Bharat petroleum bpcl dealer - regency gas-andheri delivers the underweight cylinder every time. Dealer and delivery person cheat customers like us. Dealer and their workers illegally removed the gas, stored in other empty cylinders and then sell it by conducting a fraud with the consumers. Delivery vehicles are covered to do this activity. Locals caught them red-handed many times but it couldn't stop because of collusion between the dealer and its workers. The whole group rented a place to complete this activity. Dealer is so smart to assure locals that it will not happen again, we'll uncover vehicles, i will replace workers, workers are so poor, etc type of excuse. Racket stops for a time being but the same people appear after a few weeks and start the same activity. So-called poor workers are workers during delivery and having luxury suvs in the evening. These criminal types of workers detained by cops for smuggling.

    Dear sir,
    Today night i visited a pterol pump for fuel my vehicle. Petrol pump bharat petrol pump locates at in gujarat state city of kalol in district gandhinagar borisna highway north gujarat. When i was going to file fill my vehicle so that time he filled my vehicle full of fuel and then he said move your vehicle another place next another vehicle will come over park and he started filling again. But problem is main when i asked how much fuel charge he said you no check, i said how can i check this your file station should be mention inside screen what last fuel figure price and qty. Even main thing this pump station not given receipt b ya bill how much qty and price amount of file. So this totally wrong he took more money i said i seen just few second this amount and suddenly you flip tongue this amount and no have any proof screen no record also computer receipt. Required quick action immediately.

      As there is no much more information about opted out in the bharat gas official mobile app, so by mistake i have chosen opted out and submit.

        Sai priya agencies (Distributor of bpcl bharat gas) has booked a cylinder refill on my name and sent an invoice without my consent. And the status on their app/website says delivered. So far i have not received any delivery (Probably sold off black market) and neither did i booked the refill (Inovice number: 191128 dated 21/02/2020) & (Invoice no. 245379) received a message again today (24/02/2020) stating as delivered on 24/02/2020. I tried to reach sai priya agencies, unfortunately that number is not valid. I have already raised a complaint with bharat gas customer care (Complaint number: 5409131), which is not resolved till now. If this is unattended, this agency will keep repeating the same every month.

        I have cc camera's installed in premises with recordings to prove that the cylinder is not delivered by anyone nor they tried to do so.

        These needs to be answered:

        1. How can your distributor create a delivery request without customer's involvement/consent.
        2. How can your distributor create a invoice and claim to complete the delivery.
        3. How can they not have a working number (Not even on bpcl website).

        I need that cylinder delivered to me (Even if i was not the one who booked it) and also an assurance that they do not misuse using customers allotments.

            My gas subsidy not received in my account in july month a massage sent to the bharat gas that your adhar is in active to your bank account plz visit your bank i visit my bank and re seeded my adhar but some days after we see in uidai site bank linking status it shows adhar mapped in kishi gomti samyut graminbank but adhar linking status is inactive

              I have booked bharat gas through online. My booking reference number 46396. Status of my booking gas cylinder says that it's delivered even though i have not received. This is third time i am experiencing this nasty situation. Last time also i gave a complaint.
              Then only i could have my cylinder got delivered.

              Giving complaint every time is embarrassing.

                Gas ke sleep rate se a 50 rupaye extra delivery boy mang raha hai nahin Dene per gas return leke chale jata hai aur aur bola jata aapko Jahan jo karna hai kijiye.
                Agency no any recipt submit when delivery the gas, till date now.

                  I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 10/02/2020 and made payment using upi on google pay. Amount of rs.685/- was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
                  I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

                    I have booked cylinder on 11th feb 2020 and received cash memo no. 123260 of rs. 685/- for booking no. 107600 on that day we are not in our room but not so far from room but delivery person not ready to wait for 5min and went away after several calling to him he didnt came on the same...

                    Sir my gas subsidy opt out mistakenly by my log app so re start my bharatgas subsidy cons. I'd 72368265 cons. Name sher singh meena my subsidy not received from 3.2.2019 to till today. Why this thing that subsidy not give one year and close in only one click without any confirmation.                       I am facing issue of gas leakage through the regulator on regular basis.
                      In last 4 months technician has visited 3 times, once changed the regulator for which he charged rs 750, again few days before technician visited and charged rs 1000 for 2 valves change,. Still my issue not resolved

                      The regulator changed is not of bharat gas, it's having hp gas logo on it, and also every time for any service or any parts change i don't get the bills for the same

                      Please help to solve the issue as soon as possible,

                        On 2016 i got gas connection from padekar gas agency, nashik, maharashtra. I purchased my own stove and regulator. And padekar gas agency gave me two cylinder.

                        I was not given regulator and tube when i applied for gas. Today asi was applying for termination voucher the boy who came told the regulator is your own so i will take only cylinder.

                        When i went to receive termination voucher they are asked me to surrender the regulator. So i said i have my own regulator. When agency person opened their register there was a mention of payment of rs.4830/- but no mention of regulator.

                        Yet the agency is harassing me to return back the regulator

                                I am registered consumer and our lpg distributor is kaushik gas agency rohtak road, delhi. I am sorry to say that this distributor is not openining his office on time nor their telephone numbers are instantly recovrable. Moreover they are supplying the gas after 10-15 days from the wish. At the time of booking they are providing voucher number when we ask for the same, they misbehaving with us. Please do the needful and instruct him accordingly.

                                  I had raised complaint on 15th jan 2020 against bpcl fuel station, where they had wrongly filled petrol in my diesel vehicle.
                                  Owner a mohidin mobile no [protected].
                                  I had got a call from bpcl representative mr joji on 21st jan 2020 who had assured me for the resolution but has still not reverted but even after my followup they have not able to get back to me.

                                  Complaint against the mohidin auto care for refilling wrong fuel
                                  I, sandesh halarnkar, had gone to refill diesel in my car at around 4.45pm today at mohidin auto care on nh 66 opposite muktar automobile (Mahindra dealership).
                                  My vehicle is diesel (Ertiga zdi+) and the person on duty (Pravin nikam) started putting petrol in the diesel vehicle, even after trying to bring his notice that he is putting wrong fuel in the vehicle he ignored and when i came out of the vehicle and shouted at him then he stopped, by then he had already filled 3.8 ltrs of petrol in my vehicle creating problem to me.
                                  Then it took them more than 1 and half to bring the mechanic and attend my car, the work was completed at around 8.15pm. Due to your dealers silly mistake my important business works were held up and i had to suffer financial loss for the same.in this time i had to go through physical and mental torture.
                                  There was around 12 litres of fuel in my vehicle already which they filled. I requested them to make the tank full at their cost so that if any petrol in there in the engine (Engine was on while refilling) it should not have reverse implication on the engine.
                                  They refused and also insulted by making personal comments on me, the staff were very rude with me. I tried to reach to the owner on [protected] but he refused to accept my calls and rejected them. I waited till 20.45pm assuming the my grievances will be heard. But they were rude and full of attitude.
                                  I look forward from you to take action against the owner and the persons responsible for it and compensate me. This is not an ordinarlly mistake. I cars life was on stake. Can anyone give me garantee that engine of the car my not have any problems.
                                  If you fail to do so in 2 days time you will force me to take legal action against you and the owner of the petrol pump. I have sufficint proof in form of letter, photos and videos.

                                  BPCL has failed to resolve the issue. I am taking legal action against them as they have harassed me enough.
