    I have made a payment through google pay for BPCL gas booking on 18/7/21. However in the BPCL app it showed error in booking and booking was not made. But the amount was deducted from my account. After which I made a booking with cash on delivery and paid online later which also resulted in failure of payment. The delivery person took money in cash at the time of delivery. I have not received any refund as yet. Before this I have complained twice without any proper resolution.

      Sir,
      I have honour to inform you that i am an inhabitant of Town-sarthebari, Dist-Barpeta, state-Assam, pin -781307.The Dealer’s main mode of business is, maintaining the good customer relationship and smooth flow of cylinder supply. But the people working in the Baikuntha Bharat gas agency is very rough and never consider customer as humans. Not properly response in the telephone, not properly supply the cylinder, not properly register the cylinder booking, etc………………..

      Many times they never pick the telephone or make the telephone always engaged by throwing out the receiver. If they attend the call very rarely, their words and speech is that much worst and rough and rude. None can tolerate.

      This complaint is not submitted by a single man, but the entire and surrounding locality’s complaint.

      To know the fact more, you can send your people and enquire to the Baikuntha gas agency's customers. Each will say a never ending story. That kind of agony and humiliation we were met and still facing, something are beyond the words.

      Some people told that they always make the cylinder supply as artificial demand, in order to move the cylinder in black market - particularly for LPG supported vehicles.

      We humbly and politely request you please and kindly either change the dealership or command them to behave customer friendly and ask them to attend the call with polite speech. They are creating their own rules for cylinder booking and cylinder supply. Please force them to throw all the brutal, beastly and inhuman rules.

        Dear Sir, I have requested to transfer the Bharat Gas connection from my name to wife name . For this, I have submitted relevant documents i.e the form to transfer and KYC, etc. to the Baikuntha gas agency. They are now asking for Rs 1500/- as fee to transfer gas connection to my wife name whereas as per my knowledge and as checked on your website, there is no fee for transfer. Please look into the matter, as this is unnecessarily causing a delay in this process. I will be grateful to you.and also i would like to inform you that the behaviour of the office staff is so tarriable.They doesn't know how to behave the visitors.i have seen that they slung abusive language when customer wants to know the rules and regulations of BPCL.I have seen that the office staff was remins drunk..The address of this corrupted distributor is mentioned below-

          Today I went to Baikuntha Bharat gas agency which is situated in Town-sarthebari, pin-781307, Dist-Barpeta, state-Assam.
          I requested for new connection and asking them to let me know about the new gas connection charges.
          They told me that I have to pay 5000 rupees for single cylinder where Gas stove is mandatory to purchase. I said that I don't have any requirement of gas stove as I already have one at my home.
          They forced me to purchase and said that if don't want to buy then show them the gas stove bill.
          I said that I am new in sarthebari and recently shifted on rent.
          They told me that without purchasing gas stove, they will not entertain me and will not send my documents to Head office.
          Is this the way to deal with customers? The behaviour of the office staff is so dangerous.They doesn't know how to behave a customer.They behave rudely to the consumer.And they also give abusive gesture to the women.I have seen that the office staff was remins drunk

            On 16-July-2021, I made a payment of Rs. 843.50 for refill booking via UPI (Transaction ID UPI/[protected]/BPCL/bpcl.[protected]@h/HD). The amount was deducted from my account but the booking was unsuccessful.
            Then i made a payment of Rs. 849.4 through net banking and it was successful.
            But, the UPI payment failure amount of Rs. 843.50 has not been refunded to my account yet.

            Please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                Dear sir/madam,
                It's been 3-4 month, one of your pumps pos, swipe machine is not working. They repeatedly saying the machine is damaged. But as I am a bank employee, I know that it can replace within 10days.
                Please take proper steps to rectify the issue. If not, I have to swipe my mind to HP or Indian Oil.

                    I HAVE BOOKED BHARAT GAS LPG CYLINDER ON 17/7/21 AND MADE PAYMENT USING UPI.AMOUNT OF RS 839/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNTBUT IT SHOWED PAYMENT STATUS FAILURE.I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT FROM BHARAT GAS SITE NOR AMOUNT REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

                    Also not received booking ID.

                    CICI Bank Acct XXX612 debited for INR 839.50 on 17-Jul-21 & bpcl.[protected]@hdfcbank credited.UPI:[protected].

                    kindly help in getting refund of money deducted on online payment and advise if need to avoid online payment.

                      I have done fuel tank full from bharat petroleum chirawa for my car ALTO 80O Vxi
                      Therefore fuel tank capacity is 35 Ltrs
                      And petroleum pump server has been full tank with 44.10 Ltrs so I want to know what is fault
                      There is Maruti or BPCL
                      Bcoz Maruti has compiled with capicty is confirmed 35 Ltrs
                      But how can possible 44.10 Ltrs filled in tanks

                        This is to bring to your notice that I am Dinesh Chauhan. I want to complain that we booked our bharat gas lpg cylinder on 11 July 2021 and we received notification on 12 July 2021 that our cylinder has been delivered at the right address but we did not get any lpg gas cylinder. This has happened many times because the deliveryman sometimes gives our cylinder to some other person in black. We have complained about the same issue many a times to distributor agency named M/S. M.D. ENTERPRISES located now at 1, GTK road, railway crossing no. 4, Azadpur, Delhi-110033. No action has been taken till now. please take some action against the deliveryman and on the distributor also.

                            I booked the cylinder online and successfully made the payment through your payment Gateway but it said the transaction was failed. I received message confirming the deduction of the amount from my bank account with the transaction ID:[protected].

                            This is the second time I have encountered this. Previously I wasn't refunded. I request for a prompt resolution.

                              I have made payment for bharat gas new connection using credit card by cc avenue option on 12.7.2021. Amount of rs. 3627.93/- was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure.
                              I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account.

                                  Yesterday, I purcased pertrol from one of your pump(Neoti Highway Service) located near Dumdum Airport, Gate 1, opposite to the Masjid. I used your company fuel card (SBI BPCL) to make the payment. The delivery person couldn't use his card machine as it was not working. Instead o[censored]sing another device he made me wait for 10 mins and kept on discussing this with others. When I requested him to use other machine from the counter as I was getting late, he misbehaved and rudely replied that I have to wait and he cannot take payment from other machine. Later another delivery person asked him to use other machine and then the payment went through. I told him that for no reason you made me wait for so long. On that he started abusing me verbally and uttered that I should use cash or debit card instead this BPCL card, then the payment would be easy.
                                  I want to know if the customers are harassed for using BPCL card then why you insist us to avail that??
                                  It is your salesperson who adviced me the advantage o[censored]sing this card.
                                  I was unexpectedly harassed by your delivery person over the counter and he was in a mood to physically harass me if other people were not there.
                                  It makes me feel that going to your pump and using the BPCL card is actually putting myself at risk to be killed by your employed goons in disguise of delivery person. I want you to take strict action against the pump owner and specially against the delivery person to set an example of customer relationship, otherwise if this kind of instances continue then it can take a very ugly shape in future for any customer

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Subsidy not received against gas refill delivered since after 2015 onwards . Details of which is given
                                        below. I am visiting personally to Saurabh Gas Service ( North west Delhi ), Distributor address : SHOP NO 82 POCKET 13 SECTOR 24 ROHINI 110033 . I had almost reached 7 times in the month of June
                                        2021 to discuss subsidy issue but still they are not supporting me . I had made complain almost 4 times on portal also but token closed without any discussion with me .

                                        Again and again they are miss guiding me wrong by saying Bank NACH software link & Delink need to get done from Canara Bank, Sec16 branch, Rohini Delhi,

                                        Sometimes name JAI KISHAN RANA is wrong so get it corrected at distributor end with processing fee Rs.675, As per Aadhar details are wrong name should be J K RANA.

                                        Sometime straight away saying govt. has stopped subsidy system so backlog subsidy due from 2015 will not be transferred.

                                        made situation worse for me and my family. Kindly support me in this regard on urgent basis and arrange training program for Saurabh Gas, Customer representative as they are all uncivilized person with lack of knowledge.
