While booking and payment the booking is automatically turned to cash on delivery but as the payment method is changed money should be deposited back but money is not deposited in bank and this has happened two times till now...

    I had requested for new connection and submitted documents on 18.07.2020, same was verified and payment was done on same date. but now i am unable to see my status and no one form BPCL informing me about my new connection status.
    Distributor is asking for more money (Rs.3500)than online amount(Rs2300)
    I had called to BPCL customer care, but they said this can't be resolved at our end and told to check with Distributor and vice versa.
    I had also raised query on BPCL site but not received any feedback on that. Query reference number is 5890474.
    In check Status tab system is showing max. OTP limit since last 4 days.

      It is more than 21 days and more than 15 working days from my date of application 29-jun-2020 reference number 72932182 for the new connection. Could you please confirm the status of my new connection request. Whether you are giving, rejecting or requiring any other document from my side, can you please inform me. Each time i send mail, from your end a customer request id is created indicating that someone will contact me about my concern but no one still contacted me.

      Now even if i am not able to check status of my request online as it is showing "opt limit exceed". Please try to resolve this issue.

        I have applied for new gas connection on 16th july 2020.
        My request id is 73118311.
        I checked for two days and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
        Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error i dont know the status.
        Please help.

            Cylinder not delivered

            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 07/07/2020 and made online payment using gpay upi payment. Amount ₹ 594/- was deducted from my account and status showing payment success but cyilender not delivered payment made through ccavenue. Plz check... And my refunded in my account. Plz it's very urgent....

              We have been shifted to mira road east recently, so we went to bharat laxmi gas submitted our 2 cylinders n regulator, they gave us thi paper and asked us to visit dev mogra gas agency miraroad. We went there and the staff told us there is no new regulator available so transfer procedure cannot be done. Now i am stuck, i have submitted old one and now i dont have anything wid me. I wuld like to file a complaint against dev mogra bharat gas agency for not providing me a new regulator and behaving rude wid me. Kindly help me urgently wid this matter or else i will escalate this issue further at higher level

                Sir, i have placed an order of bharat gas cylinder yesterday but while paying money online my money get deducted but the transaction failed please help me give me a full refund i paid online for this transaction via billdesk debit card option i paid the full amount, but my transaction status showing failed pls help me as soon as possible my request id is 72919629.

                as paying Bharat gas payment amount deducted through google pay. but on delivery cash voucher produced by agency. that's why payment done by cash. now i contacted to bank also bank said that BPCL WILL REFUND YOUR AMOUNT . NOW RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WHERE MY MONEY STAND.

                      Subsidy amount for the refill delivered on 04.05.20 vide inv. No.13671 dt.
                      02.05.20 (Super-chef gas services, t. Nagar, [protected]@rediffmail.com) has not been yet released for credit to my bank account. I wrote to bpcl in this regard and vide their mail dt.15.06.20
                      Directed me to contact one mr. Abhilash, sales officer, bpcl, giving his contact details ([protected]@bharatpetroleum.in and his mobile no.
                      [protected]). I wrote a letter to mr. Abhilash, requesting him to. Look into the matter and arrange for the release of the subsidy, immediately. But, no response from him, yet. It shows his irresponsibility. He should have responded to my mail at the earliest, but he has failed. I suspect something
                      Wrong with the sales officer. Subsidy was not also released for a long time for the refill delivered in march, 20. After lodging my complaint with bpcl,
                      The amount was credited to my bank account. I doubt the integrity and
                      Credibility of bpcl and the sales officer. This matter should be brought to the knowledge of the bpcl, distributor and sales officer (Bharat gas)

                          I have booked a gas cylinder through bharatgas app, and tried to pay through netbanking. I have paid ₹ 598.38 via debit card, using CCAvenue as gateway. My booking reference no. Is 29387. When I completed the process with entering OTP, it showed session expired, please retry. The amount has been deducted from the bank account, but it still is showing pending. Kindly help.

                            Delivery boy forcefully asked for an extra 19 rupees from us. Not sure what extra charges they are charging us. My mother refused to give the extra money, but the boy denied handing over the filled cylinder. Need your immediate attention on this and resolve the issue on priority.                                 I had booked my cylinder on 11/06/2020 and delivery came to my house on 12/06/2020 but deliveryman demanded the delivery charge other than actual bill amount and i denied to pay the same, then he took return my cylinder and not delivered to me. I have made a complaint to ivrs on 12/06/2020 against on demand of extra charges other than actual bill amount by the delivery man. A call came from bharat gas head office on 15/06/2020 and it is told to me that you will have to pay the delivery charges for your cylinder.
                                So i am not satisfy from reply of your company because if i have to pay the delivery charges then receipt must be provided to consumer for delivery charges taken and no option should be open for a consumer to make complaint against this.

                                  I am a regular consumer of lpg from bpcl on subsidised price and my distributors are super-chef gas services (Bharat gas distributors), t. Nagar
                                  Chennai-600017. ([protected]@rediffmail.com). Usually, the subsidy amount would be credited on the day or after the delivery of the refilled cylinder to me, to my bank account. But, they failed to credit the subsidy as usual to my bank account for the delivery of the new refilled cylinder. On 03.03.20. I lodged a complaint with bpcl in this regard and after a lapse of nearly one month, they credited the subsidy to my bank account. But again, they have failed to credit the subsidy to my bank account for the refilled cylinder delivered to. Me on 04.05.20. Again, i lodged a complaint with bpcl regarding their failure to release the subsidy for crediting to. My bank account. They informed me via email saying that an officer from bpcl would look into the matter, but no one has taken any steps in this regard. As such, i am constrained to sue bpcl for their deliberate act. They
