I have gone to bpcl maraimalai nagar and no one in pimps and they told its shift changing time wait for 5 minutes and i waited for 10-15 minutes no one has been came.
Then i seen that huddle conducting for next shift staffs. How its possible after the shift time your conducting for huddle..

Hi, Without our concern our account switched from Prakash Home Appliances to KRK Power agency and without knowing that we had placed the We have placed an order for a 2nd cylinder with KRK power agency & paid the corresponding fee. After raising a complaint, our account moved back to Prakash Appliances but when we ask about our order KRK keep on saying us that they will deliver it today and it never happened.
It's been long we were trying to get our order but no luck, please help us with this request at the earliest and appreciate your help. Attached the order receipt for reference.

I have contacted distributor to replace but no one is responding and I have given a complaint to BPCL (COMPLAINT NO. 7299698&7313441), YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (MR.RITESH) CLEARLY TOLD ME THAT WE CAN NOT DO YOU MAY CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR. NO ONE RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINT.

Hello,
I filled the CNG in my car on 23rd Aug 2021 at the rate 70.85 per kg at Shiv petroleum, nagar pathardi Road. And the cng rate in Pune was 57.50. Why is there so much difference in price? And also, on CNG station debit card wasn't accepted.

I have a complaint No 733383 dt 21/08/2021.
The message is recd as gas delivered n 23/08/2021. But I have not received the refill. Pl investigate into the matter and deliver my refill without delay

My Brother took 3. BPCL smart fleet card for his three trucks. But in our area a particular BPCL petrol pump is not using the same. After repeated effort and request to the owner of the pump he is still not using the same. Then why BPCL issuing the smart cards when his petrol pump is not using and not interested in the same. In this digital world when government is encouraging for Digital India why will this petrol pump will not use the same?

Bharat Petroleum is issuing BPCL Smart Fleet Card for using at BPCL petrol pumps for using encouraging digital transaction. My brother Sibaji Ghosh Dastidar took the same service from BPCL and took 3 card for my 3 trucks. But in our place a particular BPCL petrol pump is not using the same. After repeatedly requesting the Pump Owner he is still not using the same and also not interested. In this digital age where govt is encouraging for Digital India, why will not this pump use the same ???? .

मैने HLRDC HISAR, HARYANA में गैस की बुकिंग (id[protected] अगस्त 2021 को की थी और उसका बुकिंग नम्बर 39427 है। और मैने इसकी ऑनलाइन पेमेंट भी 853.50 rs 15 अगस्त 2021 को ही कर दी थी। लेकिन जब वे आज 19 अगस्त को delivery देने आए तो rs 25 extra कैश माँग रहे थे और कह रहे थे कि आज गैस का रेट बढ़ गया है और आपको ये 25 rs pay करने होंगे। अब मैं ये 25 rs क्यों pay करू क्योंकि मैंने जब बुक किया था तब ये रेट नहीं थे। इसमें गल्ती HLRDC HISAR, HARYANA की है जो डिलीवरी 19 अगस्त 2021 को कर रही है। अब मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि उचित कार्यवाही की जाये।

Dear Sir, Mera Bharat Gas No- 5611 in the name of Chandravati R/O/297-A, Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092 I had paid for booking gas cylinder on 1st June 2021 through google pay whose UTR- CMS[protected] But the payment has been debited from my account but Keechten Care S-537, School Block Pert-1 Shakarpur Delhi-110092 has refused to receive the payment and the cylinder of this payment has not been given yet. Transfer or get the cylinder for this payment, you will be very proud

I have applied for a new Bharat gas connection in Pune wakad area. The name of the distributor is Kaspate Bharatgas - nearby Hinjawadi Road Bridge, Bhujbal Vasti, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. From last week the status is showing documents under verification. No action has been taken by Bharat gas customer care. My new gas connection id is: 78802712

I got duped at bpcl fuel station. I asked for rs 200 petrol and the final reading showed rs 150 and when i asked them they said they filled rs 50 already. And made me pay 200. The fuel increase much on my scooty's meter.
This happened to me once before at the same pump.This isn't acceptable and is theft.
I saw many reviews on google about this pump and a lot of people had the same experience. Please look into it and help everyone.

This is so frustrating that even after submitting all documents my consumer number is blocked. Bharat gas is disgusting! some body doing here fraud don't know who is that one. doesn't having multiple connection since consumer number is blocked. why?
How can I book gas refill then? please look into it and do the needful.

Regularly I use to refill my tank at chengalpet vedhachala muthaliyar station. There is a sir filling system. But never it works

Consumer no.53606896, tried booking from BPCL site through google pay on JUL182021, amount got deducted but booking for cyclinder failed, transaction id :[protected],
i had raised complaint regarding the same in the site, complaint no:7258041. customer care representative said it would be refunded within one week, but still not received refund.
