I'm residing in virar phoolpada area.. As here we got call from delivery person said u have to come down 10-15 min distance where cylinder vehicle stand.. Pick ur cylinder carry ur own.. Where to much people gather..in this crowd more possiblity to infect corono virus easily.. People breaking 144 due to bharat gas irresponsible behavior... Do necessary unless we have to escalate this matter to higher level.. Do home delivery asap basis.

Sir/madam, it is to be informed that my bharatgas distributer is sudhir gas agency, solapur, maharashtra the mobile no. Registered with gas agency has been lost about 1 year ago. I had complaint several times to change my mobile no. But they don't. So now i am getting problem while gas booking please solve this problem as soon as possible

Sir i have placed order of bharatgas cylinder yesterday but while paying money online my money get deducted but transaction failed pls help me give me full refund i payed online for this transaction via billdesk hdfc online banking option i payed full amount, but my transaction status showing failed pls help me as soon as possible my order i'd is 290201

This is inform you that, today i got bharat gas cylinder form saimangala enterprises the delivery boy amount not take as per bill (Bill amount rs 807) he charged rs 860 and same i asked y u charging extra rs 50 he telling for delivery we charging.

Please clear my question as per government free delivery, y u charging???

This is a complain against bharat gas connection. I have booked 14kg cylinder for which payment has been made and have received deduction amount message from my bank. But i didn't receive any notification from bharat gas, as well as it shows payment activity as pending.

Could you please file a complain and solve it at earliest.

Dear Sir, My name is Babita Devi and i have a gas connection with company Bharat Gas Limited.Chandralok Bharat Gas Distributor Chandralok, Nayatola, Muzaffarpur Pin - 842001.I book my cylinder. But my cylinder was not delivered, when I asked to the distributor they told me that they don't provide Gas cylinder to me. Please look in this matter and help us Thank you in Advance

Myself vijay tapkire and my consumer number is 82224.

I have booked for a lpg cylinder refill on 27th feb 2020 (Booking reference no. 312864) and the booking order was delivered on 03rd march 2020.

It's been almost 2 weeks now but still i haven't received the subsidy yet.

Also tried calling the bpcl helpline for it but they gave the excuse that there system is down and provide a mail id : "[protected]@bharatpetroleum.co.in" but the mail also is not getting delivered on that i'd.

Please look into it and please assist me in this as soon as possible.

Barath gas delivery boy named jeeva not delivering my cylinder which i booked to my address when i called his number he's talking very rude & telling me he sold my cylinder to someone else & asking me to wait for another two more days.. I have kids in my house &i have only one gas connection how will i manage??

This is to inform you that i am consumer of gas agency ptc gas agency, angul. My connection no. Is 1331 in the name of miss sandhyabini singh. I have booked a cylinder on last week of february & they delivered online and send delivered sms dt.2nd mar 2020 but ihave not recived any cylinder. My cash memo no. Is 32840. Whenever i try to phone but not responding.

Got SBI credit card [protected].
Using since 5 years.
I unable to avail 5percnt cash back offer for the fuel I purchased.

t BPCL outlet.

Hope this offer applicable to me . Required confirmation in this regard.

Cylinder delivary man demanding extra rs.50, yearly more than 600, else delaying delivary.. Arguing.. Creating distribence... Etc every time...
We came to know that in cylender cost delivery charges, delivery man insurance etc... We added, are they have right to demand extra money per each delivery...

I have lost my mobile no and i ask to mr dharam singh gas booking mobile no. He give me abusing misbehaviour and not tell me mobile no of gas booking no. Date 4.3.2020 3.50 pm.
Kindly take hard action against ashawni enterprises ashok nagar agency and dharam singh.
Sir how can he not satisfy to consumer.

Bharat petroleum bpcl dealer - regency gas-andheri delivers the underweight cylinder every time. Dealer and delivery person cheat customers like us. Dealer and their workers illegally removed the gas, stored in other empty cylinders and then sell it by conducting a fraud with the consumers. Delivery vehicles are covered to do this activity. Locals caught them red-handed many times but it couldn't stop because of collusion between the dealer and its workers. The whole group rented a place to complete this activity. Dealer is so smart to assure locals that it will not happen again, we'll uncover vehicles, i will replace workers, workers are so poor, etc type of excuse. Racket stops for a time being but the same people appear after a few weeks and start the same activity. So-called poor workers are workers during delivery and having luxury suvs in the evening. These criminal types of workers detained by cops for smuggling.

Dear sir,
Today night i visited a pterol pump for fuel my vehicle. Petrol pump bharat petrol pump locates at in gujarat state city of kalol in district gandhinagar borisna highway north gujarat. When i was going to file fill my vehicle so that time he filled my vehicle full of fuel and then he said move your vehicle another place next another vehicle will come over park and he started filling again. But problem is main when i asked how much fuel charge he said you no check, i said how can i check this your file station should be mention inside screen what last fuel figure price and qty. Even main thing this pump station not given receipt b ya bill how much qty and price amount of file. So this totally wrong he took more money i said i seen just few second this amount and suddenly you flip tongue this amount and no have any proof screen no record also computer receipt. Required quick action immediately.

By mistake i had opted out bharat gas (Lpg) subsidy, requesting you please do needful and opted in back, as previous.

As there is no much more information about opted out in the bharat gas official mobile app, so by mistake i have chosen opted out and submit.

Sai priya agencies (Distributor of bpcl bharat gas) has booked a cylinder refill on my name and sent an invoice without my consent. And the status on their app/website says delivered. So far i have not received any delivery (Probably sold off black market) and neither did i booked the refill (Inovice number: 191128 dated 21/02/2020) & (Invoice no. 245379) received a message again today (24/02/2020) stating as delivered on 24/02/2020. I tried to reach sai priya agencies, unfortunately that number is not valid. I have already raised a complaint with bharat gas customer care (Complaint number: 5409131), which is not resolved till now. If this is unattended, this agency will keep repeating the same every month.

I have cc camera's installed in premises with recordings to prove that the cylinder is not delivered by anyone nor they tried to do so.

These needs to be answered:

1. How can your distributor create a delivery request without customer's involvement/consent.
2. How can your distributor create a invoice and claim to complete the delivery.
3. How can they not have a working number (Not even on bpcl website).

I need that cylinder delivered to me (Even if i was not the one who booked it) and also an assurance that they do not misuse using customers allotments.

I am customer of Bharat Gas (LPG) my gas agency of Mehar Gas Agency, Rohtak, His gas agency delivery man is out of station, my gas cylinder was not delivered . I am very harrashment Delivery being delayed I I want taken action the this Gas Agency . I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness .

My gas subsidy not received in my account in july month a massage sent to the bharat gas that your adhar is in active to your bank account plz visit your bank i visit my bank and re seeded my adhar but some days after we see in uidai site bank linking status it shows adhar mapped in kishi gomti samyut graminbank but adhar linking status is inactive...

I have booked bharat gas through online. My booking reference number 46396. Status of my booking gas cylinder says that it's delivered even though i have not received. This is third time i am experiencing this nasty situation. Last time also i gave a complaint.
Then only i could have my cylinder got delivered.

Giving complaint every time is embarrassing.

By accidentally my sister click on opt out subsidy, so please take this complaint and deactivate opt out subsidy and my consumer number is :13465, am from chamarajnagar please kindly take my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible, sir please take this complaint and resolve and help me to take a subsidy for next purchase of cylinder thank you sir
