There is a big problem of LPG gas distuitons in meerut.
Ahauwaliya gas agency,godown is situated on merrut-baraut road.Godown distubutor Mr.Danpal singh, sale all of cylinder in black rates. You can see all of cylinders placed in gas shops.
Normal peoples faces many problems .
please take as soon as possible

Bharat LPG gas — undue shifting of retail agency

I am residing at sadashiv peth , earlier lpg cylinder was available at B K gas ,narayan peth pune, it was centrally located outlet for reviewing .but now agency shifted to Rajopadhya gas at mitramandal ,parvati, pune which is far away from our place . and the customers are also large in numbers there

    i am from bangalore my consumer number is 26649
    i have single cylinder i book on time but delivery is pathetic
    my booking wil go to some one agency is not able to trace delivery boys wil misuse but our madam enterprises agency staff is involved no one is properly response to my complaint please take proper action regarding misusing bookings

    Dear Sir,
    I am working Reliance communication & transfer from Delhi to Pune & Your Delhi Dealer are issue the transfer voucher & take the cylinder & Regulator but in Pune city Your Dealer on Sinhgad road told me we wants confirmation from Delhi Dealer on letterhead or you submit the paper & we shall courier the documents for confirmation & charges are paid by customer & taking apprx. One month for this process. In Delhi we were deposit the cylinder & regulator & what can we do for our child. transfer voucher on bharat gas format & printed & confirmation receipt is not accepted by your dealer. They wants only confirmation after transfer voucher confirmation is required?????

    only two option
    1) Take the leave in ofice i'll go to delhi & take the confirmation
    2) we will stay in hotel continuously & paid Rs. 1,500/- per day.

    please suggest

    in your ad or your website shown your service. This is your service. one dealer refuse the other dealer's transfer voucher.
    I am a customer of Bharatgas and i have the problem of not getting the gas in time.Unfortunatly my gas connection is with Sachin Gas Agency,Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.I booked the gas on 6.11.2007 and till date(23.11.2007) they haven't delivered the gas.They are not responding the grevences of the custmers.Un proffessional and irresponsible attitude of the staff and telling lies to the custmers is their behaviour.I hope that this will help me!!!!!

    I have Booked Gas Cylinder on 24.11.2007 with Umika Gas Agencies, in Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110015.But their rude on telephone make us to write compliant to you. So, many calls have been made to the Agency but they are not able to provide cyclinder. Please take necessary action and save us from the torching behaviour and ensured for better improvements further
    i have apply for new LPG gas Cylinder at Jagrti gas service NEAR DAV HIGH SCHOOL KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON(PH NO[protected], 2329675) on 23-12-07 and cancern person MR SRI RAM TOLD ME cylinder will be provide with in one week but after one week i visted there he once agan told me his person will be visit in my place and after verification he will procide the process but till now nobody visit at my place and mr sri ram and his staff member not responding properly in phone also im feedup with all these things. my residance address is register there as house no 575 sector 10A gurgaon.
    Most pathetic service you can ever get..... Every time I have made a call to their help desk they promised me that a refilled cylinder would be delivered the same day... It never happens... You ring them the next day, the you get to hear the same 'shameless' statement again. They are rude as well. We have 2 cylinders, I order for the replacement cylinder exactly on the due date and still my mom has to go searching for the guy who delivers the cylinder requesting him to deliver it soon... I have complained to '[protected]@bharatpetroleum.in', does not work at all. I have to reply in 2 days saying that they are investigating on the issue, after that no response for repeated request for an update... Is there any body who looks in to this. What is the correct channel to escalate this so that all the lazy people who work for Bharat gas fired.
    I too face very poor response from SHARAVAN Gas Agency, CBI ROAD, GANGANAGAR, BANGALORE (tel nos: +[protected]/23337393/23430444/[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking, I simply cannot. I am sick of calling them, Its around 3:00PM, 28th JAN 2007, I made around 5-6 calls, I was able to get the ringing tone for long but nobody picks it up.

    I have been observing this behaviour from pas 1+ year consistently. I have been using services from past 5+years. Their all phone-lines are busy all the time. And if I am lucky to get the ringing tone, nobody picks up, sometimes I make repeated calls continously... and no body picks up. Personally, more than twice, I visited and complaint that why they don't pick up the phone, I get a simple answer that they were busy on other phones. This is Bull , if you don't have adequate staff why do you have soo many telephone lines then?

    Why is Bharat Gas increasing the burden on these poor small agencies if they cannot handle a spurge in number of consumers of a given location/area.

    CAN BHARAT GAS give more agencies/increase the number of agencies? I feel the existing one's are not giving proper service.
    I booked my Connection No. 27150 on 24th January 2008 till date I not received my cylinder. Today I Contacted My Gas Agent i.e. Anand Gas Agency. they said that today it will deliverd. But at Evening 6.36 PM situation is same.
    I am also a consumer registered with Rashmi Gas Agency, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore (tel no: +[protected]/02).
    Fed up with their non-delivery, I tried calling up on their manager's number (+[protected]. The number rings, but no one picks up.
    I seriously feel that Bharat gas should conduct some quality checks on its agencies.
    I have Booked the gas on 24.1.2008 but till date we have not received the cylinder

    today i seen the agency people give cylinder to some people who is booked on 31/01/2008 or bokked on 04/02/2008 in same location same chawl

    Please advice to me how i get my cylinder in time every booking.

    I face very bad service by GOURI ENTERPRISES MAHNAR(Ph.[protected]I booked for reffiling syllynder on 31st JANUARY 2008.Till today the syllynder was not deliverd by agency.
    I try on phone but not response.Recipt is not giving & 304/.rs. takening by agency,no home delivery.
    Please querry the matter & take nessasary action & reply me.

    I am Zahida from new Delhi,There is is gas agency -Rohit gas agency,142,first floor shiva market madhuban chowk,pitam pura delhi.They are black stock broker of gas cylender,this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylender at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas.When I reach agency office to give a request of my address change so the staff of agency denied to change my address into there record and all of the staff scolded me and abused me,when I said that if you will not change my address so I will go to the the consumer court.One lady was sitting over there said to me that do whatever you like to do we have many politician connection and you can not do any thing and our agency can't be terminated whether we black market the gas and you can't prove it and we will not change your address,in future we will book cylender on your consumer number and black marketed your cylender ok if you can do something so do it,we do not bother.
    Kindly help me in this regard and enquer about the same and take neccessary and urgent action against the said agency.I am waiting for your possitive reply.Reply soon and give me the suggetion for future that from where i get the cylender for the next month.

    This is bring to your notice and immediate action against one of the Bharat Gas Agency(Sri Raksha Gas Agency, Hebbagodi, Bangalore). i have a single cylender and when asked for the 2nd cylender, they are simply saying that they stopped giving the same and no one is ready to speak anything else. when i spoke to customer care of Bharat Gas agency(MG Road, Bangalore, Tel:[protected],[protected], they said, i should be given the 2nd cylender and he(Mr.jaya surya) said he will speak to the distributor regarding the same. but even now the distributors are not at all accepting the application for the cylender.

    Service from Madam Enterprise Bangalore is worst. Every day i get the same answer 'toay we will deliver' but till date i have not got the delivery. I can't understand why Bharath Gas is not taking any action against this distributor.

    I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 08/06/2010 but yet today 0n 23/06/2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor. they say that the cylinder has been dispatched to you 6days ago. When i told the that we havnt recieved any cylinder show us the delivery signed chalan. they are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder.

    hi i am calling [protected] to book my refill to but it shows wrong number previously i booked on the same number. What wrong going on in bharat gas. Is there any other option to booking coz the agency persons are not picked the call.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I have already registered for booking of One Gas Cylinder at agency Radha Gas Services {Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli (East), Mumbai 400 083}. At the time of new registration I have already paid the amount around Rs 3,700/-(including all connection material as well as gas stove), but along with this payment an agent kept one option towards me that with this connetcion i have to purchase another domestic items like Pressure Cooker, Basmati Rice ((Dawat 5Kg), Nonsticky pans and Oil etc and I have to pay more for this. It is compulsary to by one item form the above list (as to collect a subsidy from customer for government and Also if the Agency is not selling this domestic product to the customer then the company Bharat Gas will not supply them a gas cylinder in future), rather I will not get the new registration of Bharat Gas Services.

      I did not understand that we are already paying subsidy to government through purchase of Gas Cylinder as we are paying Rs 300/- per cylinder (it includes all taxes & subsidies). Then how the new policy arrived to purchase another domestic product and paid the subsidy to the govenment.

      I never know that the happening policy is off that Agency "Radha Gas Services" or off "Bahrat Gas". But as their is urgent need of mine I accept the conditions and registered myself and also purchased a bag of Basmati Rice worth Rs. 200/-.

      While making the registration agent said that, at the time of Registration of Second gas cylinder i just have to pay 1,300/- rupees more and nothing else.

      Just 15-20 days before again i went to that agancy for Registration of Second Gas cylinder. At this time the agent said that i have to pay Rs. 2,200/- for this again. I was shocked, how can they claim for Rs. 2,200/- instead of taking Rs 1,300/- , the explanation was that Rs. 1,300/- for second cylinder and rest amount for purchase of those above said domestic items (as to collect the subsidy for the government), rather i will not get second cylinder.

      I never know what is the pocily behind this rating. As we are already paying subsidy to the goverenment why this things are happening again and agian. why every time middle class people are frausted by this type of wrong and wrost policies. Who is defaulter in between this either the agent, Barat Gas, Government or middle class families.

      Will have to take some action against this unfair trade plocies. Rather the group of customer will go thorugh media, press as well as consumer court (as they are getting harrased) to conquer all these farud things. As our first option is to make the complaint / request towards Bharat gas Service and if it is not happening then go through the consumer court.

      Could you please explain the policy of this type of subsidy to customer.

      Regarding Gas Connection I am in big trouble in Tiruppur. Actually I have transferred my connection from Noida, U.P. to Tirupur. I have a Transfer Certificate for the same. here in Tirupur I had gone to Gouri Durga Gas Agency and The Manager, named Mr. Verra Raghavan, had told me to submit Ration Card for residence proof. But sir how is it possible? How could I submit the Ration Card of Tirupur at present as it will take time to make a New Ration Card. So I had told him that I will submit Rental Agreement as Residence proof. But he is not agreed to give the Connection.

      I, Ram Kuti s/o Sh.Jagdish Chander am resident of Ahmedgarh Distt.Sangrur (Pb.) and c/o R.K.Confectioners, Opp. New Civil Hospital is having a gas connection in my name and the number allotted to me by the local Bharat Gas Agency was 10209.

      At the time of connection I was allotted only one gas cylinder as our family was a joint family and there was no need for second gas cylinder. Now I am separately residing and my necessities have been increased. So, I am in need of second gas cylinder against my existing connection. The local agency is hesitating to issue the same when I approached to them. Further, they are demanding extra money for the issue of the same. So, you are requested to please instruct the concerned agency and arrange to provide me the second gas cylinder at prevailing prices.

They sent the one man after 1 hour . when he checked the cylinder he said to me we will not change the cylinder and I dailed the number gas agency owner but he did not give any responce. So we are using the gas cylinder in very critical sutation . Right now cylinder is leeking .

      If you do not give the replay then I will give the complaite to center goverment
      and I sent thecompliate already to DFSO

      Dear sir, have already registered my no 3877 for gas cylinder on 17th of jan.2011.
      Today it is 28th and they people are telling still 3 more days to go to get the cylinder .
      There is such a nuisence to talk to people sitting at Radha Gas, Vikhroli East.
      Must say worst service and no co-operation with customers.
      They people even dont reply politely.
      Is anybody there to help me out getting my cylinder as there is small kid in my home and gas is very neccessary.
      IS THERE ANY SENSE COMPLAINING OVER HERE????????????

        As par Bhart gas we will get new connection in 24 hours, and maximum 7 days, However I had requested for new connection as on 4 / 9 / 07 (more than 2 months back) at Ratan Enterprises, Pune.
        Still I had not received any response from your end; I am calling every alternate day for new connection at your branch on paper given by your branch.
        My waiting connection number is 8713, but I don’t know how long I have to wait for new connection.
        As had talk with concern parson (mrs Archna) at Ratan Enterprises, Pune , She said that SV Paper is not delivered to our branch form hade office so we are helpless.
        I had even tried to meet proprietor of Ratan Enterprises, Pune. mrs Dr anita kamble, but she hardly come to office and I never meet her as an when I go to office.
        Please help me for the same. Form last two months myself, my wife and my 9 month older daughter is eating outside.

        dear sir we dont have a rashion card but we gave a application for a rashion card on 12/09/2007 up to now we dint get that rashion car sir
        i to have a major problem with the gas agency near poona colleage,the gas is booked and they tell that the gas will come within 15 days and still the gas has not turned up, the last time the gas was booked in the mounth of dec07 and gas was sent in the mounth of feb08, when we phone them they tell that the gas will come by next week, we any how manage with out the gas.is their any way we can take any legal action against them...
        I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. Please suggest if anyone is aware of any Honest dealer in Pune around Viman Nagar area who can give the connection.

        My consumer no is P50096 in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) Pune.
        I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

        We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

        This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.
        Ours is also case with same Pragati Enterprises, alandi road (vishrantwadi. we have given our request for new connection on 03/10/2009. but after 2 and half month still we haven't got connection, when called them they say don't have regulators and so cannot give connection. Not sure when they finally will give connection. Every tim they say regulators will come next week or so, this is going on every time we call them.

          my father giving an application for nuw connection bharath gas 5 th sept 2007 .the bharth gas agent( pooladikkunnu,calicut, kerala Ph:[protected]) still yet not giving connection . in my enquiry it is observed that lot of people those giving application after me got connection.while iam asking to the manajer he said to me that i[censored] give 1500 to me i will give connection to u otharwise u cant get it

          The Bharath Gas Agent in Kannur (ANI GAS AGENCIES,P.O.Chirakkal,Kannur-670011) take nore than 30 days to deliver the gas to consumers.

          I (K.V.Afsath,Bismillah Manzil,Athazhakuunu,P.O.Kottali,Kannur-670016.Ph No.[protected]with consumer no.11470)booked the gas through telephone on 03 October2007 (No. 1427), and not yet (18 November) delivered even after more than 20 reminders since now. They have been this practice last one year. Distance between agency & our house is 3 km,but they are charging Rs.320 for delivery including the vehicle charge..Within 5 kms,they should only charge the money for gas.We do not know whom we have to approach to make them speedy delivery.They are behaving very rudely while calling them to remind.We request to take immediate action against them.

          I face the same problem with the vendor CITY GAS, in salt lake Kolkata. They insist that if I don't buy the burner they won't give me a new connection. Additionaly they demand an amount of Rs:2085. Please help.
          In Gulbarga, we are not receiving gas immediately, if he is not properly distribute gas change the dealership, When ever we ask Dealer told shortage but daily he supplies….!!!
          After getting new cylinder, After 20 days only he accepts our number and send cylinder after another 20 days.
          Deputy Commissioner Gulbarga, 2 times warned then also he is not distributing properly, Please look in to matter and change the dealership, Mehata’s stomach already filled

Distance between agency & our house is 3 km,but they are charging Rs.320 for delivery including the vehicle charge..Within 5 kms,they should only charge the money for gas.We do not know whom we have to approach to make them speedy delivery.They are behaving very rudely while calling them to remind.We request to take immediate action against them.

          Sir in Gulbarga the situation is still the same infact worse then what it used to be. we have to wait for over a month after giving the order for a new cylinder. Since changing to another dealer is a cumbersome process, people are looking forward to change but the company as well as the dealer both are heedless to complaints. In my view the company official and the dealers both are corrupt and bribed. Bharat gas is the worse HP IS good comparing to BP. Its a shame on such a multibillion company. We are just fed up!!!

          I too agree with the complaints, there is irregular supply of gas cylinders to the consumers, viz my con no is 4463 with savita gas agency booked cylinder on 10.11.09 and they given me waiting no as 40 till 25.11.09 savita gas has not supplied the cylinder to me for this I have phoned them four times but the did't get the cylinder, the concerned authority should take necessay acion for such lapses

            This is to inform that a lady Named Navamani, residing in the Agriculture quarters situated in Gobi main road, 0f sathyamangalam working in Noon Meals centre as Aaya is continuously abusing the domestic Liquid petroleum gas by lending and selling the filled cylinders up to Rs.500/- to the owners of the
            Two wheelers and cars and omni vans and etc. Since there is a deficiency in supplying the domestic gas we the customers are suffering without getting the refilled gas in time, for which the reason likewise the women abusing the domestic gas and selling to the vehicles and earning a lot. In this juncture I request to take necessary appropriate speedy action and inspect where she’s residing about of 8pm to seize the connection itself and render justice.

              this looks very insulting for me as well as the company firm why the delay accurs I have booked the refilling cylinder on 02.11.2007 till know no result of changing

                It is to inform you that we are regular customer of bharat gas and our supplier is chand gas distributor,gurgaon. I have complaint that they never attend our phone call.I am in urgent need of gas cylinder and I am calling since 2-3 days..most of the times they are not picking calls and sometimes the number is busy.. we are suffering lot.. We call atleast 20-30 times daily. the other complain is that their cycle is of 21 days for registering for new gas cylinder but they always supply after 25-28 days.. tehy never supply on time ..please look into this matter seriously and try to improve customer service..

                  Respected Sir:

                  I have an LPG sylinder (Bharat Gas) and have been getting it refilled by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur (PO), KERALA. PIN - 678592 (whose DISTRIBUTOR CODE # IS 641767, AND PHONE #[protected]/[protected].) for the past one year.

                  Each and everytime when I contacted them for a refill, after booking the cylinder well in advance at least before 20-25 days, their response is "the cylinder has not been booked, and it will take another one month to get it refilled due to scarcity of the same. My CONSUMER # is 576.

                  Today, when I went to get the cylinder refilled, the person in charge told me that it was only three days ago that the cylinder has booked.

                  And moreover, they says that there is a rule (Dont know whether it is made and implimented by themselves or by the Bharat Gas company itself) that WE CAN BOOK THE CYLINDER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFILL OF THE CYLINDER. I have not heard such a rule in regards to any other LPG companies in India.

                  So, you are requested to do the needful to confirm that whether actually there is such a rule or not because they have not booked my cylinder yet, and for assuring prompt service from their side excluding such delay in future.

                  Bharat Gas Lpg Cylinder — forcing to buy twin stove

                  We went to the dealer of bharatgas,M/s Bhoost Agecy at Gadag in Karnataka for new connection, Hetold us that he will give new one along with twin stove forwhich hewill be charging us Rs.4400/- I want to know is it a rule that on must buy a twin stove with cylender?

                  Bharat Gas/ Gas cylinder refill — Delay in getting refill cylinder

                  For the last few months I have had to face a lot of delay in getting a cylinder refill delivered. After booking there is no sign of the delivery. Phonecalls to the Distributor only result in being put on hold or told the order is 'pending'. No timeframe is given for despatch.
                  I have an elderly patient in the house and have told the Distributor this many times. It is crucial for me to get the cylinder delivered on time.

                  The distributor is BHARAT GAS in south Mumbai and mu consumer number is: 103439

                  I do not wish to complain unnecessarily but this has become a recurring story and is causing a lot of difficulty in managing my patient at home.
                  Please help sort this out once aqnd for all.

                  Bharat Gas — NOT GETTING REFILL CYLINDER

                  I AM NOT GETTING REFILL GAS CYLINDER DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS EVERYWHERE. THE COMPANY SALES MANAGER AND THE AGENCY DOES NOT PICK UP PHONE AND THERE IS NO SYSTEM OF REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. IT IS FRUSTRATION ON ITS PEAK WITH BHARAT GAS. RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND AGENCIES ONLY BUSY IN MAKING MONEY BY PROVIDING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK MARKET IN 24 HOURS OF REQUEST BUT FAIL TO PROVIDE THE SAME EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS OF REQUEST HONESTLY.
                  THE COMPANY IS ALSO BUSY ADJUSTING THE COMPLAINTS WITH FRIVOLOUS REPLIES LIKE WE HAVE ADVISED THE AGENCY TO PROVIDE CYLINDER AND IS NOT SERIOUS IN SOLVING PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMERS. I FEEL BRITISH ERA IS BACK DULY SUPPORTED BY PSUs.

                  Bharat Gas — Poor services - delay in getting refill cylinder

                  Bharat Gas Distributor - Sai Shubham Gas - Ghodbandar Road
                  Complaints...

                  1) Refill request (No. 2647 dtd. 3/8/2011) not serviced till date (21/8/2011)
                  2) All 4-5 Telephone numbers of customer support of distributor remain either busy or no-replied continuously. Neither do they have serviceable email id.
                  3) When luckily we got the contact number answered, executive requested us to visit their depot & collect the cylinder in case o[censored]rgency. This is pathetic, there is room for black-marketing.

                  Is there any SLA for the distributors for answering the phones / supply of refill cylinders ?

                  Await your advise / action please.

                      The Bharat Gas distributer of Brij Viar , Sahibabad , Ghaziabad by the name of Vishnu Jyoti Gas Servioce has a couple of staff members who book the cylender over phone by varifying the connection numner by the caller. This is the procedure thsat they regaulary follow.
                      I had booked a cylender 4 days back when I was told by the booking person that the cylender will be delivered on 08/11/07.

                      Today when I called up the gentleman because I saw a delivery van in front of my home , thinking that the person has come to delivery my cylender..but later on told by delivery man that they so not have any cylender by my name.
                      I called up Vishnu Jyoti Gas service , Brij Vihar..but the person who took the call told very blantanly that my cylender in not in the the booking today and shall be deliverd after a couple of days challenging me that probably my memory is wrong.

                      This is not for the first time this has happened.
                      It is not that cylender is not deliverd but the way they behave..they also differtial money wen i boooked the connection and did not want to take the gas stove...which I had to pay..otherwise i would not have got the connection in time.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I had booked the cylinder on 5th of August 2008 on phone. In response the staff member of the Gas distributors of KPHB colony, Hyderabad, that the cylinders will be delivered within a week. On 16th of August when my husband visited the Gas agency he was being told by the staff members that there is no booking at all on the said date and you do the booking just now and remind us after 3 or 4 days we will deliver the cylinder. Now, one week has passed and the cylinder has not been delivered and the person who was attending the call was talking so rudely that she even went to the extent of saying that you go for the complaints and do whatever you like.
                      kindly resolve this problem.

                        I was staying in South Delhi till last month and had a bharatgas connection. I shifted to East Delhi on july 1 and needed to get a transfer of the connection. I got my transfer papers ready by the Hauz Khas dealer who said I need to take the papers to a dealer in Shakarpur or Mayur Vihar and gave me their phone numbers also. But when I called up, the mayur vihar numbers turned out to be wrong numbers and at Shakarpur the operator was very rude and didn't cooperate. First off all she refused to let me put forward my query and kept asking about my consumer number. when I gave her that and said I need to get a transfer, she talked to me in a way as if I am some illiterate villager who knows nothing about all this and was wasting her time who was so "busy" as she had to attend two other calls also.

                        Now please tell me what am i supposed to do in this situation. I don't even know which dealer would supply gas to my area because no one in the society where I live in has a bharatgas connection. they all use Indane. Do you suggest I also shift to Indane because after the behavior I was meted out on the phone I really don't feel like going to the same office only to be insulted again. And the bharatgas website doesn't have the addresses of all its dealers in the city so that I can contact some other dealer. I will be obliged to get a guidance from this platform.

I have applied for the second connection on 19-June-2008 (#1449) and till now haven't got yet. Whenever I go there to enquire, the lady sitting over the counter talks in a very rude language. They say that they company stopped giving new connections. I have check with other distributors in the nearby area and found that they are providing new conections.

                            I am Santosh Sheelvant, (consumer no:30548)having a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Puspam Gas Agency, Bibwewadi).The problem is this agency always deleviers refill after 8 to 10 days whereas the same gas(Bharat gas distribuitors in city give refilll withing 2 days after booking .(cyclinder refill in city area is refilled within 2 days) & after telling 8 days cyclinder is delivered to 2 to 3 days afterwards.

                            The ladies at the Pusphpam gas counters are very rude & arrogant & have the attitude that the consumer residing in that area cannot do anthing to them .

                            Please help all the consumers who are having gas connection with PUSPAM GAS AGENCY & who can get reffill within 2 days

                            If you are reading this complaint, i want you to take an action against this complaint as well...
                            basically i am a resident of pune and located in kalewadi pimpri pune 411017....
                            bharat gas we are consumers of LPG gas .....every thing i ask him and the delivery boy gives the same answer that the price is different and he literally charge all of the customers INR 350 instead of INR 318.00.....i think think this is ridicules....is it because bharat gas is paying their employees salary good enough......or the managemnet is allowing to charge cust the higher amount......i am talking on behalf of every one in my locality......guys you all need to put this things in action...simply if we calculate .....that delivery boy delivers 25 gas cylinders every day he ll be earning flat 25*30= 750 INR.....been an MNC employee i dont earn so much .....guys we need to stop this ...

                            I am Sudhir.I am also facing the same problem for last few months.I have made booking for the new gas connection at Bharat gas agency on Lane no.6, Adarsh colony, Tingarenagar. in March 2009.Since then whenever I go for the enquiry the Lady sitting on the counter says new connections are stopped .If asked when the new connections will be given, the lady says' can not say' and you will get a call from the agency whenever connections start.At the time of booking I was told connection will be given in 8-10 days.Now it has been more than 7 months.When asked for the waiting No. the lady says they dont have record.I can not believe that they dont have record of the bookings for new connection.Attitude and behaviour of that lady is very rude and non co operative.
                            sab chor hai, if you give more money anything can happen, if we go the right way we have to live with only one cylinder, still there are people with more that than two cylinders and some with no cylinder, it is also understood that they spend 500rs for one cylinder and they give us on subsidised rate of 325 per cylinder, how dose it benefit anyway, the prices of vegetables and groceries are going rocket high so will we stop eating, same way why that bloody subsidy, i would say charge 550 and make profit out of it but please dont say that come after one year of an extra cylinder, please stop givin that bull .

                            I am Ravindra Abhyankar having consumer no 5190 of Rajaram Gas Agency Katraj/Dhankavdi. I had booked my cylinder on 20august 2011 till today has not got the delivery. After each visit the person from gas agency told that it will deliver within two days. I got this answers 2 times when i visited the office personaly. Today when I phone them, the lady from the office told me that the gas refill has been delivered on 26 august 2011 itself. It's rude shock to me as i visited the office of the Rajaram gas Agency 2 times between 5 sep to 18 sep and they never told me that my gas cylinder has been delivered to me ( actually they didn't deliver the cylinder to me) . Its cryctal clear fact that the said delivery of cylinder not reached to me, instead they have given to others, this is a misuse and fraud and cheating from the said gas agency. and when I again personally went to office of that agency they rudely told me to change the agency if I am not satisfied with the service. Its clear case of black marketing and hoarding especially in the fesival seasons and deprive the my right .Also they do not book the gas before 21 days of delivery.                             I am Bhupendra Malviya with consumer no. 52783609 and connection from SHREE MARUTI GAS SERVICE TINGRE NAGAR PUNE. I have placed order to refill the cylinder 15 days back and still did not receive the cylinder. When enquired about this the lady told that they have stopped delivery in Dighi area...could you please tell what does that mean??? also I called her couple of time in these 2 weeks to know when they will start the delivery in Dighi area and every time she said that they will take around 15 days to deliver from now or else collect the cylinder yourself.
                            What should I do so that they deliver the cylinder as stated in the policy of bharat gas...they merely wants to avoid there headache of delivery.

Delivery Boys (Name-Devi singh and Shinde) say everytime-"Khali taki gheven ya" where Place to distribute or "2-3 divasani Milel'. They not deliver the cylinder at home. If you pay extra money to delivery boys then only people get the cylinder.

                              I am a consumer of LPG gas bearing no.4631 under Anand Gas Service, Serampore, Dist- Hooghly(W.B.) phone no.[protected]. Booking done on 17.10.07 and sl.no. alloted to me 31 by the said dealer. Inspite of reminder no cylinder delivered till date.One cylinder lying empty and another is going to be emtied within few hours. This practice adopted by the approved dealer is against law and rules framed by the authority.
                              Kindly take suitable steps in the matter so no customer will be harassed in future.

                              I booked my Gas Cylinder on December 2nd 2007. Your Agent said that they would make the delivery with ten days. I reminded the agent on phone more than three times after that. Each time I call, they say that I would get it the same day. Today is 28th December 2007. I have not still received the same.



                              I, as a consumer would like your company to give good and prompt service. Sms booking would be an excellent idea. I would also suggest you to ask the agent to not let their delivery staff collect tips from its consumers which is a shamefull practice.



                              I am writing this complaint because I have faced the same problem more than a dozen times over the last four years. Previously when we were living in Ramnagar, we got good service from your agent in that area. But here, your agent is giving us a tough time by not delivering the gas on time.



                              We also hear rumours that the agent's staff sells gas alloted to comsumers to hotels and bakeries. Its a sad and alarming situation for your company. Because Indane is giving an excellent service by giving the gas to its consumer on time. They also have sms booking.



                              Sadly, when I called over the complaint number, some one picked up the phone and put the receiver down.



                              I expect you would look into the situation and help me and like minded consumers in this area.

                              I booked my gas on 29th Jan 08 and was told by my dealer 'Anita Gas' , Virar (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, that the same would be delivered within three days. Almost 10 days have elapsed and there is no sign of delivering the cylinder. I reminded them yesterday i.e on 5th Jan 08 about the same. I do not understand after booking where my cylinder disappear.

                              The other trouble with them(Anita Gas) is that they never lift telephones inspite of dialling them on all their four lines. The phones ring but no one lifts to answer them.

                              I would request you to look into the matter and ensure that I receive my gas cylinder in time.

                                Dear Sir,

                                we are residing in J.N.P.T Township of navi mumbai area. The bharatgas agency here functions on its own whims and fancies. The agency collects extra money for each connection and when people refuse, they are put into hazards of documentation . I had taken a single cylinder connection 4 years back and when demanded the complete bills for all the extra money collected by the dealer, I was refused. Then after lot of argument, the money was returned to me.

                                Following this, I have been getting all my cylinders late even after early morning bookings.

                                Today, when I am not in town and my family had requested in the morning that we have a single cylinder, we got the cylinder around 6 pm. Not only my family had to wait without cooking till evening, our child had also to suffer because of this. Being a single cylinder connection and trying to take out its old enemity, this was done willfully against our repeated phone call requests by the agency.
                                this is the way this agency responds to its customers at township.

                                It is kindly requested to look into the matter and that necessary action may be taken against this agency.

                                domestics cylinder .the price difference is too much in domestics & commercial cylinder.So the
                                problem is creating distributing system in my town to much critical because all hotels member
                                collect a large number of cylinder in duplicate name, so Sir i kindly request to you please try to under-
                                stand this situation and solve the distribution problem.

                                  i m totally disagree with the service, which is provided by bharat gas agency..(sona enterprises..), bhognipur.
                                  i m localite i am damn sure that they sale the cylenders in black delievery. and i can prove also.
                                  take it on concideration ...

                                    Hi,
                                    I have booked refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency – Zaveri Gas Service , Siddhart nagar Goregoan west Distributor code – 110868 on 3rd Oct 2007. My consumer No. is 19326.

                                    Please help, this is my story
                                    on the date of booking (3rd oct 07) When asked to the person Mr. Chaudhory at the agency regarding the availability of gas, he retorted that you will get it after 5 days. When again called to the agency after 5 day (i.e on 8th oct 07) they asked me to wait for another 5 day. When called at the gas agency after the another 5 days (i.e on 13th oct 07), the person contacted said that you will get the gas cylinder today till evening.

                                    When no body turned till evening I again called at the agency they told me that your house was locked, where as the fact that I was seating at home waiting for gas cylinder ,then they told me that your lift was not working. I told him dear this is a new building and lift is not yet started & last time you have delivered me the gas at the fourth floor as I stat at 6th floor.Then the person mr. Choudhary again assured that you will get it by tomorrow (14/110/2007) and give me any address & keep you cylinder at the ground floor. I provided him the address as good luck store in the bldg. But again no body turned, when called to the agency again on 14/10/2007,contacted person simply replyed that agency is closed today and hung-up.
                                    Now it is 17/10/2007 and I have not received the gas cylinder till date.
                                    Kindly revet on it ASAP. Hopeing for the best action of yours on it.

                                    now it is happening in delhi too, that the gas agencies put off the phone from the reciever or do no bother to attend the call.

                                    the one gas agency namely veejay gas agency in mayur vihar pkt V Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22754072, 22753005, and cell no. is [protected] Brijpal, they dont attend the call or they come always engaged, now it seem that online service also not interest to be smarter i booked it on line but not getting any response. then pl authorise some one to answers to resolve this act.; and pl stop all these mishappening by the culprits on the face of gas agencies.

                                    my consumer no.620332 i have booked on 23.03.2010 but regret to i have not received cylinder. whenever i enqurier your repersentative tell me that tommorrow it would be delivered. Please help me as This problem i am facing since one year. My agency name is P. A. Zaveri, Chembur Camp.

                                      This is all about Bharat Gas Services (Seven Days - 8 am to 8 pm).

                                      The distributor of Bharat Gas at Dehradun - Amardeep Gas Service, Dehradun do not pick the phone for inquiry/ gas booking etc. Phone No.[protected], 2628480, 2629222.

                                      Phone always rings and rings and rings...... but no one picks the phone. When I personally visited the Amardeep Gas Service office they do not want to admit that they do not pick the phone and give unusual reasons.

                                      In the event of so busy life, it is not possible for a person in Service to visit every time to the office of Amardeep Gas Service for booking/ inquiry.

                                      The authority may take proper action against them.

                                        when I had to purchase gas of bharat,I had to taken more items which I don't want.like STOVE tava & addition to these items are very costly there.so I would like to tell that such complusory purchasing item should be avioded.I WANT YOUR APPLY

                                        Sir i have appling for new gas connection.But my nearest bharat gas agency (Vishnu jyoti gas agency Brij Vihar, Sahibabad Ghagiabad) insisting me for gas stove and i didn't want to take it. They are charging 2792/- for one cylender, rubber pipe,regulator& gas stove. Sir please help me.
                                        Yes, though the bharatgas website claims it is not mandatory, the distributor demands or keep delay or even refuses to listen.

                                        My mother (senior citizen) forced to go to their shop 2 times for nothing and the person-incharge not even bother to listen when he came to know my mother wanted to say she already have the stove, but wanted to offer to buy something else...

                                        Will the concern authority address this issue?
