month of submitting cylinder request. They don't care even if we complaint...
      yes pimple saudagar area faces a lot of difficulties in terms of gas supply...bharat gas is a big thief
      I have never seen a more shabby display of customer care... The distributors (Sandesh Gas Agency, Pimpri) assume that once if you tell them the delivery should be on a weekend, then it implies that all deliberies are on weekends... off late the weekend delivery is non-functional so they aren't even delivering on weekdays cause we mentioned once that the delivery should be on a weekend... The counter people are absolutely oblivious to manners and how to talk properly... you call them to complain and they straight forward hang up on you... If this is customer care then i guess bharat gas should just chuck the idea of doing well in this area, out the window...
      This is a great opportunity for private players like Reliance gas ...

        I've many complaints about the services provided by Mira Road Bharat Gas Distributor.

        1. The agency has provided 5 Tel nos. to their consumers but all of them are busy always. If, luckly I make a booking for refilling a cylinder, it does not get delivered on time. If I enquire about the delivery, the help desk person does not speak gently and try to cut the phone as soon as possible.

        The agency has provided 4 Tel nos. to their consumers but all of them are busy always and if that is connected then nobody is picking up the phone. If, luckly I make a booking for refilling a cylinder, it does not get delivered on time.If I enquire about the delivery, the help desk person does not speak gently and try to cut the phone as soon as possible. And the another thing is when I am asking for book the second cilinder they have always replying that, come after two months, this is already happened 4 times with me.
        I don't know what the heck do they do with the phone line. I went to the booking office checked that the receiver of phones were kept properly on the phone, still when i tried to call on those numbers, being in the office it said that the numbers are busy, though non of the guys sitting there received any call nor were busy on line. These guys really don't care about the customers time and money value. And if by luck the phone gets connected they do not even bother to pick it up and answer the call.

        Yes this is very true, I am tryin to book my cylinder for last 2 months, I booked it by visiting the agency shop at the end.
        I called there office from there entrance and phone was ringing and no - one was picking it up, so i asked why the phone was not picked up, and told the lady that i was checking how you people handles phone calls, On that reaction from all the 3 operators was very rude.
        this is fact that they dont care for costomers atall.

        I stay at Mira rd and Since a year i have to go to the office OF BHARAT GAS for booking of cylinder...
        The telephone lines are constantly Busy during the working time...
        Moreover the ladies staff working there are very rude and dont care a damn for the customers...

        I too agree with the above complaint as I too am facing the same problem that we keep on trying to call 2-3 numbers are always busy and 1 or 2 though ringing are not being picked up and I have land up doing the booking by visiting the shop. There we find the ladies busy talking to each other without bothered to pickup the phones which are ringings and when asked y the phone is not being picked a rude reply. I feel though all the above complaints are being put up here from very long the same situation exist till date and no action is being taken place. Its better to replace the ladies to a male staff handling the calls or keep a separate person to pickup the calls and handle the customer or the ladies to be seated separately or with a partition in between them

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          I am having Bharat Gas Connnection consumer code 18449 in Chennai.I had never got problems when I had this connection in my native place Jharkhand and even in Bangalore.I had transfered the gas from Bangalore to Chennai last year.Now this agency is asking for rashan card to book the gas cylinder, and when I gave my native town rashan card, they are not accepting it and saying if you are not going to produce TamilNadu rashan card next month, we will cancel the connection.They are not giving the proper guidance also, When I asked for alternative solution.I cannot remove my name from rashan card which I am having now and they are saying to remove your name from the rashan card of your native place and apply fresh rashan card in Tamilnadu, if not we are not going to book gas cylinder for you.I am in big trouble now.I am staying in chennai currently as a bachelor and I am facing lot of difficulties while communicating to bharat gas agency peoples.Kindly look into matter seriously and give me some proper solution what to do? I am eagerly waiting for your response.Kindly do the needful.

          Im here to complaint abt the velachery bharath gas agency, in this agency im not getting proper reply.These guys when ever i go, they are asking for rashan card, even my wife is working as a Government employee, i showed her ID card, they are not providing.Once they accepted saying we need to buy a grinder or 3 burner stove for that.i even accepted for that, when i go there for the next time, they use to say, now they are not providing anything, we need to come nxt month.Like this they are keep on telling.Kindly take this as a serious issue, and work on it.im affected for the last 4 months.
          stupids who have given permission for this agency which is always indulging in corruption selling domestic in black market and this bharat gas is an idiotic organisation and still online booking not available for chennaites

            Hi,

            My husband had applied for a new connection on 19/01/2008 & till date we have not got any response as they keep telling us that no new connections are being issued currently.

            We are hence buying LPG (Bharat Gas) from a local supplier & these cylinder do not last more than 10 - 12 days.

            I have applied for new connection of Bharath gas in Sree narayana gas agency vadakkenchery, palakkad dist, kerala state on 2008 onwards, they were no sent any information to me about connections.I went to the agency office they said the connection already passed, if you want connection will give but will purchase compulsory from our agency a product iron box, gas stove, pressure cooker etc.what I can do in this matter?where is go to complaint?

                The worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. They don't provide coneection and refillled gas-cylender timely. They deceive consumers by telling lies and behave in a bad-way. Uttarayan Gas Servic treats consumers as it is making mercy to us.

                  I had booked the cylinder on 12 February 2009 and yet the gas cylinder is not delivered. Almost its one month now, its really frustrating and annoying.
                  I had visited to your office and also calling your executives daily. But the commitment that you give on the phone is not met.

                  This is the first booking after shifting to the new residence. If first impression of your service is so much annoying then it becomes difficut to continue with your services.If you cannot provide proper services then let me know the way to transfer the connection to a different vendor.

                  Same problem I have, I stay in kothrud, and have applied for connection in Warje. The agency says it's not available since 4 months, and they are not sure when it will be available.It's confusing, agency should clarify on it.

                  Bharat Gas — Getting New connection

                  I new booked connection with Bharat Gas, Myapur, Hyderabad, AP during the month of May 2009. Booking number is 1969. They said within two months, i will get connection. I was frequently contacting frm the third month. Two weeks before only, they said new gas connection available, i asked them what is the deposit amount, they said 5000. I asked them split up, they are not ready to give. And also they are saying, i must get the gas stove also for getting new connection. Their response is worst.

                    I have booked a new cylinder on 4th of August. But still not I have received it. When I have given call to the Agency at this number[protected] they told me that the delivery boy returned back as the House was locked. But no body was out from my room from that day till date only because of this. The name of the delivery boy of that Area from the Agencey is "CHARAN SINGH".

                    sub: Regarding the delivery of gas cylinder for our area.

                    sir,
                    We are using Bharat Gas since two years. My cust no:10150. Since from the past four months we are facing delay in delivery of gas cylinder. Nearly it takes 20-25 days. We make a call to the distributor daily. But they told to delivery it in an hr. But it was not like this. Even though we are using double cylinder we suffer a lot. Pls try to deliver as early as possible to avoid dissatisfaction of customer.
                    I am very annoyed and angry with the Bharat Gas Service in Greater Kailash I have booked the gas on 20 January, 2009 and till date no gas has delivered to us. We are continously following up these people by dialing their phone number but they are not picking or engage their phone numbers. We have a small children inthe house one can understand the problem that without gas it is very difficult to manage from20 days . Their phone number are 26567772/26567558. The gas is over with in 15-20 days . We have complained them so many times but still the delivery boy never brings the weight machine with them. By complaining them about the non picking of phone they start shouting on us. please do the approprite action with them

We have booked the gas on 22-Jun and still we are waiting for the cylinder. When we contacted the agency, they replied that, there is no booking and booked the gas freshly on 09-Jul.

                    Please look into the same as the attitute of the gas agency person is very bad and they do not even talk properly. If cylinder get emptied early, they refuse to book the gas

                    Please help in the matter

                      Hi,
                      Demo Gas Agency in Jhilmil is providing cylinders with water filled in it. My consumer ID is 13897 and the cylinder that I was provided from the agency has water in it. Almost every time the cylinder lasts for about a month. This time it got over in less than 20 days. I later found that the cylinder contains water in it. I called up the agency to lodge a complain and the person on the other side was reluctant to give his name in spit of my insisting a number of times.

                        Dear sir,
                        I had booked for a cylinder on 23.07.2008 . Its more than 40 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Raj gas agency, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered. There is very poor response and guilty answer from them. Please take necessary action to regularise it. I want one request to the Bharat Gas Agencies, to give advise to follow the proper displaying of the rules and regulations, and how many days wants to weight etc.
                        Open display is necessary. That will avoid the confusion of the customer and also misusing of the agencies. Sorry for the previous complaint the date wrongly mentioned as 23-08-08 for 23-07-08.

                            I have booked for a new connection one month ago with shriram gas agencies in Kalamboli in Navi Mumbai.Inspite of my repeated requests the new connection has not been issued to me till date.When asked they claim that Bharat Gas has blocked all the new connections.

                            On 2nd of Aug 2008 I had applied for new gas connection at Bharat Gas distributor (Ratan Enterprises, Near Kalewadi Phata, Pune-17), but till today they have not issued the same. I have already submitted the required documents to the distributor at the time of application. I am totally fed up making follow ups with the distributor

                            And also they are saying, Once approved I need to pay arround Rs 5000/- for single cylinder connection (Mandatory to buy Stove, Lighter......)

                            Please help me to sort this out.

                              M/s.Shivam Gas Services, 51-52, Rambalramnagar, Ahmedabad - has been charged Rs. 40/- vide receipt no. 8395 dated 24.06.08 against installation inspection charges for [protected]. They have informed us that we had to pay Rs.40/- compulsorily for booking gas as inspection charges other wise we can not book the gas. But till date, nobody has responded for the inspection (availability at residence was also informed). I would like to know that why no one turned up for the inspection even after taking the charges.

                              236 rs for 5 year compulsory inspection. But the mechanic named 'Udit Rai' only signed the reciept and filled information without any real inspection.
                              That means inspection worth 236 rs has been only done on paper.

                                Hi,

                                I am from Navi Mumbai. I had called and Booked for delivering a cylinder for my customer ID at my address on 30th July 2010.

                                Today is 12 th August 2010. Till today I am yet to get the cylinder delivered. I have started reminding them over phone on daily basis since 5th August but no improvements. Also today I called and told them that it is past last 12 days i m waiting. They told it will be delivered today. Let me wait and watch .

                                  This is regarding the above subject as i have applied 4-5 month back for gas connection at Nutan Gas, Hiran Magri, Sec-11, Udaipur and after too many efforts I have received one cylinder, one gas pipe and gas but still i have not received regulator. I am continue follow-up from 4-5 month but every time the distributor is saying company is not issuing us regulator whenever we will received will call you. Can I know how much time required for delivery of regulator and when company will send the same to distributor.
                                  Also I have paid extra money to distributor. My connection no is 15393 as per receipt.
                                  One more thing which i have forget I have also not received the documents after tacking of this connection.

                                      Advaith Petrol Bunk, No:3,
                                      100ft Ring Road, 16th Main,
                                      1st Phase, B.T.M.Layout, Bangalore-76


                                      Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks like credit card payment, do you need bills, or sometime even by talking about the price or quality of Speed petrol.

                                      While talking, one of them will obstruct customer's view asking multiple times that how much petrol you need (example Rs. 500) and meantime person who is filling the petrol will clear the meter and start putting the petrol. You will just hear a click sound and the meter will show Rs.100.

                                      When asked why he had put only for 100, he will then reset the meter to 0 and put for 400.

                                      This has happened many a times to me and with my friends and colleagues!

                                      Growing suspicious, when I started arguing why the second person did not consult me before putting the petrol. They agreed to put for Rs.100 more after showing the reading for Rs.400.

                                      This confirms that no petrol went in for Rs.100 the first time.

                                      Seeing that this has happened not only with me, not at this pump only and coming to know through internet that it has been regularly happening around the country, all I can understand is it is not all good at BP’s end, either you all are involved in this dirty tactic or you are turning a blind eye towards it- but you are responsible for it.

                                      Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks and when i asked them to fill 5 Ltr, they filled only 1 ltr then again i told i asked u to fill 5 Ltr. then they told sorry sir and again obstruct my view asking multiple times that how much petrol you need and they filled 4 ltr without reseting the meter. Then i argued them u filled only 4 ltr. they were not agreeing and i cannot able to prove also. but i came to know by looking my bike's petrol meter. This was happened for me twice and now am not filling petrol from that pump.
                                      I have also been cheated by the petrol pump staff in the same manner. This is the incident of Petrol pum near wadia college, pune. I asked them to fill the petrol of Rs 200. What has happend that the person front to me has take petrol of Rs 100. Instead of starting the meter from 0 they contimued it from 100. When I said that they have only filled the petrol of 100. They said I can check it. How can we check the petrol if it is filled in the bike. When I told them that I will comlain to the manager of the petrol pump, i was responded that I can complain anybody. When I looked for the petrol pump manager, he was not availbale. I was told by some other staff that the manager comes only from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is my office time and I can't be there at this time. I went two more times at the petrol pump to meet the manager after my office time but couldn't find him.
                                      Why such staff are recruited at the petrol pumps and why no senior staff is present there to listen the complaints.

                                      I would like to mention that there are some good staff members too, who fill petrols honestly.

                                        i m residing in mohan garden uttam nagar and my gas agency is delhi gas, my gas connection no. is 12201 in uttam nagar and the ph. no. of agency is [protected], i booked my cylender on 8th august 2008 by 1217 but no responce came from their side when i again reach there for enquiring about cylender on 14 th august 2008, then they told me it will reach within 2 or 3 days. but it will reach us finally on 24 th august 2008. it means it takes 16 days for delivery of one cylender. and the behaviour of agency member is too rood . and the big problem for booking of cylender is agency member did not pick ph. so please look in to the matter and take proper step as soon as posible.

                                        My brother Mr Premadasan MP (address follows) was issued with a single Cyl gas connection bearing cosumer Sl No 3499, SV No[protected] Dt 24 Mar 2000 by U/M Gas Agency. As on date he has Not (R) Not been issued with a second Cyl even after a lapse of almost 09 Years. Our repeated querry for non issue of second Cyl, the Gas agency is always comming up with one or the other excuse and is now giving a deaf ear to our requests. You may kindly advise the procedure in helping us get the 2nd Cyl and also let us know the waiting period in getting the due Cyl. It is understood that a period of 09 Yrs is too long to get a DBC connection as compared with gas agencies of other companies in adjoining areas. You are requested to varify the facts and a reply may please be furnished to my E-Mail address at the earlist.
