maximum otp limit reached

Address:Vishal gas agency, mahavir enclave, south west delhi

Have applied for new gas connection on 8th april 2020.
My request id is 72302667.
I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error...

Why should i pay extra for delivery? Will this never be stopped. It looks agencies are not bothered to pay or feed their employees. I carry a second thought that agencies are peddling this practice. There is so much of issues behind petroleum and cooking gas products. Can't the government handle this before another rebellious activities. Whatsoever, i'm not willing to pay extra 40 - 50 rs everything. If the delivery many need extra money,...

lpg not delivered

I booked my lpg cylinder on 14/4/20 and even paid online for my booking.

Today that is on 15/4/20 i received an sms at 8:42 pm stating that my lpg cylinder has been delivered.

But the fact is i have not received it.
Nobody has delivered. Still i received sms saying as delivered.

Can't speak to customer care as well, they have closed timings or may be closed due to covid19.

double payment of rs 1000/- on 09-03-2020

I visted sapru car care centre sector 47 gurgaon on[protected] for filling petrol in my worth rs 1000/-. My credit card ending 9616 was swiped on card swipe machine which showed transaction failed. Then it was swiped on other machine and payment done. not delivered gas even after 15 days

Consumer no.50723953 my booking date 27.03.2020 I did not received my cyclinder even on 13.04.2020 because the delivery boy ask 30 rupees we refuse to give and so the delivery boy delay in my order (72118)
so please take necessary steps to deliver my cyclinder as soon as possible...

gas cylinder not delivered but received message saying delivered

Hello, i booked lpg gas cylinder on 10-04-20 and received an sms indicating the cylinder was delivered on 11-04-20. However, the cylinder was not delivered to me, incorrect information is reflecting on refill table. I tried calling customer care but the office is closed due to covid19. I tried submitting complaint but i received an error saying there was a technical issue.

false delivery of gas cylinder

Sir. I have not booked any gas in march month, neither have i paid any gas money. But in my order date a gas cylinder has been delivered even when i have not booked anything.
Need to confirm where this order went if i have not received any gas cylinder.
It's very important as this is fraud done so please take it into consideration. Please let me know...

Hi, i have booked bharat gas via online on 30th march 2020 (Paid and the payment was success). But it is not yet deliver to my address so far. I was tried to reach "shree raksha gas agency" everyday but they are not attending my call. And the delivery boy mobile also switched off all the time.
