While returning to Chennai on 13.01.2021, I entered your BPCL Petrol Bunk, Vandalur, Chennai. Your service man did not wear mask. sneezed thrice before me. with uncleaned, bare hands he operated the entire instruments for me. first time, card was declined. he did not give declined slip. did not give petrol bill copy also. fearing Covid, due to his unhealthy behavior, I left immediately. you claim in your AD always that 'when petrol bill is not given, petrol is free'. I have the card payment copy now enclosed. Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still Bharat Gas refused to deliver the booked cylinder. Please look into this matter asap.
