I can't received my gas cylinder... Bui i got message to my registered mobile no that my cylinder had delivered 1day ago.. I had book my cylinder at 14th august... Eats going on.. Why company looks customers as fools

    I had booked bharat gas cylinder on 09/08/2020 and made online payment using hdfc debit card. Amount ₹ 596.38/- was deducted from my account but it is showing payment status as failed on bharat gas cylinder booking site. After making payment from bharat gas app i got a payment reference number :[protected] and my payment made through ccavenue at utilitiescc ref no:[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed.

      Address: Saraswati gas agency, Naigaon west

      Bharat gas delivery staff are forcing people to bring their empty cylinder down from the second floor and carry a filled one back up. Many seniors are unable to carry a 15kg cylinder and are forced to hire other labour even thought T and C states cylinder will be delivered to home and free of cost.

            I have booked Bharat Gas LPG cylinder on 11/08/2020 and made online payment using SBI Netbanking. Amount of Rs 604.32 was deducted from my account but still it was showing payment status as pending on Bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through Ccavenue. The reference number is #IGAJDXPSR5. i have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account on this transaction get failed

              I booked a cylinder today as on 9th august 2020. I had made payment from my south indian bank debit card for rs.594.50 was debited but the payment status shows as pending. Kindly help me with the matter.

                Respected Sir,
                My booking reference no is 40689 & cash memo no is 46027 I have not receive my cylinder still now from the delivery man MR. BHOLA from BENGAL FLAME Bharat Gas agency. I have call to MR BHOLA near about 100 times but he has no response in my phone call.This is the third time he was face my complaint.

                So my request to you please see the matter seriously other Oise my family facing troubles in Covid situation.

                Respected Sir,
                My booking reference no is 40689 & cash memo no is 46027 dated 22 July 2020 I have not received my cylinder still now from the delivery man MR. BHOLA and Re generated cash memo no is 50106 and booking no 40689 dated 01.08.2020 but still not getting my cylinder from Mr Bhola & BENGAL FLAME Bharat Gas agency. I have called to MR BHOLA about 100 times but he has no response in my call.This is the third time he has faced my complaint.

                So my request to you please take this matter seriously. Otherwise my family is facing troubles in Covid 19 situation.

                                I had requested for new connection and submitted documents on 18.07.2020, same was verified and payment was done on same date. but now i am unable to see my status and no one form BPCL informing me about my new connection status.
                                Distributor is asking for more money (Rs.3500)than online amount(Rs2300)
                                I had called to BPCL customer care, but they said this can't be resolved at our end and told to check with Distributor and vice versa.
                                I had also raised query on BPCL site but not received any feedback on that. Query reference number is 5890474.
                                In check Status tab system is showing max. OTP limit since last 4 days.

                                  It is more than 21 days and more than 15 working days from my date of application 29-jun-2020 reference number 72932182 for the new connection. Could you please confirm the status of my new connection request. Whether you are giving, rejecting or requiring any other document from my side, can you please inform me. Each time i send mail, from your end a customer request id is created indicating that someone will contact me about my concern but no one still contacted me.

                                  Now even if i am not able to check status of my request online as it is showing "opt limit exceed". Please try to resolve this issue.

                                    I have applied for new gas connection on 16th july 2020.
                                    My request id is 73118311.
                                    I checked for two days and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
                                    Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error i dont know the status.

Amount ₹ 594/- was deducted from my account and status showing payment success but cyilender not delivered payment made through ccavenue. Plz check... And my refunded in my account. Plz it's very urgent....
