Sir,
With due respect and humbly sumbmission i beg to state that i a customer of bharat gas. My consumer number is[protected]. I am very sadden because my subsidy amount on - 07/08/2019, 11/04/2019 are not credit in my account till now. I have been complaining this subject to the agency since one month but they are refused to solve my problem. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to the corrupted "baikuntha gas agency". I have small request to bpcl that they should reject this agencies license.

    online payment for gas booking not reflected

    I am a bharat gas consumer. I have booked a cylinder online on 15th october 2019. My lpg id is:[protected], orno : 6680, consno : 53599169. Paid the amount online and got the mail about the payment to my mail. But, the same is not reflected online, and when the cylinder delivery came on 17th october, i paid the cash again to the delivery boy. I need my online payment amount to be refunded back to me....

I have complained last 7 days but they are not responding. We are feeling trouble because we are cooking our food in fire woods. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to the agency.       Dear sir/mam

      I have suv jeep. Registration number is dl3ccn 9361. I was coming back from chandigarh and stopped by at jay shree ganesh filling station to get fuel. I asked to fill patrol and the person stationed there filled up diesel infact. I noticed and started screaming there and i was told sorry for this mistake. On assurance that patrol pump will bear the expenses i towed the vehicle to moti nagar landmark jeep workshop. Patrol pump guy accompanied me there to make sure the payment will be made. Satish anand also spoke to patrol pump. Request you to please get me reimbursement of expenses for workshop, my travelling to home and i had to take my daughter to dr so dropping her expenses. Total workshop expenses are unknown as of now but min estimate is given 18.5 k inr and gst extra. Look forward to get quick response.

      I've received LPG Gas cylinder with highly leakage but the distributor do not accepting this and he is not changing the cylinder. He was abusing me when I complained. The distributor name is Shri Sai Bhartgas Panipat, Haryana.
      After 15 days of booking cylinder is coming . They do not write the correct date in which cylinder gives us . They do not attend calls.

        This was regarding malpractices being adopted by bharat petroleum distiributor banani gas with consumer number 5160. As per complaint raised against bharatgas with reference id 4880482 and 4869209. We raised the complaint twice. I am senior citizen and been troubled by your distributor. We are going to your distributor agency every day and we called customer care three time already and raised two complaints already. We are receiving an email that complaint is resolved and gas has been delivered to our address on 12-oct-2019. We were physically present in address and it seems the gas delivery person never came to our residence. Now it is a harassment on us and we are being lacking shortage of gas as both of our cylinder are almost empty. This is damage the reputation and trust on your reputed brand. Please act immediately

        We visited the banani distributor outlet and finally got the mobile number of deliveryman. Called him and asked for cylinder delivery and after lot of phone call, we got the cylinder delivered on 15-Oct-2019. The gas was booked on 11-Sep-2019.

          I am a resident of a 51 avas vikas colony, hardoi, uttar pradesh. My neighbour residents of a 50 avas vikas colony mr. Anand agarwal and his two sons are indulged in illegal refiling of gas cylinders since a very long time in their own residence a 50 avas vikas colony. When they do it the gas gets leaked in the nearby houses and there's no fire safety option available in houses and it's very dangerous for neighbours. Even after the oral request by me they haven't stopped it and most of the time they quarreled with the neighbours. His family has a criminal background so they don't mind and respond to descent request of neighbours. Sir, we feel very unsafe since it's a regular exercise of them so it's my humble request to take action against them so that we can live safely. It's a humble request to you to keep my identity disclosed as i'm his just neighbour.

Is 8143 and iam using cyclinder bharat gas and he said submit kyc at the time of submitting kyc he said connection in name of jp sharma and in my card name is registered as gajendra sharma and it is my original name gajendra sharma and in kyc documents name as gajendra sharma and paliwal flames (agra)up executive said that i have only accept jp sharma documents so the mistake is done by paliwal flames (agra)up executive and also said iam not doing an y correction.

Jab mujhe pata chala to mai danapur bharat gas agency ke office gaya to batya gya ki apka gas per month milega aap number phone se lagaiye lagane ke baad 50 times call kiye or 1 time vendor ke dawara pauchaya gaya or vendor ke dawara 50rs extra manga gya nhi dene pe bola gya ki agle baar gas pauchane nhi aunga 5 monthas number lagane pe 3 monts subcdd a/ c me aya or gas nhi aya jab se om sai bhart gas band huya tab se danapur bharat gas se nunber lagane pe aaj tak 1 baar hi cylendar mila hi aaj danapur bharat gas ke owner se baat krne par jawab mila ki aap noc le lijiye noc lene ke liye unke office gaya (Vikash) se jawab mila ki bharat gas agency ke upper se dabaw hi noc nhi dene ka. Aaj mai 9 months se market se 1200 rs me cylendar kharid kar khana bana raha hu eski bharpai bharat gas company karegi ki mujhe court ka saran lena padega jald se jald reply dijiyega

                  I booked online gas through bpcl app and paid amount using Gpay 657.50, amount dedcuted from my account and credited to billdesk bpcl upi id. I have confirmation sms from ICICI bank. But payment status in app is shown as pending. Haven't received any response from bpcl also. Please resolve this issue.

                    Month of August i was booked for refiling but refill cylinder not delivered till date.At the same time two cash memo generate first 30th September outer 3rd October, i have message in my phone.This type work doing your gas agency and deliveryman i think it is planed.They are sail customer cylinder in other side.Now i have no gas for cooking.

                      This refer's to my complaint dtd 24th aug 2019 thru consumer complaints to bpcl and subsequent mail from consumer complaints to me that the mail has been fwdd. To bpcl on the above mentioned subject which has mention that it will take several days.

                      Now it's almost 2 mths since i hv raised the complaint and i hv not received any reply or query from the bpcl customer care regarding the complaint.

                      Therefore this is a reminder on the above matter.

                        My consumer no.[protected]/09/2019 we have facing issue regarding cylinder knob short that cause after regulator gas not release then we contact to our agency (Shiva bharat gas service bhopal).
                        Service engineer visit at home & inspect cylinder or regulator. He find out cylinder knob short & put stone at cylinder knob after that fix regulator & suggest to my wife in case face this type of issue follow this process (Put stone & after that install regulator)
                        Today when we replace the cylinder & facing same problem (Gas not release from cylinder cause of cylinder knob short) put stone or install regulator that time stone slip from knob & gas leakage from cylinder continuous in kitchen very trouble situation that time or cylinder remove from home. Big dangerous this type of suggestions
                        May very big loss in case of cylinder blast
                        Please resolve this problem

                          Hi, i booked a refill service from bharat gas logs and paid online by google pay. Payment crashed at bharat gas and status of payment is shown as pending, but i didn't get money back. Could you help in getting refund.

                          Also usually when any payment via googlepay is not a success we get immediate refund, but this time it didn't happen. So it seems to be a case with bharat gas website.

                            I have online booked the cylinder through bharat gas app on 03/10/2019 and today (04/10/2019) i got the message at evening around 5:00 pm that cylinder is delivered to me. But in reality no cylinder is delivered to me. It is a complete cheating the customers case, i need your kind attention to this issue and provide me the quick resolution in this respect. Even in bharat gas app it is mentioned that the delivery has been done to me. Why this type of cheating and harassment is being done by bharat petroleum gas with their customers. Please provide me the immediate resolution on this.

                                    Sir/madam, it is to be informed that my bharatgas distributor is priyanka gas services, 1/604-5 hamilton road kashmere gate. The mobile no. Registered with gas agency has been lost about 1 year ago. I had complaint several times to change my mobile no. By submitting the form several times but they didn't do it till now. I am having problem while gas booking. And i have complaint about it to my gas agency but didn't get any satisfying response.                                       22/09/2019. Cash memo no 11880. Today delivery boy came for delivering, delivery boy asking extra money rs.50 for delivering cylinder. I refused he takes cylinder and return without delivering. My home is near below 5km from agency. Please take necessary steps.
