I have paid for new gas connection against my Request ID[protected]. Amount has been deducted from my account. But I am yet to know whether payment has been successful or not.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 06/11/2020 and made online payment on the BPCL website using amazon pay upi. Amount ₹ 621/- was deducted from my bank account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through BILL DESK. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed

This complaint is bringing your attention to Air, Sound & Water Pollution by a petrol pump near 20 house holders in Aroor grama panchayat ward XXI and Grand a permission to increase the width of passageway for house holders near by St Augustine Petrol pump.

Around 50 people living Near the St Augustine petrol pump situated in XXI ward of Aroor Gramapanchayath. The store tank and filling coils are placed only 10-12 meter from our houses and which makes a toxic smell even in fuel filling time. There were few senior citizens and children living near this pump facing breathing problems also. We already intimated the problem to the pump authorities several times and they haven't taken any necessary action to resolve the problem.

Now they are going to implement CNG without any consent from the neighbour's and also moving their Generator from the isolated area to near to our houses. We already face the air pollution and smell by the fuel tank and once they place the generator, then we will suffer with the sound pollution also.

For every monsoon season, our area facing water logging issue in front of every house and the polluted water from the petrol pump is also mixed on the logged water. Which is affected to our normal water sources.

The passageway near by the petrol pump is very congested and most of the house holders are senior citizens, we requested to the petrol pump owners to grant a permission for increase with width of the passage for 2 feet till the first home and remaining areas are give up by the house owners. But the petrol pump owners are not willing to give up the area.

Kindly help us to increase the width of the passageway at least traveled by an autorickshaw/ small ambulance if any emergency situation will occur.

Hello, I've booked a cylinder through Bharat gas app and evwn after successful payment from my bank via UPI app the transaction was stated as failure and no booking was confied from Bharat gas side.
There no status for any sort of booking or transaction history from the app or the agency. I want my refund immediately to be processed. Proof of payment is attached.
This incident happened on 1st Nov. 2020.

I have lost my gas passbook & my registerd no. With Bharat gas is [protected].
What is the proccess to regenerate the new passbook.

I have placed order of bharatgas cylinder on Dt.15.10.2020 but while paying online, my Amount of Rs.594/- got deducted but transaction failed. I have paid to delivery man via Cash and he said that failed payment will refunded to you in 6 to 7 days. But Till date I have not received any refund against the same. Please help me give me full refund. I payed online for this transaction via CCavenue option. I payed full amount to their upi i'd but my transaction status showing failed pls help me as soon as possible my order i'd is 100411

Delivery of empty cylinder on 23/10/2020

I paid for booking Bharat gas thru online Payment on dated 14th October Rs. 629.50.But payment was failed and cut on my account.Payment did not refund till today.Please refund my payment.

as from the beginning my distributor sankar paul is fail to deliver gas on time some times they book gas without my permission and delivery not in my address i have already raised complain but issue is not resolved till date same mistake is repeating intentionally ..i think the man is corrupted booking gas without permission and selling at higher to others ..my humble request either change my distributor or change the distributor

Toady I booked cylinder on bharat gas and payment online via Google pay my transection number is[protected]. I dont get any cylinder the agency is asking cash for that order. But i dont get any refund. My bharat LPG acc no is 64165168 . Plz refund my money . Please help

First of all, i would like to know what's the prescribed amout of delivery charges. It's usually 20 is what we pay, but now the delivery boys are charging more. Today i have bought a cylinder worth 665, delivery boy came and took 700. On further enquiring how much delivery charges he said 35 while it's actually 20. I'm ready to pay the total delivery charges but what's this. This is absolutely cheating the customers. Either you prescribe a fixed amount of delivery charges or include that delivery charges within the amount you send.

he is saying amount not credit in my account so where is my money gone from 4 months ???? How much time it will take is this way of online gas booking e- pay

So this worst service I transferred my lpg to other distributor

I have booked cylinder through bharat gas android app. Order id 63813. Refill id : [protected]
Payment successful in billdesk-upi (Google pay). But in bharatgas app shows payment failed.
Delivery man collected 630+50 rupees in cash as well. Kindly refund the amount. Compliant no : 6112872 closed without proper resolution. 2nd complaint number for same issue : 6118145.

Also i had discussion with bpcl customer care...

I filled petrol at Bharat petroleum station at belapur mumbai.
At that time the person at the pump told me that my engine oil is bad and needs a replacement.

In fact the things like engine oil, coolent etc were changed recently.
I told hims so, still he kept on saying that it needs a replacement and we will do it for you. It can be done at the pump itself right now.

It's clear that along with petrol they are trying to sell unnecessary consumables to the customers. Later I showed my car to my mechanic and he confirmed that everything is fine and car is working normally. As such even I have not yet seen oil related warning flashing on my panel inside the car.
customers be careful with this pump at belapur.

I used their IOS app to book cylinder and it was charged for 599.50, and i paid through google pay UPI on 21st august at 6:25 PM from my UPI
and UPI transcation ID:[protected]

and in application payment said it failed and no one refunded me money still after calling them on customer care

Payment debited on my account but not reflection on payment receipt

I am having a gas connection and the lpg provider is bharat gas. The distributor is super-chef gas service at new no.39, kannadasan st;t. Nagar,
Chennai-600017. My consumer number is 21538. Till march 2020, the subsidy was promptly credited to my sb account with my bank. From may, subsidy was stopped without any communication to me. No subsidy to the the refill supplied on 04.05.20. The retail selling price of the cylinder was 569.50. Despite my reminders to them, bpcl simply ignored my emails
No subsidy has been released till this date. For refills delivered on 02.07.20
(Retail selling price of the cylinder being rs.606.50) and on 25.08.20 (Retail price being rs.610.50), a meagre amount of rs.25.45, has been credited to my bank account as subsidy. This is atrocious. Their intention is to stop the release of the subsidy, completely. No clarifications from them so far in this regard. Is bpcl corrupted? Why they hesitate to come forward with their explanations for releasing a meagre amount of rs.25.45? Bharat gas should look into the matter and release the subsidy due for may, 20 and the balance amount of the full subsidy for july&aug, 20, failing which, i will be constrained to the concerned ministry and our beloved pm, who is against corruptions in all levels in govt. Organisations. Usually, the minimum of subsidy was rs.175/-

Today at 10.00 am i have visited the b p asalwas petrol pump on nh 48 district rewari. But the sales man refused to take the card. This is not first time with me. Many time when i visited to this petrol pump, the sales man did not attend the customers and they are busy in mobile playing and talking to each other and make laughing on customers and ask him to take your vehicle to other machines.
Many time i have go without taking the fuel.
Today when i reached in the cabin after refused to take the card the attendent / manager also not showing the intrest of my problem and give me the complainant register and simply told me to register your complaint and go.
I am thinking that no action was taken by any official on complaint register in this register.
So you are requested to take action on my complaint because this petrol pump is operating by company.
