For new connection request no 72487955
I have paid online and the amount is debited from my credit card but it’s showing as failed in bpcl ebharatgas website. Please refund the same to my credit card.

Credit card company msg as followed:

Alert: you've spent inr 3, 797.28 on your amex card *21005 at bd bpcl - pg on 14/05/2020 at 04:10pm ist. Please call [protected] if this was not made by you.

Note: for credit card payment the amount was 3797.28

    Sir,
    I have honour to inform you that i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, locality-dabor chupa, dist-barpeta, state-assam, pin-781307.in our town there is bhart gas distributor. The name of this distributor is - baikuntha gas distributor. We have been facing huge disturbance because cylinder delivery van is not come to our locality since 2 month. So we are unable to receive our booking refill till now. So i kindly request to bpcl please order the distributor to send their cylinder delivery van in our locality.

      I am very uppset because of distributor cylinder delivery van is not come to our locality since 2 month.in our locality people have been facing huge plight last 2 month. So i kindly request to bpcl please help us my mentioned purpose. I have mention the address that people are facing this plight in the following-locality name - dabor chupa, ward no - 2, town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, state - assam. Pin-781307 and distributor name is - baikuntha gas distributor.

        I have honour to inform you that in our place people have been facing refill crisis since 15 days. But distributor and bharat gas official is not doing any steps to solve our problem. We are unable to cook our food in lpg gas. We have been cooking our food in fire wood. So we facing huge disturbance due to lack of lpg. The name of this distributor is - baikuntha gas distributor this distributor is situated in - town-sarthebari, pin-781307, dist - barpeta, state-assam. Please do something as soon as possible.

          I am a customer of bharat gas. My consumer number is -13222. I am not getting my subsidy amount of 10 refill till now.in this matter i have been complaining so many times in bpcl customer service but they are not taking any steps to solve my problem. Mentioning my complaint number that i complaint in bhart gas customer service in the following-5594402, 5595344, 5603244, 5617113, 5639826, 5650320, 5676630. So i kindly request you to solve my problem.

              I have booked gas on dated 8th May 2020 which is still not delivered to my place but I got message 'LPG cylinder was delivered on 10th May 2020. It seems delivered person sold out in in black and not delivered at my place.

                      My adhar no.[protected] and syndicate bank account no - [protected] is not seeded with npci that's why i am unable to get my lpg subsidy amount in my bank account. Regarding this i have already registered with syndicate bank, sikandrabad, bulandshahr branch and jatan bharat gas agency of my adhar no. An attachment is attached with this mail for your reference. Please find the same.
                      Kindly seed my adhar no. With my bank account as soon as possible.

                        payment refund

                        I booked a gas refill through the bharat gas app and made online payment with upi. The amount got deducted from my bank account and then the process failed. When my refill delivered, i had paid the whole amount in cash. I request a full refund of the amount paid online.

                        I tried calling them but they never answer.
                        Sharing the payment reciept and payment failure...

                        With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state i am a customer of bhart gas. My consumer id is-13222. I fell very trouble because of my subsidy amount of 10 refill is not credited till now. On 28.04.2020, i have deposited the amounts on online basis through amazon for gas cylinder, but till now, the distributor, barna gas, nayagarh, odisha has not delivered the same. Therefore, i request you may please take the matter seriously for deliver the same in my premises.

                                    Please help us, as we are facing lot of issue as our clyinder is not delivered.
