Iam mugunthan a from chennai my consumer id;60443494, distributor name - nobel gas agency, no.75 annai theresa street, golden george nagar, mogappair, chennai-600107, mob - [protected], iam booking gas dt - 12/09/2019 and still not recd gas but my rented home they dont have bharat gas connection they new for chennai but for cash they will deliver the gas ifs i ask deliver boy and distributor they said no stock stop like this sales i have all proof my number [protected] plz help and do the needful

    My Bharat Gas Consumer Number is 31656036

    I have taken connection from Maruti Bharat Gas, Tingre Nagar, Pune. I have booked request for refilling my Gas Cylinder on Monday. Till Friday I am following with this agency for refilling of my Gas Cylinder but every day they gave me assurance that today it will come, today it will come.

    When today I fed up with this and asked for Bharat Gas Customer Care head number they denied to provide the same. More over today they told me that your connection is transferred to some other agency which I was not informed or intimated. As a consumer I have full right to know that if my connection being transferred to some other agency, it is duty of that agency to at least keep me in loop so that I am aware of this.

    But this agency instead of apologies this they are saying it is not their duty to inform us and it is the duty of other agency to inform us regarding this.

    Here I have two complaints -
    1. Since last 5 days I am following with Maruti Bharat Gas agency for refilling my Gas Cylinder but every time they giving excuse of today today. Their today is still not come. As as customer I am suffering.
    2. They directly changed my Gas agency without informing or intimating me and now when I complained for issue no 1 they are telling your agency is changed and connect with other agency. This is clear lack of responsibility on the port of agency. Bharat Gas company should penalize them for providing such a bad service to customer and there by spoiling image of Bharat Gas company.

    I am not at all satisfied with the above service of Bharat Gas agency.

    Hoping for some action on this from Bharat Gas Company side.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      My name is Rajapalanivelu T. My gas consumer number was 1170 before 3rd September, 2019 and it was changed to 37209599 thereafter. I booked for my second cylinder on 22nd August, 2019 and on 3rd September I received a message stating that my gas booking order has been cancelled and I have to visit their office for further details. When I inquired through phone, A person from their office diverted me to go to another gas agency stating that my connection was shifted there. But they checked and said that my name was not found in the list. The next day again when I went to Pranav Gas Agency, where another one said that my connection was not transferred to another agency, and I will receive the gas the next day itself. But until today I didn't receive the cylinder. The lady who is attending the call is saying repeatedly that i will receive it the next day, for the past 4 days. 24 days have passed. Still I have not received the cylinder. The service is very very poor. I am terribly dissatisfied with the irresponsible service. I don't know in what priority the cylinders are distributed.

        Sir, i got a connection from bharat gas under ujjawala yojana. My consumer number is[protected]. My first problem is my ph number is not registered by the agency in my mention consumer number. I have been complaining so many times in this matter on the agency. But the agency is not responding my problem. My second problem is i am not able to getting my l. P. G. Subsidy on[protected]. I have been complaining this subject on bharat gas online complaint portal. My complaint number is -4695675. But they are failed to solve my problem. So i kindly request you to solve my problem immediately.

          Sir
          My gas cylinder was booked on 20th aug and i made complaint of non delivery on 31st. My complain number 4671805.
          Later i made enquiry of my request on 4th september and the customer representive said the complain number is closed with comment that delivery has been done.
          But i have not received it yet. I asked him to refer it to higher authority.
          I am not getting what is going on such a poor transparency. It seems some racket is working amf without any information, my complaint is closed. Still i am waiting for the gas cylinder.
          A paid (Availing subsidy) consumer is facing such issue, so what would happen for an ujjala beneficiary. Most astonishing, i dont have a way to redress my issue.

            My name is philip lakra son of mr marcel lakra who is a consumer of bharat gas on behalf of whom i'm writting this application

            My dad is 60 + and a retired person who is living along and his all the expenses are been bested by me

            By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy august 2019 from then my dad is not getting any subsidy. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor and also talked to constomer care but they both told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.

                Hi,

                I have applied for new bharat gas connection in bangalore electronic city phase 2 area. The name of the distributor is shree raksha gas agency-560099. From last two weeks the status is showing documents under verification. No action has been taken by bharat gas customer care. My new gas connection id is: 69843602

                Please resolve this issue asap.

                Bharat gas customer care please take some strict action and verify my documents. What is the use of online system if it is taking weeks just to verify the documents?

And trying to call the agency but no one is picking up the call and not get any kind of information from the agency side and in 1 or 2 days my running cylinder will be over too i did a online payment to through app my consumer no is 38592959

                    I have shifted to kharghar now, and require a new bharat gas connection.
                    I am a bharat gas customer. I lost my bharat gas connection related papers during my shifting. I do not remember my consumer id. However, my mobile number is registered with bharat gas department. This may be used by bharat gas to share a retrieve my consumer details.

                    Request bharat gas to retrieve my information from my phone number.

                    I had booked a cylinder and service provider sold my cylinder to anyone else.
                    I recieved subsidy in my account but have not recieved my cylinder. Message I recieved is below:

                    Subsidy transfer has been initiated to your bank a/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo 98431 of 07/08/2019.

                      I had booked my refill on 4.8.2019 and received booking no.36835 and was to receive delivery on 7/8 but to no avail. Nowhere 14/8 and 21/8 have gone but no delivery effected. Repeated calls to your gas agency only assurances. The van driver has given delivery 500 mts from my house but refuses to deliver to me. Repeated calls go unanswered.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        My full name is maxy anthony thaivalappil and i am residing at vennoorpadam, annamanada panch, thrissur, kerala

                        My gas connection is from govind bharat gas agency at koratty, thrissur. Some 1-2 mths. Back i visited the agency as
                        I wanted a name correction as my name was appearing as maxy anthony with surname missing i. E. Thaivalappil was missing from the name and appearing as thaivalappil house in the address section.

                        When i checked with the staff how it happened they shared it was taken from the previous tv issued from hp kumar gas agency, thrissur. When i checked with the staff about the procedure for name correction, they shared that you have to submit three docs i. E.
                        1) fill the kyc form
                        2) obtain and submit the one and same person certificate from the village officer and no other attested document, not even the affidavit from the notary.
                        3) copy of proof of identity such as aadhaar card.

                        Now when i visited the alathur vill office, and showed my documents to the village offr., he informed me that the docs clearly prove that you are one and the same person. Therefore, i cannot issue you the one and same person certificate.in fact he further added that if he was in my place he would staged a protest or would have got the govind bharat gas agency closed.

                        When i went back to the agency and shared that the one and same person certificate is not required in my case as the village officer as stated that you are already one and same from the docs, which they too agreed upon, but they were adamant on myself getting the one and same person certificate blank format typed and submitted to them as it is mandatory procedural requirement.

                        I am ready to submit the 1st and 2nd docs mentioned above i. E. Filled kyc form and the proof of identity (Aadhaar card) which has the full name.

                        I cannot submit the one and same certificate as the village officer's has clarified it to me. I also asked the staff that i can get them connected to the concerned village officer that too using my mobile to clarify the matter to their satisfaction but they were hesitant and still adamant on getting the blank format of the one and same person typed and submitted to them by myself.

                        Therfore, i am humbly requesting your intervention to clarify the matter to the staff of the govind bharat gas agency to not insist on the one and same cert. Which is not required as per clarificatoon provided by the alathur village officer (Which i am still asking yourselves to clarify the matter telephonically if not satisfied) and accept the other 2 docs they asked for and enable the process of the name correction in my case at the earliest

                              With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency jindal bharat gas agency muradnagar. My consumer number is 16315 by the name of mr. Mohd tahir. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 08/08/2019. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery. But no response. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

                              We applied extra cylinder in Bharat gas mobile application, and I went to Sai saritha Bharat Gas agency, Mallial, They collected money 2400/- rs.I asking the bill they don't given.
                              The booking booklet is completed with no pages remaining to make further entries but the distributor is not changing / replacing the same even after multiple requests. When asked, he’s charging Rs.100 for its re-issue.

                                  Against lpg booking reference number 41599 on dt 16.08.19, still not received the lpg fillings syclender from agency mr. Bharadwaj gas & also not any information from agency. Now my running syclender will be finished one / two days.

                                  Pls help to get the filling syclender from the bharadwaj gas agency...

I have booked my cylinder on 6th August but i have not received my cylinder. When i asked the agency they said you will get it soon but nobody is giving clear information when it will be provided. Today i got cheated third time on this petrol pump. Now i decided that i'll never go to this petrol pump and also never suggest this petrol pump to anyone. I request to all people be aware of this petrol pump if they ever visit here.
