Hi sir/madam,
We are getting bharat gas cylinders from karthick agencies krishnagiri. Last week shekar from karthick agencies unknowingly cut the tranformer wire of street light, for which we have told him to take care of driving in village areas. But he was speaking rudely and blackmailing, that he will stop the gas delivery before 1km itself and we should walk till that to get the cylinder. Please instruct the distributor shekar to speak politely to consumers.

    I have got my gas refill booked on amazon paid service but i haven't got it till now. My book no-157930 still i didnt got the delivery and unable to contact delear as ther is lock down cannot go out from place pls help ...
    Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 days on urgent basis

      I booked a gas on dated 13.03.2020 bearing odred referance number 35295 but still now i am unable to getting it. But the subside amount crediated on my registed acvount and i get information through bhratgas app that the order is delevered on 30.03.2020. I contacted my my distributer i. E balaji bhratgas they misbehave me and till now the gas is not delivered to me.
      My consumer number is 97826335 and my name is sudipta dash. Kindly help me bz i am facing a lot of problem durring this lockdown time.

        Hi, due to the lockdown cause of coronavirus outbreak. They are asking for id card n not giving petrol to the people who are not working. I understand gravity of the situation. However people also have household work which is essential too and for which they need petrol. People should get fuel. People are already suffering alot due to crisis please don't make it more difficult for the by not giving petrol.

          My consumer I'd is[protected]. My passbook is missing. I am unable to find it at home. Kindly provide me a new passbook as soon as possible. Because the gas delivery person doesn't give cylinder without passbook.

            Leema bharat gas agency is located in gummidipondi, tamilnadu, india.in this agency, the distributors are collecting extra amount 50 rupees while delivering the gas to homes (In balakrishnapuram village). Even when i pay bill using online, they ask 50 rupees while delivering it to the homes. This is corruption.

            I kindly request the respective authorities to take severe actions against this agencies

              The delivery boy and auto driver demanded an additional amount of rs 30/-, i refused to pay. They taken back the cylinder without delivering. The or no. 147961 dated 28.03.2020. This is a lockdown period, how the customers are suffering. Invoice dated 02.04.2020. This is happened just now i. E., 11.05 am - 05.04.2020.

                I have ordered lpg gas cylinder on 23rd march, 2020 however i have not received it yet (5th april, 2020) due to covid 19.

                Following are my details :

                Biller reference number :[protected]
                Distributor name : devmogra gas agency
                Distributor contact details : [protected]

                We have tried calling on distributor contact number and office tell no 28128263 and smart line number [protected]. However no one is answering to our call or providing any response. We have also raised a concern on www.ebharatgas.in and email [protected]@bharatgas.in but no response.

                Please help us, as we are facing lot of issue as our clyinder is not delivered.

                Such a irresponsible company therefore emergency numbers are bussy. If due to gas’s leakage accident happens i would blame this whole company

                  I have a gas connection with jayabharathi gas agency in peringathur, kannur. And i booked to refill it. And it almost 4 weeks before. And i got a message to my mobile number (The bill already printed) but i didnt got the gas till yet. I think they distribute the gas anyone else..

                  I have booked the cylinder on line on 23/3/2020. I am yet to get the supply. Only one line of the Gas Agency-Munuswamy Gas Agency, velachery, Chennai is working and the same is engaged or ring goes on, not responded.
                  Company website call centre no is useless-says due to staff constraint, they are unable to talk.

                    Pleas note, i have made payment for bharat gas new connection using upi on cc avenue portal on 02.04.2020. Amount of rs. 2302/- was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure.
                    I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account.

                      Lpg order of consumer no 16909 of 17th march not delivered yet and on asking got insulted from madhu gas service chinch bunder. Person named mini on asking dont give any answer and instead insulted me. First of all they are not reachable on phone and on going there we have to face harsh insulting comments from this lady who dont know how to talk with customer.

                        Online payment done through debit card / for your reference enclosed booking confirmation screenshot..

                        We are booked emergency purpose only and we not having any additional cylinders.. Once booked payment also done still now confirmation text message not received.. Delivery status also still now not updated.. We tried call to gas agency call not picked and delivery boy number mentioned in gas book back side he also not response.. Today also we visit gas agency office - shutter closed.. Please clarify all gas cylinder companies booking and delivery also going (Eg. Indane, hp) in same erode location..

                        Kindly help.. We are staying in family how to cook and eat.. Covid19 time how arrange gas cylinders..

                          Sir,
                          I have got my gas refill booked on 22nd march 2020, but i haven't got it till now. My refill no is 434102 and cash memo has also been generated (Got the message 2 days ago) but haven't received yet. I have called agency so many times but they have received only once and told me that the delivery will be late approx 10-12 days. It's already 12 days completed and the condition is unmanageable. Moreover i have a small baby. Sir plz resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                            cylinder not delivered by distributor

                            Hi Bharat Gas team,
                            I am Vinu Kumar from Bangalore. I had booked the gas cylinder last month on 25.03.2020 via Bharat Gas app, in the app the status is showing as delivered. But actually it was not delivered to my home yet. We tried many times the Gas agency i.e., Prateek Gas agency, Banaswadi, Bangalore landline number which is always busy. As you are aware of current lock down situation all over in India, we are unable to go out...

                            Hi, agency is not providing cylinder they are telling fist go and cut the receipt then after come and stand in the line online they are not accepting. How to stand in the line in my home no gas for cooking food. I have to complain against this gov also if you not solve this problem. Bharat gas have to provide cylinder at home delivery but they told come and stand in line after go in line for cut the receipt

                              Concerned pawan gas agency reengus, sikar rajasthan not delivered cylinder even after payment done one day before as the vehicle not stopped at my place. As now lockdown in place where should i go if cylinder exhausted. The agency ask for extra payment when thee person comes for delivery on the name of transportation. When complains regarding this the agency also support this malpractice. What should the consumer do in this situations.

This is my first time to book the gas online.in the left menu slider of application there is a option for subsidy opt out by mistake this option is clicked (My intention is to check online subsidy) and we did not get any kind of alert about giving up subsidy.
