Issue. True Balance wallet se cylinder booked kiya tha 5th January ko. Lekin abhi tak booking nahi hua aur refund bhi nahi mila. TRUE BALANCE app se contact karta hu to woh log bolte hai Payment successful huya hai ap bpcl se contact kijiye. Aur BPCL se contact karta hu to woh log bolta hai payment hamare paas nahi aaya. Aisa hi chal raha hai last 1 month se.So please help me.

    I have visited Bharat petrol pump @Survey No 9, CTS 1 D Vadavali, opposite Mata Sitala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093 twice.
    Both the times, I have faced the issue of over filling of my vehicle tank. Fuel capacity would be full with 3 ltrs or less. However, fuel station is charging for 4 Ltrs because people who fill the fuel are so careless they don't pay proper attention. Even if tank is full, they don't stop and petrol will be flowing on the ground.
    I am really frustrated with this issue. Please take necessary actions as this is very seriously impacting the customers.

      Since from the beginning of the service, charges of 30-20rs extra to the bill being deducted in the suffix of Delivery charges.

          On 29/01/2020 when i purchased 17.10 liters fuel from this outlet i found there is a significant lesser quantity of fuel compare to other pump.I purchase equal quantity of fuel from other pump every week.So i have a fair idea about this.When i asked the pump authority regarding my concern, they refuses to provide proper answer.
          Need your serious intervention regarding this issue

              I ordered refilling gas in bharat Radha gas service.. usually I will give 20 rupees for delivery man..giving to deliver person is customer choice..but this time delivery man cheated with my mom 50 rupees..he told that transportation fee and for his delivery total 60 rupees...he also threatened my mom, if my mom will never give money he would never bring gas..then my mom gave 50 rupees extra for this ..gas rate 723 but he asked my mom gave 780...my mom gave 770 rupees to him..I want to take severe actions for this bharat gas delivery persons..pls take severe action on them.. otherwise this will continues..

                I usually filled petrol in that particular petrol bunk, Today I filled but the careless of the workers some petrol is waste & blow up, then i smelled it, it's full of kerosene smell, then i ask to that employee, he said this is petrol smell no kerosene & ask like arrogant, please take any action against that petrol bunk..

                    While returning to Chennai on 13.01.2021, I entered your BPCL Petrol Bunk, Vandalur, Chennai. Your service man did not wear mask. sneezed thrice before me. with uncleaned, bare hands he operated the entire instruments for me. first time, card was declined. he did not give declined slip. did not give petrol bill copy also. fearing Covid, due to his unhealthy behavior, I left immediately. you claim in your AD always that 'when petrol bill is not given, petrol is free'. I have the card payment copy now enclosed.                       I have booked a bharat gas refill by order No 63493 & refill ID [protected] on date 15.01.2021. I have made payment through google pay and the payment shows success .The UPI ID is[protected] dated 15.01.2021.But while checking in Bharat gas app it shows payment status failure.Please solve the issue.

                        I booked lpg cylinder on 10/01/2021 and made online payment using upi ([protected]@oksbi) from gpay app. Amount of inr 723.50 was deducted from my account and it showed payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking app. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed. Please issue me refund of inr 723.50 for the same to my bank account.

                          Bharat gas app par Rs.730.51 payment kiya tha via Amazon Pay. Aur payment deduct ho jane ke bad Bharat gas app par Payment status Failed dikha raha hai. Phir mujhe COD payment karna pada
                          Uske bad Maine bpcl customer care par call kiya tha un logone kaha ki refund mil jayega. Lekin 10 days ho gaya abhi tak refund nahi mila. So please help me.

                                    I tried ordering online.suddenly due to browser crash at online payment section .I couldn't complete transaction. But again when I come back, I couldn't make payment it's like became COD sort of.it not allowing me to pay the money for current order nor able to cancel the order.when tried to do so it showing me like since I have selected Online payment I couldn't cancel.very worst experience.why don't they allow again to complete payment.very frustrating from barath gas.i want to make online payment now.resolve quickly

                                      I have raised complaint in BPCL official website regarding repeated online transaction failures while using bharat gas website for payments. My complaint id was 6492061 and was closed without any resolution or feedback. Is it just a formality to ask for consumer's feedback/complaints and just close it without resolution? Do customers look like jokers to these people and they just use them for their business? If bharatgas cannot do proper website maintenance, they can very well shutdown their official website so that consumers will not be fooled of such cheap tricks. If the issue will not be solved, will take it till ministry of petroleum.

                                        My client code in NINE112 form motilal oswal, i had purchase 200 share of bpcl company in my account and holded for 2 years then sold,
                                        My account shown me total divident of BPCl is 11250rs but till date i have recieved 0.00 rs.
                                        So kindly Send me a dividend through DD Or Directly to my account.
