I am Vinu Kumar from Bangalore. I had booked the gas cylinder last month on 25.03.2020 via Bharat Gas app, in the app the status is showing as delivered. But actually it was not delivered to my home yet. We tried many times the Gas agency i.e., Prateek Gas agency, Banaswadi, Bangalore landline number which is always busy. As you are aware of current lock down situation all over in India, we are unable to go out to agency and get it enquired. Please resolve it urgently. And the details of booking as below.
