It is my right to inform you about the frequent delay in the supply of lpg refill cylinder by baguihati bharatgas distributor. I have booked my refill on 04/04/2020 and still waiting for the delivery of the refill. The distributor has not delivered the lpg cylinder even my several reminder by telephonic request but he is refusing to deliver the gas cylinder. Have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20-april-2020 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs 842 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account.

I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error...
