I have placed order of bharatgas cylinder yesterday but while paying money online my money get deducted but transaction failed pls help me give me full refund i payed online for this transaction via billdesk upi option i payed full amount to their upi i'd but my transaction status showing failed pls help me

      I am having a gas connection and the lpg provider is bharat gas. The distributor is super-chef gas service at new no.39, kannadasan st;t. Nagar,
      Chennai-600017. My consumer number is 21538. Till march 2020, the subsidy was promptly credited to my sb account with my bank. From may, subsidy was stopped without any communication to me. No subsidy to the the refill supplied on 04.05.20. The retail selling price of the cylinder was 569.50. Despite my reminders to them, bpcl simply ignored my emails
      No subsidy has been released till this date. For refills delivered on 02.07.20
      (Retail selling price of the cylinder being rs.606.50) and on 25.08.20 (Retail price being rs.610.50), a meagre amount of rs.25.45, has been credited to my bank account as subsidy. This is atrocious. Their intention is to stop the release of the subsidy, completely. No clarifications from them so far in this regard. Is bpcl corrupted? Why they hesitate to come forward with their explanations for releasing a meagre amount of rs.25.45? Bharat gas should look into the matter and release the subsidy due for may, 20 and the balance amount of the full subsidy for july&aug, 20, failing which, i will be constrained to the concerned ministry and our beloved pm, who is against corruptions in all levels in govt. Organisations. Usually, the minimum of subsidy was rs.175/-

        Today at 10.00 am i have visited the b p asalwas petrol pump on nh 48 district rewari. But the sales man refused to take the card. This is not first time with me. Many time when i visited to this petrol pump, the sales man did not attend the customers and they are busy in mobile playing and talking to each other and make laughing on customers and ask him to take your vehicle to other machines.
        Many time i have go without taking the fuel.
        Today when i reached in the cabin after refused to take the card the attendent / manager also not showing the intrest of my problem and give me the complainant register and simply told me to register your complaint and go.
        I am thinking that no action was taken by any official on complaint register in this register.
        So you are requested to take action on my complaint because this petrol pump is operating by company.

          bought Lpg on- 17/08/2020 . what is happening ? If you remark the delivery date of 17/08/2020 you will be see that delivery time was not mentioned.But if you see my last 5 Lpg delivery record you will see the delivery date and time are mentioned.please do needful .

            Gd morning sir/madam myself manoharan police head constable gr. I of villivakkam chennai. Sir/madam on 27/08/2020 at about 13/10 hrs on the way to my office i went to your one dealer named balasubramaniam auto diesel centre, which was located on the gst road no. 4/231 vandalur, chennai -48.
            I went to first pump to fill fuel to my bullet for the amount of rs.500/- one gentleman (Name not known) attended fill the fuel improperly. Nevertheless...

                I had booked bharat gas cylinder on 09/08/2020 and made online payment using hdfc debit card. Amount ₹ 596.38/- was deducted from my account but it is showing payment status as failed on bharat gas cylinder booking site. After making payment from bharat gas app i got a payment reference number :[protected] and my payment made through ccavenue at utilitiescc ref no:[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed.

                  Bharat gas delivery staff are forcing people to bring their empty cylinder down from the second floor and carry a filled one back up. Many seniors are unable to carry a 15kg cylinder and are forced to hire other labour even thought T and C states cylinder will be delivered to home and free of cost.

                        I have booked Bharat Gas LPG cylinder on 11/08/2020 and made online payment using SBI Netbanking. Amount of Rs 604.32 was deducted from my account but still it was showing payment status as pending on Bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through Ccavenue.                           I booked a cylinder today as on 9th august 2020. I had made payment from my south indian bank debit card for rs.594.50 was debited but the payment status shows as pending. Kindly help me with the matter.

                            My booking reference no is 40689 & cash memo no is 46027 I have not receive my cylinder still now from the delivery man MR. BHOLA from BENGAL FLAME Bharat Gas agency. I have call to MR BHOLA near about 100 times but he has no response in my phone call.This is the third time he was face my complaint.

                            So my request to you please see the matter seriously other Oise my family facing troubles in Covid situation.

                            My booking reference no is 40689 & cash memo no is 46027 dated 22 July 2020 I have not received my cylinder still now from the delivery man MR. BHOLA and Re generated cash memo no is 50106 and booking no 40689 dated 01.08.2020 but still not getting my cylinder from Mr Bhola & BENGAL FLAME Bharat Gas agency. I have called to MR BHOLA about 100 times but he has no response in my call.This is the third time he has faced my complaint.

                            So my request to you please take this matter seriously. Otherwise my family is facing troubles in Covid 19 situation.
