I am book (01/11/2019) my domestic clynder,
Then i received a message and payed (01/11/2019) by message link,

Then delivery man reached my village 3umw-a (Kumharanwali dhani) (02/11/2019) saturday not given refilled clynder,
And he demanded only in cash.
Not accept my online receipt, and he sayed go to office for delivery.

    Bp petrol bank-vetrivel agencies in med avalkal, chennai. Asked to fill 7 litre petrol which costs 530.74 as of nov 2, 2019. Gave my card for payment and the girl asked if she can pay by wifi access. She then said it's not working and asked to enter pin and in that screen it won't show the amount. I entered pin and went away as i was in an emergency. After couple of hours noticed that 5300.74 was swiped. Got contact no from google and called them. As soon as i said that "i put petrol for 530rs" the person started explaining the drama. Later i went directly and got my remaining money back and noticed that guy had too many such payment copy for 3000, 6000 etc. Looks like they do intentionally and many o[censored]s doesn't notice how much was swiped. Always get customer copy and proceed to avoid this.

      Sir,
      I am surya prakash facing a repetitive problem by our gas agencies manver gas agencies e 2 chand bagh bhajanpura my consumer no is 35406... The delivery boy delivers gas cylinder which is not appropriate in weight (Which is around 24)... When i ask for the same the told me talk to agency i cant do any thing they showing very rude behaviour... I am facing this problem since last one years i would like you to take a look in this and take serious action in this matter.

        cylinder showing delivered but actually it is not delivered

        I booked gas cylinder on 18.9.19 and on 20.9.19 sms comes that gas delivered. Then i call the delivery boy he says will deliver in few days. Then i call distributer he says it will be deliver soon. Today is 2.10.19 i. E 12 days past but still not delivered. I dnt know why the harrash normal peoples. They sell gas to some shopes from where they earn more money. Bpcl must take care of it...

        I have complained to customer care of bharat gas but dont get any solution.

          I would like to inform you that i have placed an order on my gas connection booking on 30th october and made the payment online rs, 605. But when a delivery agent come to my home, he asked me to pay extra amount rs76 to me and i paid to him 76 rs, can you please let me know i have booked my gas on 30th october and pay amount rs 605. Why i need to pay extra cost. This is a scam bhart gas cheated on me,

          The petrol filling staff is behaving rudely with the customer at motipur petrol pump naubatpur Patna on 29.10.2019 at 10 am They threaten the customer with dire consequences as the staff says that they are local.

            I am a defence officer working with iaf at jaipur. On 31 oct 19 at 0710hrs on the way to my job place i had to refill my toyota etios car with petrol. On the way from jaipur army cantt to airforce station i stopped at bpcl pump m/s balaji at bani park.

            I was attended by one mr deendayal and i asked him to fill petrol for rs 2000. He started refilling and i gave my card for payment, while looking at card swipe machine and entering the pin this gentle man pushed a switch and stopped filling. I noticed it and saw that he had filled petrol for only rs 1507. On enquiry he was rude and informed that something must have happened where as i had clearly seen that he had pressed the switch to stop refilling. He resumed filling after that. Since it was early morning no station manager was available for lodging a complaint.

            To make easy money people like him, spoils reputation of good companies. With this experience i will never ever go to a bpcl pump again. Kindly take action against the individual so that he dosent fool around with other customers.

              hand made bill

              This is to inform you that the bill you provide by machine printed is white out within 15days. We need hand made or computer printed billed bill for our recored to show income tax dept at the time of scrutiny or ca at the time of audit.

              But your manager at pump was refused to provide to same and advise to take xerox of the same.

              This is genuine?

              On 09/10/2019 i booked my lpg cylinder through your android application and online paid the amount. It's been 20 days but still now i didn't get my cylinder. Every time i asked my distributor cooking aid and they said it will deliver soon but still i didn't know when they will deliver. Is this how your distributors work? Didn't they have their control over their distributors? Didn't they check whether it's delivered or not? And what is the benefit to book online and pay the price in advance? Isn't it much more convenient to wait and pay the amount on delivery time? It's a disgusting experience from your side.

              Please look into this matter and i'm waiting for your response.

                The complaint is about cheating on fuel, I have filled full tank diesel in my i20, it's full tank capacity is 45 L, before filling diesel there was 4 points in fuel guage display it means 9-10 L, fuel station is cheating to customers.please take necessary action.

                  Am a consumer of bhavani gas agency located hyderabad imbrahimpatnam constitution area. My consumer number is 39214554. Since when i am trying to get my gas subsidy amount for 6 months. The distributor and toll-free number people are not responding and helpless. Finally when i was trying on line my account unexpectedly it tapped opt-out. So, kindly solve my previous subsidy dues and cancel my opt-out. Am not in a position to lose my subsidy. It's very difficult for me. Kindly resolve as soon as possible.

Employee last year 2018 my son suddenly that ebharat gas mobile app lo enter the button opt that means i have not to subsidy agree. Iam asking so many times gas agency persons and bharat gas company officers that complaint no. S (3451451 — 17/10/[protected] — 05/10/[protected] — 19/09/18) he say not release opt wait for after 1year today iam go to sri sai bharat gas agencies vijayawada asking release the opt matter. The propriter tell give complaint gas complaint cell. So please my problem resolved him..

                      My lpg (Bharat gas) account consumer no[protected] has been blocked by the agency. When i complained about the same to my regional lpg distributor, they said it was because 2 accounts were active from my name. I submitted every document asked by them which clearly mentioned that no 2nd account was active from my name. Despite continuous calls to online customer care of bharat gas no action was taken to resolve my complain. And its very difficult to buy cylinders in black. The regional distributor and the bharat gas agency are very careless regarding my complaint. Therefore i want the gas agency to quickly resolve my issue and reactivate my account.

                        Self have raised several online requests to release second cylinder in bharat gas self care portal but all those requests fell in deaf ears, following are the complaint numbers received by bharat gas portals "4863436" & "4924422" but nothing has been turned out.
                        Kindly look in to the matter and direct the distributors to release the second cylinder immediately. Thanks for the understanding.

I am very sadden because my subsidy amount on - 07/08/2019, 11/04/2019 are not credit in my account till now. I have been complaining this subject to the agency since one month but they are refused to solve my problem. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to the corrupted "baikuntha gas agency".                                 online payment for gas booking not reflected

                                I am a bharat gas consumer. I have booked a cylinder online on 15th october 2019. My lpg id is:[protected], orno : 6680, consno : 53599169. Paid the amount online and got the mail about the payment to my mail. But, the same is not reflected online, and when the cylinder delivery came on 17th october, i paid the cash again to the delivery boy. I need my online payment amount to be refunded back to me....

                                  Dear sir/mam

                                  I have suv jeep. Registration number is dl3ccn 9361. I was coming back from chandigarh and stopped by at jay shree ganesh filling station to get fuel. I asked to fill patrol and the person stationed there filled up diesel infact. I noticed and started screaming there and i was told sorry for this mistake. On assurance that patrol pump will bear the expenses i towed the vehicle to moti nagar landmark jeep workshop. Patrol pump guy accompanied me there to make sure the payment will be made. Satish anand also spoke to patrol pump. Request you to please get me reimbursement of expenses for workshop, my travelling to home and i had to take my daughter to dr so dropping her expenses. Total workshop expenses are unknown as of now but min estimate is given 18.5 k inr and gst extra. Look forward to get quick response.

                                  I've received LPG Gas cylinder with highly leakage but the distributor do not accepting this and he is not changing the cylinder. He was abusing me when I complained. The distributor name is Shri Sai Bhartgas Panipat, Haryana.
                                  After 15 days of booking cylinder is coming . They do not write the correct date in which cylinder gives us . They do not attend calls.
