POOR SERVICE AND DELAY IN GETTING REFILLED

Respected Sir:

I have an LPG sylinder (Bharat Gas) and have been getting it refilled by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur (PO), KERALA. PIN - 678592 (whose DISTRIBUTOR CODE # IS 641767, AND PHONE #[protected]/[protected].) for the past one year.

Each and everytime when I contacted them for a refill, after booking the cylinder well in advance at least before 20-25 days, their...

HAVE A LPG CONNECTION NO 8895 IN BAREILLY SERVICED BY YOUR DEALER YOGESH GAS, ON REGULAR BASIS GAS IS DELIEVERED TO US AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS/ VISITS IN APROX 22-25 DAYS WHILE GAS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH DEALER SUPPLY BOYS AT PREMIUM WHILE REGULAR COMPLAINTS TO YOUR OFFICE HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE.

    Dear Sir

    The Bharat Gas distributer of Brij Viar , Sahibabad , Ghaziabad by the name of Vishnu Jyoti Gas Servioce has a couple of staff members who book the cylender over phone by varifying the connection numner by the caller. This is the procedure thsat they regaulary follow.
    I had booked a cylender 4 days back when I was told by the booking person that the cylender will be delivered on 08/11/07.

    Today when I called up the gentleman because I saw a delivery van in front of my home , thinking that the person has come to delivery my cylender..but later on told by delivery man that they so not have any cylender by my name.
    I called up Vishnu Jyoti Gas service , Brij Vihar..but the person who took the call told very blantanly that my cylender in not in the the booking today and shall be deliverd after a couple of days challenging me that probably my memory is wrong.

    This is not for the first time this has happened.
    It is not that cylender is not deliverd but the way they behave..they also differtial money wen i boooked the connection and did not want to take the gas stove...which I had to pay..otherwise i would not have got the connection in time.

    Dear Sir,
    I had booked the cylinder on 5th of August 2008 on phone. In response the staff member of the Gas distributors of KPHB colony, Hyderabad, that the cylinders will be delivered within a week. On 16th of August when my husband visited the Gas agency he was being told by the staff members that there is no booking at all on the said date and you do the booking just now and remind us after 3 or 4 days we will deliver the cylinder. Now, one week has passed and the cylinder has not been delivered and the person who was attending the call was talking so rudely that she even went to the extent of saying that you go for the complaints and do whatever you like.
    kindly resolve this problem.

      I was staying in South Delhi till last month and had a bharatgas connection. I shifted to East Delhi on july 1 and needed to get a transfer of the connection. I got my transfer papers ready by the Hauz Khas dealer who said I need to take the papers to a dealer in Shakarpur or Mayur Vihar and gave me their phone numbers also. But when I called up, the mayur vihar numbers turned out to be wrong numbers and at Shakarpur the operator was very rude and didn't cooperate. First off all she refused to let me put forward my query and kept asking about my consumer number. when I gave her that and said I need to get a transfer, she talked to me in a way as if I am some illiterate villager who knows nothing about all this and was wasting her time who was so "busy" as she had to attend two other calls also.

      Now please tell me what am i supposed to do in this situation. I don't even know which dealer would supply gas to my area because no one in the society where I live in has a bharatgas connection. they all use Indane. Do you suggest I also shift to Indane because after the behavior I was meted out on the phone I really don't feel like going to the same office only to be insulted again. And the bharatgas website doesn't have the addresses of all its dealers in the city so that I can contact some other dealer. I will be obliged to get a guidance from this platform.

      i am living in noida last 1year.i am working in IBM(private company).before i was unmarried so i have no problem, but now i am married, so we needs a Gas Connection.we have many address proof(i.e. airtell phone bill, SBI credit card bill and other credit card bill for address proof) but he is not given connection to me .he says its not a valid address proof.he is saying for a BSNL bill.but i have no BSNL connection.         there are three more telephones are available[protected], 27542727, 27524444, apart we can book through sms online facility 57333, for this you have to register with the company. for registration first we have to get registered with by typing " reg 117409 your consumer number and sent to 57333, after getting registered it is very simple we have to type only "lpg and sent to 57333.

          I am a Pune India customer of Bharat Gas.
          Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.
          But after marriage it very difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service .
          But from last 1.5 year there is no such facility in our agency.

          Due to this I am facing lost of troble . I am panning to take new single cylinder connection from HP . it having very good reputation in Pune.

          I am Narauttam Das ( consumer no 17436) and I am also facing the same problem. I have applied for the second connection on 19-June-2008 (#1449) and till now haven't got yet. Whenever I go there to enquire, the lady sitting over the counter talks in a very rude language. They say that they company stopped giving new connections. I have check with other distributors in the nearby area and found that they are providing new conections.

          Please suggest.

          I am Santosh Sheelvant, (consumer no:30548)having a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Puspam Gas Agency, Bibwewadi).The problem is this agency always deleviers refill after 8 to 10 days whereas the same gas(Bharat gas distribuitors in city give refilll withing 2 days after booking .(cyclinder refill in city area is refilled within 2 days) & after telling 8 days cyclinder is delivered to 2 to 3 days afterwards.

          The ladies at the Pusphpam gas counters are very rude & arrogant & have the attitude that the consumer residing in that area cannot do anthing to them .

          Please help all the consumers who are having gas connection with PUSPAM GAS AGENCY & who can get reffill within 2 days

The ladies seating on the booking counter are very rude and arrogant.

          The dealer does not have any fix place to distribute the cylinders . he does the same on the main road.No proper godown for the dealer.

          Bharat Gas Pune — charging consumer more than what he is supposed to pay

          If you are reading this complaint, i want you to take an action against this complaint as well...
          basically i am a resident of pune and located in kalewadi pimpri pune 411017....
          bharat gas we are consumers of LPG gas .....every thing i ask him and the delivery boy gives the same answer that the price is different and he literally charge all of the customers INR 350 instead of INR 318.00.....i think think this is ridicules....is it because bharat gas is paying their employees salary good enough......or the managemnet is allowing to charge cust the higher amount......i am talking on behalf of every one in my locality......guys you all need to put this things in action...simply if we calculate .....that delivery boy delivers 25 gas cylinders every day he ll be earning flat 25*30= 750 INR.....been an MNC employee i dont earn so much .....guys we need to stop this ...

          even i am facing the same issue as srinivasan, there is one more thing i would like to add to this, they had asked me to write my details in a note book and i was told that some one will get in touch as and when your number comes, 2 days before i asked them to show me the book i had put in my details for 2nd cylinder, they say they dont have it with them, i wonder they would ever give us a second cylinder, as there is no centrilised way of maintaing consumer request,

          I am Sudhir.I am also facing the same problem for last few months.I have made booking for the new gas connection at Bharat gas agency on Lane no.6, Adarsh colony, Tingarenagar. in March 2009.Since then whenever I go for the enquiry the Lady sitting on the counter says new connections are stopped .If asked when the new connections will be given, the lady says' can not say' and you will get a call from the agency whenever connections start.At the time of booking I was told connection will be given in 8-10 days.Now it has been more than 7 months.When asked for the waiting No. the lady says they dont have record.I can not believe that they dont have record of the bookings for new connection.Attitude and behaviour of that lady is very rude and non co operative.
          sab chor hai, if you give more money anything can happen, if we go the right way we have to live with only one cylinder, still there are people with more that than two cylinders and some with no cylinder, it is also understood that they spend 500rs for one cylinder and they give us on subsidised rate of 325 per cylinder, how dose it benefit anyway, the prices of vegetables and groceries are going rocket high so will we stop eating, same way why that bloody subsidy, i would say charge 550 and make profit out of it but please dont say that come after one year of an extra cylinder, please stop givin that bull .

          I am Ravindra Abhyankar having consumer no 5190 of Rajaram Gas Agency Katraj/Dhankavdi. I had booked my cylinder on 20august 2011 till today has not got the delivery. After each visit the person from gas agency told that it will deliver within two days. I got this answers 2 times when i visited the office personaly. Today when I phone them, the lady from the office told me that the gas refill has been delivered on 26 august 2011 itself. It's rude shock to me as i visited the office of the Rajaram gas Agency 2 times between 5 sep to 18 sep and they never told me that my gas cylinder has been delivered to me ( actually they didn't deliver the cylinder to me) . Its cryctal clear fact that the said delivery of cylinder not reached to me, instead they have given to others, this is a misuse and fraud and cheating from the said gas agency. and when I again personally went to office of that agency they rudely told me to change the agency if I am not satisfied with the service. Its clear case of black marketing and hoarding especially in the fesival seasons and deprive the my right .Also they do not book the gas before 21 days of delivery. I would like to know is there any rule that BP has laid down so.If so company should declare in media so all the people can be aware of it. Pl help to resolve the issue.Thanks
          I am Bhupendra Malviya with consumer no. 52783609 and connection from SHREE MARUTI GAS SERVICE TINGRE NAGAR PUNE. I have placed order to refill the cylinder 15 days back and still did not receive the cylinder. When enquired about this the lady told that they have stopped delivery in Dighi area...could you please tell what does that mean??? also I called her couple of time in these 2 weeks to know when they will start the delivery in Dighi area and every time she said that they will take around 15 days to deliver from now or else collect the cylinder yourself.
          What should I do so that they deliver the cylinder as stated in the policy of bharat gas...they merely wants to avoid there headache of delivery.

          All the time the phone is busy. If luckly phone ring rings they will disconnect the call.
          If you are luckey the ladies will talk with you like they are doing a favour on you.

          Very frustating service by this agency.
          I had applied for double cylinder gas connection from last 8 months. and they say that they do not provide double connection yet. It will take 2 more months. Very frustrating.

          I am thinking of taking HP service which is very good in Somnath nagar area.
          I am Pankaj Andraskar with consumer no. 11397 and connection from TEJSWINI GAS SERVICE, SINHGAD ROAD PUNE. I am staying at SUN CITY, SINHGAD ROAD, PUNE.
          I have placed order to refill the cylinder on 23 rd of July and still not receive the cylinder. Delivery Boys (Name-Devi singh and Shinde) say everytime-"Khali taki gheven ya" where Place to distribute or "2-3 divasani Milel'. They not deliver the cylinder at home. If you pay extra money to delivery boys then only people get the cylinder.
          Its clear case of black marketing and hoarding all 367 days not only in the festival seasons.
          BHARAT GAS SERVICE in PUNE is a Totally .

          that my cylinder is getting over quite early, there is no excess cooking or usage of gas.So i would like to check the weight of cylinder at the time of delivery, but the agency people are not co operating, It is our right to check the same.Who to approach?Please help.

            I am a consumer of LPG gas bearing no.4631 under Anand Gas Service, Serampore, Dist- Hooghly(W.B.) phone no.[protected]. Booking done on 17.10.07 and sl.no. alloted to me 31 by the said dealer. Inspite of reminder no cylinder delivered till date.One cylinder lying empty and another is going to be emtied within few hours. This practice adopted by the approved dealer is against law and rules framed by the authority.
            Kindly take suitable steps in the matter so no customer will be harassed in future.

            I booked refill of gas conecction no 23491 on sept 21. Dealer Name Revathi Gas Agency,Hafispeth Ranga Reddy District A.P. Tel.No.[protected],[protected]. Agency complaint that they have unable to search my home address while other gas company (HP & INDANE) vendors are easily seen in that area.
            Above given telephone are not responded at any working hours.
            Can you help me to get refill at the earliest?

            :[protected]/6899, my consumer no is:SKG 1618 i booked a gas cylinder on 04.10.07 and made a follow up call on 22.10.07, they said that it will be delivered on 23.10.07 but on 24.10.07 i made a follow up call again then they said that "you please come to our office and collect the cylinder".

            we are unable to deliver and now we are delivering the gas cylinder which was booked on 01.10.07.

            please do me a favour for long time curement.

            because i am in pvt firm, if i have this sort of problem i have to absent my office and there no work no system.

            how do i manage then.

            please guide me and solve my problem for good.

            I booked my Gas Cylinder on December 2nd 2007. Your Agent said that they would make the delivery with ten days. I reminded the agent on phone more than three times after that. Each time I call, they say that I would get it the same day. Today is 28th December 2007. I have not still received the same.



            I, as a consumer would like your company to give good and prompt service. Sms booking would be an excellent idea. I would also suggest you to ask the agent to not let their delivery staff collect tips from its consumers which is a shamefull practice.



            I am writing this complaint because I have faced the same problem more than a dozen times over the last four years. Previously when we were living in Ramnagar, we got good service from your agent in that area. But here, your agent is giving us a tough time by not delivering the gas on time.



            We also hear rumours that the agent's staff sells gas alloted to comsumers to hotels and bakeries. Its a sad and alarming situation for your company. Because Indane is giving an excellent service by giving the gas to its consumer on time. They also have sms booking.



            Sadly, when I called over the complaint number, some one picked up the phone and put the receiver down.



            I expect you would look into the situation and help me and like minded consumers in this area.

            I booked my gas on 29th Jan 08 and was told by my dealer 'Anita Gas' , Virar (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, that the same would be delivered within three days. Almost 10 days have elapsed and there is no sign of delivering the cylinder. I reminded them yesterday i.e on 5th Jan 08 about the same. I do not understand after booking where my cylinder disappear.

            The other trouble with them(Anita Gas) is that they never lift telephones inspite of dialling them on all their four lines. The phones ring but no one lifts to answer them.

            I would request you to look into the matter and ensure that I receive my gas cylinder in time.

              Dear Sir,

              we are residing in J.N.P.T Township of navi mumbai area. The bharatgas agency here functions on its own whims and fancies. The agency collects extra money for each connection and when people refuse, they are put into hazards of documentation . I had taken a single cylinder connection 4 years back and when demanded the complete bills for all the extra money collected by the dealer, I was refused. Then after lot of argument, the money was returned to me.

              Following this, I have been getting all my cylinders late even after early morning bookings.

              Today, when I am not in town and my family had requested in the morning that we have a single cylinder, we got the cylinder around 6 pm. Not only my family had to wait without cooking till evening, our child had also to suffer because of this. Being a single cylinder connection and trying to take out its old enemity, this was done willfully against our repeated phone call requests by the agency.
              this is the way this agency responds to its customers at township.

              It is kindly requested to look into the matter and that necessary action may be taken against this agency.

              domestics cylinder not use in commercial cylinder, my city is pilgrim city(shri gajanan maharaj tempal)
              so near about 100 hotels (dinner/lunch/tea center) all these person without any fear use allways
              domestics cylinder .the price difference is too much in domestics & commercial cylinder.So the
              problem is creating distributing system in my town to much critical because all hotels member
              collect a large number of cylinder in duplicate name, so Sir i kindly request to you please try to under-
              stand this situation and solve the distribution problem.

                  I have booked refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency – Zaveri Gas Service , Siddhart nagar Goregoan west Distributor code – 110868 on 3rd Oct 2007. My consumer No. is 19326.

                  Please help, this is my story
                  on the date of booking (3rd oct 07) When asked to the person Mr. Chaudhory at the agency regarding the availability of gas, he retorted that you will get it after 5 days. When again called to the agency after 5 day (i.e on 8th oct 07) they asked me to wait for another 5 day. When called at the gas agency after the another 5 days (i.e on 13th oct 07), the person contacted said that you will get the gas cylinder today till evening.

                  When no body turned till evening I again called at the agency they told me that your house was locked, where as the fact that I was seating at home waiting for gas cylinder ,then they told me that your lift was not working. I told him dear this is a new building and lift is not yet started & last time you have delivered me the gas at the fourth floor as I stat at 6th floor.Then the person mr. Choudhary again assured that you will get it by tomorrow (14/110/2007) and give me any address & keep you cylinder at the ground floor. I provided him the address as good luck store in the bldg. But again no body turned, when called to the agency again on 14/10/2007,contacted person simply replyed that agency is closed today and hung-up.
                  Now it is 17/10/2007 and I have not received the gas cylinder till date.
                  Kindly revet on it ASAP. Hopeing for the best action of yours on it.

                  now it is happening in delhi too, that the gas agencies put off the phone from the reciever or do no bother to attend the call.

                  the one gas agency namely veejay gas agency in mayur vihar pkt V Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22754072, 22753005, and cell no. is [protected] Brijpal, they dont attend the call or they come always engaged, now it seem that online service also not interest to be smarter i booked it on line but not getting any response. then pl authorise some one to answers to resolve this act.; and pl stop all these mishappening by the culprits on the face of gas agencies.

                    This is all about Bharat Gas Services (Seven Days - 8 am to 8 pm).

                    The distributor of Bharat Gas at Dehradun - Amardeep Gas Service, Dehradun do not pick the phone for inquiry/ gas booking etc. Phone No.[protected], 2628480, 2629222.

                    Phone always rings and rings and rings...... but no one picks the phone. When I personally visited the Amardeep Gas Service office they do not want to admit that they do not pick the phone and give unusual reasons.

                    In the event of so busy life, it is not possible for a person in Service to visit every time to the office of Amardeep Gas Service for booking/ inquiry.

                    The authority may take proper action against them.

                      Sir i have appling for new gas connection.But my nearest bharat gas agency (Vishnu jyoti gas agency Brij Vihar, Sahibabad Ghagiabad) insisting me for gas stove and i didn't want to take it. They are charging 2792/- for one cylender, rubber pipe,regulator& gas stove. Sir please help me.
                      Yes, though the bharatgas website claims it is not mandatory, the distributor demands or keep delay or even refuses to listen.

                      My mother (senior citizen) forced to go to their shop 2 times for nothing and the person-incharge not even bother to listen when he came to know my mother wanted to say she already have the stove, but wanted to offer to buy something else...

                      Will the concern authority address this issue?

                        I have an LPG connection with Hansa Gas Agency, Guwahati, Assam. My concumer no is 20722.

                        I made my booking for an LPG cylinder 15 days back and have been calling up my agent for delivery.

                        But everytime i call i am told that delivery is yet to come and once they receive delivery they will immediately send a LPG Cylinder over to my house.

                        This is a recurring problem. Is there anyone who can address my problem as this issue causes undue anxiety on a recurring monthly basis. If this is not the correct forum can someone guide me to the correct forum for redressal of my grievances?

                          Their service is very poor, the delivery person ask for Rs 40
                          saying my house is very far from the dumping yard, where as my house is not even
                          0.5 kms from their godown (don't know why the hell they carry cylinders to dumping
                          yard and then to indivual's house). Any time u call them their phone is busy,
                          I am sure they never keep the receiver properly. with luck even i[censored] get the
                          line connected the standard answer is either
                          'It will be delivered by today evening ( guess morning is not auspious)"
                          or "10 days agatte madam ( it'll take 10 days)".

                          On top of all these they are in to selling TTK products like Pressure cooker
                          , Tawa etc or lights/bulb/water heater and loot consumers.

                          You do your primary job first properly and then go in to all this crap business!

                            My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas[protected] / 25324905 / 65287775
                            Agent Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency
                            If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
                            Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
                            Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

                            Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
                            you will come to know many more things

                            I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

                            Suggession:
                            At the time of delivery of cylinder, If the house is locked. Stick a sticker or leave a note.
                            How will we know the cylinder person came for delivery when not at home.
                            Pls organize it is simple.
                            And customer may call and fix time for delivery or he may take self delivery.

                            if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers

                            So that we all will never suffer.

                            your dealer,Rathi gas,faridabad-sector-37 is not responding properly and sometimes does not even attend phone.aslo gas cylinder delivered has 7-8 kg's of gas less.
                            he insists that we can't take more than one cylinder per connection even if we get two cylinders so we have to get gas refilled from black maket.i suspect he is black marketing the cylinder that comes for consumers.you need to chk it as lot of people are facing problems.

                            here,we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on 05/01/2008 at 9.0 a.m. but we have not received the delivery to till date. yeasterday day night our cylinder have been empty . we have no another fill cylinder.
                            Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always switched off.

                            I face lot of problem to get a full commerical gas for our company M/s Suraj Diamonds And Jewellery Ltd. Csez, Kakkanad Cochin -37. We have to call a number of time and wait for a week to get a full cyclinder. Its very bad level of service. I herby request the Gas agency M/s Pooja Gas to supply the gas in proper time period.

                            I have been requested for the new connection in SHANTI GAS AGENCY, Gurgaon (a Bharat Gas agency), they promised me, once inspection done then the very next day Regulator and cylinder will deliver to you, but after the inspection it didn’t, when I inquired, got the information new connections has been terminated for some time. After that all of these kind of stuff on news, but media announced the new connection or open by an order. But till date I didn’t get it. Now when ever I inquired, got the prerecorded message “confirm after 3-4 days”. Please advice where I will get the connection.

                            Although i m ready to pay money in change 336 rs but he refused to give gas and computer generated reciept teared and cut entry in Pass Book of Gas dated 19/6/2008.

                            so from this complain take strict action on this delaer and ask to not selling general store goods with bharat gas cylinders.

                            Now Bharat Gas was started Hose Making for domestic LPG gas, and marketing also, you have to appreciate and purchase by force otherwise they are disconnect you cylinder, this is for our safety if you want to cook well and pay 250 or 300 rupees.

                            For that they are sending Inspectors, who are not an engineer, they don’t know what is hose and its parameters? But still they are sealing and inspecting, policy is they are targeted to Housewife and always visits on afternoon duration. So be aware and ready for force deal.

                            In my House we are using ISI mark Gas pipe, and the Bharat gas representative says this pipe is not valid,
                            Local dealers are not ready to disclose his name and not ready to cooperate with you, kindly let me what action I have to take.

                            I would like to inform you about delivery for Bharat gas is very poor in Faridabad at Mawai Village, Rathi Gas Agency, at counter. Now I want to inform you in details is: Myself is living very near from Gas Agency hardly It will be 1.5 KM, we requested many times to Rathi Gas concerned person for home delivery but they refused to give home delivery. Since last 2 years we are facing a lot of problems these problems are mentioned below. Could you please look into this immediately otherwise it may be havoc or great tragedy for customer due to a large gatheration of people. Act immediately otherwise we will take this issue to further or will diclose to someone about unofficial activity which is happening at the Mawai Rathi Gas Store. Some major activity for Rathi Gas Agency is mentioned below like this:

                            1. At RATHI GAS AGENCY, completely DADAGIRI is going on by Gas concerned person and totally Gas Agencey is now being controlled by blackia who openly take cylinder before delivery is being started to customer.
                            2. We are facing this havoc situation since last 2 yrs and the situation is becoming very grim.
                            3. Blackia these days openly attacked on Customer with Iron rod/Wooden substances and badly physically harassed but due to DADAGIRI OF AGENCY'S youth (May be Gujar's young or rathi relative) customer is unable to say something.
                            4. Customer is waiting for their delivery on Counter in Queue at 3AM because we are also amongst them for cylinder.
                            5. Due to taking delivery, customer leaves their home at and around 2:30 to 2 AM that we could get cylider but we have been disappointed since last three days from 14th Jan 2009 to 17th Jan 2009 due to balckia.
                            6. If we openly speak anything then some of AGENCY'S relative openly attacked and abused and I don't think whether customer should get this kind of response from any responsible organization.
                            7. If you go at agency in morning at 4 to 5 AM then you will see openly inside of RATHI GAS AGENCY premises, 4 to 6 tender guys are wrestling and the some of staffs are in totally careless attitude of customers problem. If you stays there at 10AM the you will be introduced with the present scenario that what is happening?
                            8. CUSOTMER RUSH is controlled by only Blackia and they are not taking care any customer's problem when you query anything from them.
                            9. After going on counter recently we have been known that recently some customer's cylinder, money and cycle are being looted by locals when they come very far from agency due to free road and darkness.
                            10. Therefore we request you here there is need to take stringent action against them before any mishappening.
                            11. Please in FARIDABAD AT RATHI GAS AGENCEY, MAWAI VILLAGE got the delivery in systematic way or friendly that customer should not be victimized.

                            Even I face similar problem.

                            My distributor located at Sector 1, Pachratna Complex, Kalamboli(Maharashtra) is giving very poor service.

                            1) Often the cylinder is delivered without the bill & reason being given by the deliveryman is "bill is not available/printed" and charges Rs.240/- (domestic).

                            2) The cylinder is delivered at the doorsteps & the cylinder is not checked (as supposed to be as printed on the cylinder refill book).

                            Secondly, plese tell me the correct no. of days after which we can book the cylinder. I have been told that refill cylinder can be booked only after 21 days of delivery of cylinder.

                            3) On completion of 21 days from delivery of cylinder, when I try calling them on their telephone number, (it is very hard to get their line- they have 2 telephone numbers) most of the time it is engaged & sometimes the second telephone is dead & MTNL message "this telephone number is temporarily not working" is being heard. Even if I succeed in getting them on the telephone they take the booking for refil cylinder & inform that the cylinder will be delivered in another 4 - 5 days (21 days + 4 to 5 days from booking date) & the phone is bannged. RUDE, VERY POOR UNFRIENDLY CONSUMER SERVICE...

                            The Bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
                            But last 6 months i face this problem that the gas after 21 days minimum 10-15 days is taking the dealer to deliver the gas.

                            Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always busy or switched off.

                            If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumers like me facing problem to book a gas.
                            Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.

                            Pls. try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer gets with your agent.

The incarge of this agency Mr. Ashok says that we have no problem if you can complaint our high level & his behaviour is very rudely. The weight of cylinder is not full almost 2-3 kgs. gas are short.

                            Whenever i tyr to make a call to know whether the cylinder was delivered or not, from the two numbers one will always be switched OFF and the other wont be lifted.

                            I want to take this issue to higher authorities.It is their duty to deliver the gas as per delivery date that they have intimated us.

                            Also i will make media to have an eye on this agency.

                            I booked cylinder before 12th of may 2009, but I could not get the cylinder till today. I went many times,
                            they say bill is not ready. Another problem is they are not deliver to home, deliver at some road points & also take excess money which is 35 to 40 ruppes more than a bill.

                            I got tranfered from Avinashi to Thirupattur, Vellor Dist T.N. The very next day i.e on 8th june I met the agency of that place. As per their request, I summitted my transfer voucher xerox copy with cell number. So far, I have not received any communication from the agency.Now, I have misplaced my original voucher copy. Had the registration done it on that day itself, this would not have happened.

                            I have another xerox copy of the voucher and gas book of the Avinashi agency. Is this ok to get gas connection? or What should I do to get gas connection at the earliest? I have got two children. One is one month old and another is 6yrs old. Please help me in this regard.

                            We are a customer of RADHA GAS AGENCIES, Coimbatore, TAMILNADU. I'm really vexed because of the worst service provided by this gas agencies. Till date not even a single time they have done us the delivery properly. Every month literally it's like a battle we do to get our gas cylinder. I'm very sure that they are booking our cylinder in their convienient time & they are giving to people outside to make money. When we do the booking the are so rudely giving bad excuses. Everybody are into this malpractise. Your Lady staffs at the booking center, all the men who come for delivering the gas cylinders. I do have noted down their names. The lady who books the cylinder is Ms. Priya & the guy who brings the cylinder is Murugeshan. We need some serious action to be taken against this malpractises. This problem really shoots up our Blood Pressure. Every month we make not less than 50 calls & reminders for them to bring our cylinder. But inspite of this many calls, our efforts goes vain. PLease take serious action against it. We are so irritated that some good changes have to brought to this. I dont know whom to contact, so am dropping you this complaint in this complaint box. You can always contact me in the number mentioned below. Kindly do the needful & i know this is a big, reputed company. Please don't let your company name get spoiled due to people like these who are working in this RADHA GAS AGENCIES. There are lots people suffering like me. I expect a positive action from your side.

                            iam subscriber of bharat gas, my dealer was at kompally division in hyderabad, thier response and communication is very poor.

                            I am the customer of Bharat Gas of Pankaja Gas Agency, Vidya Nagar, Akola.(MS). Last some months agency not provide proper service to us. The Refill could not dilivere more than 1 month after a booking date. Now we brought the cylinder from godown ourself because the poor service of local dealer of Bharat Gas.
                            Many of customers are complaint like me, but the agency holder could not provide the good
                            service. Kindly think about my complaint and take action on them.

                            How does I would be a registered customer of LPG consumer when online services in m.p. is in very few city. By clicking option JABALPUR only gas distributor of jabalpur displayed, why all the agency who comes under jabalpur division not displayed.

                            I want to Complaint About the Express way authority
                            On 26 of august 2009 i went to delhi via gurgaon crossing the expressway there i paid 18 rs to pass the expressway now he gave me a slip and opened my way to go at that time i moved to delhi after by the time i was on the express way i saw the slip that he gave to me it was totally blank and there was nothing written on it then when i came back in the evening around 5 0 clock i crossing expressway i asked the man sitting there about the non printed slip .He showed me other blank slips and said that printer is not workin since morning then he again took 18 rs from me and this time he gave me a stamped paper whith his sign on it. Now since the whoe day they toook advantage of it all money is giong into there pocket no tax would be applied to that money who is goona stop this and i dont know from how many days this is being in process who will see all this whom should i complaint of this to

The Proprietor of said Enterprises is demanding Rs.5, 500/- to provide L.P.G. connection to me. To the extent of my knowledge, the proprietor is demanding the extraneously than the actual price to provide the L.P.G. connection. Hence my complaint.                             i am devanand Awale from nagpur Sweta gas agency they told me you need to purchase gas pipe without we not give you Lpg i am already purchase gas pipe before two ago its not fare it our choice we purchase from any were

                            Bharat Gas Services — delivery of gas not done on time after online booking.

                            I have placed the order for refilling of gas on 20/9/9 and have recd. the order no.355385,but till date the gas is not delivered.Also I have tried to mail the problem through their contact us site but unable to send it as it is not accepting the complaint.
                            It has been 15 days already since the order has been placed,please do the needful.

                            I Sonu Gupta booked my cylinder on time but get delivery of the same after 4-5 days of booking.
                            One more thing that I have to the agency every time when I need to book my cylinder and when I ask him to that can we make a call to book cylinder they say yes but when we are trying to make a call to numbers of the office they dont pick the phone and bell is going again and again.
                            This is a big problem which I am facing. They also says that you can book your cylinder after 21 days of the delivery of last cylinder which already delayed by 4-5 days but I think we can book our next number after 21 days of booking last cylinder. According to them we can book next cylinder after 26 days 21 days of booking +5 days of delivery.

He said, till online facility to distribute the gas cylinders service is not started. He said it will take 14 days to deliver the cylinder after booking. For booking we need to wait for 21 days.

                            Intially I thought of complaining this to the bharat gas emergency number, and I thought it is waste of time, because in the website only booking for new request option is present but no where tracking of our request status is present.

                            I think and feel even Bharat gas are also aware of distributor agency games and no action is being taken.

                            i compaint on 30.06.2006. gas dealer supply short gas in cylender and not book the gas on time,much misbehabear telling you can`t do any thing on my blackmail.8
                            My Customer No.42614, distributor address is Bhaskar Enterprises, D No.49-48-14/1, NH-5, NGO's Colony, Akkayyapalem, Vizag-530016. Previously I took connerction from Bharat Gas Agency at TRL Township, Belpahar, Orissa. At the time of entry, by mistake they entered Amitava Chaudhary instead of Amitava Bhattacharya. Along with the TV one letter was issued to correc the name. But the persons at Bhaskar Enterprises declined to accep it and kept my name as Amitava Chaudhary which is not my real name. So please help me in correcting the mistake.

                            Bharat Gas — No response over phone

                            I was having Bharat Gas connection at Ponneri vide my consumer no.28652. when I was about to book for the gas on 7.11.09 I was informed that my consumer no. has been transferred to Redhills. Even after transfer nobody has bothered to intimate the consumer regarding the transfer. When contacted Redhills on phone no.26320922 and 26320551 absolutely no response over phone. After repeated trial booking was done 09.11.09 for the revised consumer no. 52648 as given by Redhills office. When I was trying to contact them on 13/14.11.09 over phone voice message saying that the phone is busy and contact later is received till today by 01.45pm. However when we were out of house on 15.11.09 - Sunday it is understood that the boy has come with cylinder. Status of supply of cylinder is not known.

                            I have lodgedOld complaint No .75356. But till today I have not recieved any reply or solution on the same from your side.
                            The complaint is that every time we get the cylinder after 3-4 days of cash memo date.and it takes 10-12 days for the cylinder to be delievered after booking.and they consider(neelam enterprises, faridabad) the next booking date after the delievery date of previous booking.

                            You are kindly requested to look into the matter & reply as soon as possible.

                            The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas cylinder to its consumer within 24 hrs of booking.My agency is MANGLAM GAS SERVICE. Their Add:-SAMRUDDHI COMPLEX, OVER GEETA KHAMAN, NEAR MAKARPURA BUS DEPOT, MAKARPURA, VADODARA-10, C.G.NO:-118168, Agency's tell.no:[protected],[protected].Our consumer no. is 14288 & the connection is on my mother's name(JAYABEN.P.ATALIA).
                            I'm very angry with that agency.One time..., two time..., three time..., four time...but limits are limits sir!!!.Plz!!! understand sir.
                            Here, we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on 1/12/09 & they are not giving a booking number to any costumer.So, i have not booking number.I'm calling continues him since last five or six days.But, the delivery has not taken place despite our DAILY REMINDERS till today i.e.16/12/09.
                            Plz!!!, let me tell, when you will take staps on this worst agency.We are hoping you will batter understand morethan this agency.
                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I have booked a cylinder a week back, but till date haven’t received it. Every time i call the agency folks, they say it will be delivered in a day or two. And today when i called them for not getting cylinder delivered, they sound really agitated as I am asking them to give me something in free. I am paying for the cylinder so why is this kind of behavior?

                            I and my wife are working so we need information on when the cylinder can be delivered so that we can make arrangements to accept the delivery and the same is not understood by your agency folks. They are thinking that we have all the time of the world to wait for them to deliver a cylinder.

                            I also asked them to issue an extra cylinder on my connection and the response I got is, " Sir you have to wait at least for 3 to 4 years because backlog is too much".

                            And to add on it I learnt from few people in my locality only that they got Cylinder delivered within 48 hours of their booking during this week only.

                            Can you please explain me what is this?

                            I am vinod kumar S/o shri satnam dass from gidderbaha dist.muktsar (punjab), pin code-152101.i submit in case in consumer court against preet gas service gidderbaha, case no.339/09.my conection no.2272.i booked my cylinder dated 21-10-09 but recieve this delivery date 11-12-09 at the second order of court.The owner of the agency Mr.Pawan kumar was bailed few time in my case date 10-12-09.
                            my father shri satnam dass was also expired at dated 18-03-97.on that time they also give bad service of this owner.their is no home service for consumer.i already sumbit a copy of police record with my case file.
                            In the present period i booked my cylinder at 22-12-09.but i have no response in my favour about this delivery.the sales manager kamaljit singh branch bathinda also ignore my problem.
                            i registered copy of complaint in 2008.in favour of BPCL bharat bhawan mumbai dated[protected].their is also no any response of this complaint.i requested to you to inqury about this owner. i hope you can fined mazer irregularty service of this agency.

                              this is third time i am complaining about the not working of both the telephone nos. that were given to the consumer by the bharat gas dealer at Rajahmundry (2442377, 2473277) it seems that the dealer is using this method for delaying the booking by phone, even the local enquirer of telephone department saying the same thing. I hope the authorities of this organization may raise at least, and solve the trouble of the consumer

                              I have a gas connection (Consumer ID # 21638) with Bangalore Gas Agency, # 102, 8th Main, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore-29.

                              My problem is I have booked 22nd Jun 2008 for refill the gas but I have not yet received. Whenever I called them they are saying that the gas will be delivered after 45 days to 50 days from the previous delivery. When I asked why you are not delivering in time? they said, company is in loss so we are not having sufficient supply hence we have been advised from management that has to be managed with whatever supply we have. Again I asked that, is there any prior notice to consumer? they said there is no written communication only oral.

                              I do not understand why they are saying company is in loss then what about government subsidy will go. Is really they are not getting sufficient supply or they are selling in black that god knows.

                              I am really frustrated that how do I approach to get on time delivery and to whom I have to contact.

                              Any one who knows any body in higher level please provide me contact details or advise what should I do.

Are they in personal work? i do not understand what for the distributors are? Please take notice to the higher authority and do the needful to your customers.                               I have a gas connection (Consumer ID # 32759 ) with Ashok Gas Services ( code No 371704 & Sap code no 110893 ), Satguru Apartment, Shop No B / 2, Sainath wadi, Aslfa village, Ghatkopar ( W ), Mumbai 400 084. I used to booked for refile cylender on phone, provided by the gas agency .Now a day they are not giving proper response, also not confirmed the noting of my booking for refile gas cylender.
                              Simply they are saying that you contact after 2 to 3 days. During last 10 days, 4 times I contected them, today morning on contacting, I have been informed that, today refiled gas cylender will be delivered at your house, but they have not deliver the same. On enquiry of the matter the, the person rudely said, " IF YOU WANT COME & TAKE REFILED GAS CYLENDER, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DELIVER. " why wheter I am on mercy of the Gas Services agency, I don't understand your dealer concept. please brief explain your rule, the particular dealer misuse your company. Any one who knows any body in higher level please provide me contact details or advise what should I do.?

                              I am facing same problem in Banagalore.
                              Every time you ask they says come after 3 month.
                              There is some RTI (Right to Information law).I ma finding the process to file a case against to ask the details of cylinder came and issued.
                              I required a new connetion in zirakpur, Patiyala, punjab. I have requested to dealer to give me a new connection because I have shifting here newly and I can give you rent agreement as an address proof, but dealer said without ration card he cant give. So please tell me whether rent agreement is valid for address proof or not ? if yes please advise your dealer to provide me connection immediately .

                              i have booked a gas cylinder before a month but yet i have not recieved it. i went several times to gas agency even after booking through telephone for several times. every time when i go to agency either they say door had been locked or say supplier is on leave.but i am sure that i have not locked the door during the day time from the day i booked my cylinder.i request you to take severe action in this matter as early as possible and my consumer no.2870.

                              sir i have book a cylinder on 18th of may and i was been told that it will come to you in 1st week but still it has not done and every time they speak lies that door closed or today it will come. i think that the suppliers r selling in black to earn more money n say such things this is not todays problem as in every month they do the same thing, if we go to the office for enquiry the ladies r not even responding us and we can't even say any thing to them as they all r ladies so i request u to look in this matter as every month we have to suffer for this and ask the ur office fellows to speak correctly n manneredly thank you

                                The Super Care Gas Company of Bharat Gas in Dwarka Sector-9 (Harijan Basti Palam) one of the worst gas agency in india. BHARAT GAS SHOULD CLOSE THIS AGENCY IT ONLY GIVE BAD NAME TO THE ORGANIZAITON.
                                The INDIQUIP Gas Agency at Ellisbridge in Ahmedabad give me their telephone nos. as[protected],[protected], [protected] & one more executive no. [protected].
                                But when I called there are no response for longer time. When these numbers are busy then its ok but there are already number are ringing but no body say "HELLO", there are very very bad service at there.
                                Specially Ms. Mittal who is executive at there and her phone no. is [protected]. She is very poor at customer service.
                                When I called on her no., phone is ringing but she was not pick up my call.

                                when my call was received by somebody I ask for her behaviour then her answer to me is: " Mera phone he, me Javab du ya na du meri marji"

                                This is Nilesh Dhariya from Ahmedabad. I am very very distressed because of Bharat Gas company's local distributor in Ranip [New Era Gas Service, 9, Natraj Shopping Centre, Nr. Navsarjan School. Inspite of requesting for the domestic gas cylinder delivery the local distributor makes us wait for the cylinder delivery for atleast 15 days from the date of applying for the same. This time they have crossed their limits, when i rang up to enquire about the late delivery of the gas cylinder the manager said that the delivery was taken on 8.2.2011 physically from their shop. I told him that in our life so far we have never taken the physical delivery of gas cylinder from the shop as we have 2 gas cylinders. But he even said that he can show us the signed slip as well. That means these people they are doing the fake signatures of the customers and are selling the gas cylinders in black market. What a shame. When i argued strongly and raised my voice and threatened him for lodging a complaint in consumer court or grahak suraksha kendra, he said very arrogantly that do whatever you want to do.

                                These means they have become the king and can do whatever they want to do. These kind of irresponsible behavior can lead Bharat Gas company down. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  Hi All, this Rohan bhrata gas agency, near geetanjali teater, Malleswaram. From past 1 week i am trying to book a gas through telephone. I will start to call from morning. Once it will rings but nobody picks up. Again I will try long engage for another half an hour. After that again rings and long engage. I dont know what these people will do. If they cannot provide service through gas, let them throw all their telephone connections. We have lots of other work also. Someone help me to solve this problem.

                                  They r very rude to customer. I had been to book the cylinder. They were not picking the phones. Phones were keep on ringing. Anyone can do anything about this. Or else please tell me where can i give strong complaint against them.
                                  And now they have changed the contact numbers and no intimation was given to any of the customers and nobody will pick up. It will be a lucky day for those who get their lines while trying for this gas agency. I have tried for 2days to call them up but there was no answer at all. Atlast i got it was really a thrilling moment for us to get the line of this Gas Agency in Malleswaram...... This never ends.....
                                  I have to keep tryiong for the whole day to book for gas.
                                  Every month this is the problem. Very nuisance.
                                  Many a times phones will be engaged or there won't be any response.
                                  When you go in person also they behave very rudley.
                                  They shd remember they r in customer service.
                                  Worthless gas. I tried to get gas from other gas services. I understand that if we have one gas at home, we wont get another connection.

                                  During my last cylinder delivery, the agent lied to me about the price and he has taken extra money from me. And when my mom told that, the prices had gone down. I immediately called to book a complaint about the incident that happend and no one responed to it.

                                  Then i personally walked to the stores to check on this, but the entire unit support that false agent and blamed the customer itself. This was totally a rediculous feeling for me. I have decided to go to the regional officer with this complaint.

                                  Frankly speaking this looks like a open looti, just like me i don't know how many other customers they are fooling about including the entire crew at "Rohan Bharat Gas".
                                  I have given a written complaint but daoubt if they will take any action on this. I will also approach cops to file an FIR on this.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that on 4/10/2007 I went to Anukool Gas Service situated at 13th lane Kamathipura ,Mumbai-400 008, they are distributers of
                                    Zone -1, I wanted to register my request for refilled cylinder which the staff went through the computer and checked at my status and said you will get your cylinder within 6 days on a pre-condition that you should change your cylinder pipe from them ,I made them aware that I have already changed the pipe last week which is of ISI standard , but they refused and said you will have to first buy the orange colour pipe which cost Rs 190/- from them then only they will get the refilled cylinder delivery .
                                    Sir , our Eid festival(14/10/2007) is fast approaching and if I didnt get the cylinder dilivery on time I will be left high & dry. Is it neccessry to by gas pipe from the agency only on such an exorbitant price and such pre-condition attached to it.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    Dear All,
                                    I would like to know from all of you, whether your complaints are getting addressed in reply or not since I am also facing similar problem of refilling delays from our distributor here is pune, " M/s Shree Maruti Bharat Gas Service", Tingrenagar, Pune-15.
                                    The Distributors phone are always busy ( receiver kept aside, nonfunctional) or mostly unanswered.The Staff also behaves very rudely along with the owner.
                                    Bookings are to be done at the distributors office personaly as no phone available and delivery date is always more than 20 days.There is no use of keeping 2 Cylinders as both are always empty.
                                    Can Bharat Gas Authorities look into the matter Urgently as after Complaining on their site the response is very very late...
                                    Please Help...
