Sir,
I made a transaction of Rs. 814/- towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[[protected]] through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill Desk. But at the end of the bpcl bill desk, they told money is not Credited. Therefore I had booked refill again through COD. My consumer no 27604555.

I had lodged complaint to bhim upi customer care. They investigate of the matter and reply through mail that the transaction has done successfully.
I attached some screen shot for your reference.
I hope you attend this issue seriously. Otherwise it is my obligation to approach consumer forum for justice.
Do the co-operate.

    Sir i have book cylinder through bpcl app and also i paid before through online. But cylinder stil not delivered every time gas man asking extra money 70 to delivery. Whenever i book cylinder i got depressed my phone no. [protected] my name j samson my customer id 20321826 kindly bring me a permanent solution.

      I have booked Bharat gas LPG Cylinder on 29/03/2021 and made online payment using South Indian Bank Debit Card. Amount Rs. 832.00 was deducted from my account but still it is showing payment status as pending on Bharat Gas Cylinder Booking Site. Payment made through avenue India Pvt. LTD. I have neither received any payment confirmation from Bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

        Sir I request to delivery man online payment facility is Available ho man is said one time done another time not accept so I requested first I paying money after you fill the petrol delivery man bevehers with customer I'm paying paid through phone pay payment is successful showing this other one machine operator he tooking with customer blbla no payment is not successful is not done showering Show mess worbs are useing with customer so how to the better service to customers

              The delivery agent is charging extra money for delivery of the LPG cylinder. When denying to pay the extra money the delivery agent tell us to come far from our home/address and to pick the LPG cylinder ourselves.

              This agency delayed delivery and more than Rs.50 with a cylinder cost, every time delivery man asking, shouting my house.I informed this agent, but other delivery man only sent, He as well as asking more 50/- rs.

                Wrong message of overdue amount

                I m surinder Jagota [protected]
                For last one year I m receiving messages on my mob no that amount 3480244 is overdue and clear it .
                To inform you that I am never linked with BPCL . You are requested to look into it personally. I m being harassed with this message. If this is not solved immediately I will have no option but to follow legal action .
                Pl do the needful. I have reported it earlier also on your customer care...

                  Gas refill not delivered but showing a delivered

                  Respected sir,

                  I am Lanka Durgaiah, having consumer No:39303032 with distributor No:117432

                  I have booked the refill on 29/01/2021 with order No: 24678.
                  I paid the amount online. I have waited for a long time for refill and checked in website and I am shocked to see that the cylinder got delivered on 19/02/2021.

                  Immediately I raised the complaint through customer service with No:6710796....

                    Dear sir
                    I Am Rathnamma consumer number 52929464,
                    Still cylinder not delivered
                    I book my cylinder on 12.03.2021 at Sahakari Bharat Gas agency and still it has not delivered. When I asked for the same day are telling there is no booking do again and it will take more time to provide to deliver you the cylinder. Always their person who delivers the refill asks for more money ranging between Rs 50-60 more money bagging, refill cost
                    I am agree with you that bharat Sahakari Gas service delivery is very poor. After booking of gas, they deliver after 15-20 days after given several reminders by phone or personally.manager Devaraj and proparotor [protected] and sales officer [protected] ranjan not responded.However, it should deliver within 24 hrs. We have given several complains but no action was taken by agency.They book the gas after 5 days over cylinder not coming at home how to cook . How a consumer used a gas cylinder 40 to 45 days. Please ensure the proper delivery. Delivery persons are provided the gas to out side agencies with additional cost immediately. Black marketing is on top rather than actual consumer supply.

                          I ask to fill 200 RS petrol in bike helper suggest fill 250 RS petrol.
                          I said ok fill 250 RS but while dispensing petrol helper made only 200 RS petrol and take 250 RS cash from me.
                          This happened 2nd time with me on same petrol pump.

                                Sir, last evenings I paid for 14.25 little of petrol at Vasant vicar COCO, New Delhi petrol pump but They filled nearly 2-3 little less. I brought this matter to the notice of manager Raju Chauhan, but he didn't accept this complaint, rather tried to prove that there is no problem with the pump. I have been using your petrol pump for last 4- 5 years, but it never came to my notice like this.
                                If you have any redressal mechanism, then kindly look into the matter at this petrol pump.
