        I have placed order of bharatgas cylinder yesterday but while paying money online my money get deducted but transaction failed pls help me give me full refund i payed online for this transaction via google pay upi option i payed full amount to their upi i'd but my transaction status showing failed pls help me as soon as possible my order i'd is 5893, refill id : [protected]

            I had booked a gas cylinder via the ivrs through my registered mobile number on 13th april 2020. I waited for a week and after that i kept calling the local distributors of rashmi gas agency. They are so irresponsible and negligent and so disrespectful to their customers. They have switched off all their phones. How are we supposed go survive this lockdown without cooking and having food. This is a crucial period where we require help and these people are the worst as indane gas and indian has are delivering gas every day in our locality. These people must be sued for their worst service.

                I haven't received the lpg cylinder yet even after complaining many times.
                How to get cooking done in this covid situation?

                  Have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20-april-2020 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs 842 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account.

                  Kindly help in getting a refund of money deducted on online payment.

                      I have applied for new gas connection on 16th April 2020.
                      My request id is 72333758.
                      I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
                      Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error i dont know the status.
                      Please help.

                        Respected sir,
                        I mr. Mahesh. H. Talreja having a bpcl cylinder via distributor no : 112266 (Dev mogra gas services) connection no : 47599607 booked cylinder on 27 march during lockdown till today not received inspite of complaining to bharat gas service customer care
                        Complaint no : 5584147.
                        Since last three days i have talked to bharat gas customer care where sarla, surya and sainath assured me of getting cylinder very soon they also said our job is only to send reminder to them.
                        Before also six months back i have made several complaints against this distributor to bharat gas customer care service.
                        Being a retired citizen and getting harrasment from this agencies regularly my utter faith is in indian consumer complaint forum where i have never been disappointed.

                              Why should i pay extra for delivery? Will this never be stopped. It looks agencies are not bothered to pay or feed their employees. I carry a second thought that agencies are peddling this practice. There is so much of issues behind petroleum and cooking gas products. Can't the government handle this before another rebellious activities. Whatsoever, i'm not willing to pay extra 40 - 50 rs everything. If the delivery many need extra money, he must look for a better alternative options rather than scrubbing common people who have simply and ordinary life.

                                I booked my lpg cylinder on 14/4/20 and even paid online for my booking.

                                Today that is on 15/4/20 i received an sms at 8:42 pm stating that my lpg cylinder has been delivered.

                                But the fact is i have not received it.
                                Nobody has delivered. Still i received sms saying as delivered.

                                Can't speak to customer care as well, they have closed timings or may be closed due to covid19.
                                I am running out of gas
                                Please help urgently

                                My booking is through kalavati gas distribution (Virar-west)

                                      The last refill was delivered to us at home was around 14/01/2020 where the delivery person was demanding amount above the amount mentioned on the receipt and he claimed that the rate had changed after the receipt was printed. We asked him to get a revised receipt was we would pay only the amount mentioned on the receipt on which he did not agree. Although he delivered the refill but mentioned that his distributor would not service us in the future. The same happen when we booked another refill via IVR on 29/02/2020 and that wasn't delivered till date. Today we send someone to pick up the refill directly from the distributor, where again the we were informed that home delivery will not be done to us due to the previous payment issue. I don't thing we demanded something unusual, as we cannot pay a price higher than that mentioned on the receipt.

                                      Moreover, due to technical issue or manipulation done by distributor, that I can book my refill through the registered mobile number- [protected] but when I am using the same number for website login/app login or complain on ebiz.bpc.co.in, it is not accepting this number.

                                      Please help us on this issue or else allow us to change our distributor.

                                        I visted sapru car care centre sector 47 gurgaon on[protected] for filling petrol in my worth rs 1000/-. My credit card ending 9616 was swiped on card swipe machine which showed transaction failed. Then it was swiped on other machine and payment done. I received two messages that i have spent rs 1000/- at sapru car care centre at 14.06 and 14.07 hrs (Twice paid for the same bill) when i wrote to hdfc bank whose card i used, they wrote me that they have settled both payments. I visited the pump on 09-4-20 and discussed the matter with mr ambuj who told that they have received one payment.in view of covid 19 i cant visit the the petrol pump time and again. Please look into the matter and get me the refund of one of the double payment made by me
