I, makhan jha, consumer of jai harsh bahuguna gas agency address of the agency is shop no 12&14 black h362 sector 22, gautam budh nagar up 202301 had booked my refill on 27th aug, 2019. And trying to call the agency but no one is picking up the call and not get any kind of information from the agency side and in 1 or 2 days my running cylinder will be over too i did a online payment to through app my consumer no is 38592959

And the order no is 64951

On 24th I filled petrol of RS 400/- but fraudulent by salesman it's not delivered correctly.and got harrassment
Sir subsidy amount is not coming my account because of aadhaar number is inactive NPCI. PLEASE ACTIVATE MY AAdhaAR number

Sir,
Booking ref 65134 booked month back showing delivered on 01 Sep 19 still not reached to me. Every time it takes a month to issue the refill Cylinder after booking. also when message comes that refill is delivered, then after 3 to 4 days refill cylinder reaches at home

    lost my bharat gas consumer id, and other papers.

    I have shifted to kharghar now, and require a new bharat gas connection.
    I am a bharat gas customer. I lost my bharat gas connection related papers during my shifting. I do not remember my consumer id. However, my mobile number is registered with bharat gas department. This may be used by bharat gas to share a retrieve my consumer details.

    Request bharat gas to retrieve my information from my phone number.

    I had booked a cylinder and service provider sold my cylinder to anyone else.
    I recieved subsidy in my account but have not recieved my cylinder. Message I recieved is below:

    Subsidy transfer has been initiated to your bank a/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo 98431 of 07/08/2019.

      I had booked my refill on 4.8.2019 and received booking no.36835 and was to receive delivery on 7/8 but to no avail. Nowhere 14/8 and 21/8 have gone but no delivery effected. Repeated calls to your gas agency only assurances. The van driver has given delivery 500 mts from my house but refuses to deliver to me. Repeated calls go unanswered.

        Dear sir/madam,
        My full name is maxy anthony thaivalappil and i am residing at vennoorpadam, annamanada panch, thrissur, kerala

        My gas connection is from govind bharat gas agency at koratty, thrissur. Some 1-2 mths. Back i visited the agency as
        I wanted a name correction as my name was appearing as maxy anthony with surname missing i. E. Thaivalappil was missing from the name and appearing as thaivalappil house in the address section.

        When i checked with the staff how it happened they shared it was taken from the previous tv issued from hp kumar gas agency, thrissur. When i checked with the staff about the procedure for name correction, they shared that you have to submit three docs i. E.
        1) fill the kyc form
        2) obtain and submit the one and same person certificate from the village officer and no other attested document, not even the affidavit from the notary.
        3) copy of proof of identity such as aadhaar card.

        Now when i visited the alathur vill office, and showed my documents to the village offr., he informed me that the docs clearly prove that you are one and the same person. Therefore, i cannot issue you the one and same person certificate.in fact he further added that if he was in my place he would staged a protest or would have got the govind bharat gas agency closed.

        When i went back to the agency and shared that the one and same person certificate is not required in my case as the village officer as stated that you are already one and same from the docs, which they too agreed upon, but they were adamant on myself getting the one and same person certificate blank format typed and submitted to them as it is mandatory procedural requirement.

        I am ready to submit the 1st and 2nd docs mentioned above i. E. Filled kyc form and the proof of identity (Aadhaar card) which has the full name.

        I cannot submit the one and same certificate as the village officer's has clarified it to me. I also asked the staff that i can get them connected to the concerned village officer that too using my mobile to clarify the matter to their satisfaction but they were hesitant and still adamant on getting the blank format of the one and same person typed and submitted to them by myself.

        Therfore, i am humbly requesting your intervention to clarify the matter to the staff of the govind bharat gas agency to not insist on the one and same cert. Which is not required as per clarificatoon provided by the alathur village officer (Which i am still asking yourselves to clarify the matter telephonically if not satisfied) and accept the other 2 docs they asked for and enable the process of the name correction in my case at the earliest

              With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency jindal bharat gas agency muradnagar. My consumer number is 16315 by the name of mr. Mohd tahir. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 08/08/2019. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery. But no response. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

              Dear sir
              We applied extra cylinder in Bharat gas mobile application, and I went to Sai saritha Bharat Gas agency, Mallial, They collected money 2400/- rs.I asking the bill they don't given.
              The booking booklet is completed with no pages remaining to make further entries but the distributor is not changing / replacing the same even after multiple requests. When asked, he’s charging Rs.100 for its re-issue.

Today i got cheated third time on this petrol pump. Now i decided that i'll never go to this petrol pump and also never suggest this petrol pump to anyone. I request to all people be aware of this petrol pump if they ever visit here.

                        Sir though complaint is not directly related to your company, it is actually related to a cng station located at bharat petroleum petrol pump, block g, vishwakarma colony, pul pehlad pur, mehrauli badarpur road, new delhi-110044, sir i don't know weather person filling cng at the station was your employee or employee of igl, but today at about 7 o'clock in the morning he allowed two bus of cisf (Central industrial security force) without queues that too from the wrong side (Means from the exit side) when i along with other those were in queue objected for the same the person filling the cng said "mere se faltu bakwas mat karo, manager se baat karo" when manager was contacted he also gave clear-cut reply " yeah bus to aise hi cng bharwati hai, aur aise hi bharwaegi, that time neither manager provided us with the complaint book nor we were provided the contact number of marketing manager, that time i tried my best to contact delhi police control room by dialling 100 number but i couldn't as number was showing busy, now i am requesting you to atleast pass an instruction to the faulty petrol pump mentioned above, to make the people maintain queue properly or provide me with the contact number of igl complaint cell.

                              I had booked refill on 06/07/2019. The payment of rs609 was made through website. The amount was debited from my citi bank. But bharat gas site showed payment pending. Ccavenue confirmed having receipt of payment. But still amount not refunded back to me inspite of repeated complaints with customer care
                              My bharat gas consumer no is 5658.
                              Please rectify this problem asap.

                                On 9/9/19 around 10'45 am i had taken my ford fiesta petrol to fill fuel in ashoka petrol pump in gopalapuram trichy road coimbatore, the car was kept in ideal and asked to fill petrol for 1000rs,, when the fuelling process was going on suddenly my car stopped,, after that i tried starting but it never did,, so the car was towed down to the nearest garage for inspection,, after inspection the garage showed me water coming from injectors,, will the dealer take responsibility or i have to file a case against bp for damaging my car fuel systems

                                  Incident took place at 1230 am on 10 august 2019, my car was punctured near forum mall and due to the long weekend there was heavy traffic in hosur main road, somehow i managed and drove until the bp bunk near madivala police station and parked the car near the air filling location without causing any difficulty for other cars to pass. All of a sudden the security comes and tells me i can't park over there, i request him let me check what happened and he started saying remove your car from here with no appropriate manners to talk and with very rude language. So i got irritated and asked him that i won't move the car let me check where the puncture shop is. For which he said it's on the opposite road and i could not drive for another 1km with my tyre completely punctured. When i requested him his response was so what the # should i do and get out from here. For this i responded i will not go and was looking for the puncture shop and then 5-6 staff came and started fighting verbally with me for that. This was unbelievable and unexpected that one mr pradeep started using foul language and claimed to be the manager of the bunk, he looked like he was drunk and so were some of the other staff. Later pradeep started saying this is not your land and other meanful things and asked me what can i do. Do what u want to do. I'll show u now. He started fighting and was so eager to pick up a brawl with me. For this even i also stood and argued with all the staff and asked them can't u not say in a decent way that i cannot park here. All of them were the rudest petrol bunk staff i have ever come across in my entire life. There has to be some action taken against these people or someday they will surely beat someone or start rowdism of such sort. It is necessary that the owner should take necessary action as none of them wore id cards so we don't even know if his name was pradeep. I request bpcl and the owner to look at the cctv footage and take a decision. Keeping such employees who don't care and humiliate customers will not only ruin the name of madival bp bunk but also result in public not using bpcl petrol bunks any more.
                                  And also the name of the bunk is also not mentioned or distribuor is not mentioned anywhere which can be visualised for us to write a complaint to bpcl directly. This is really horrible and horrific that the staff in the bunk behaved like that especially mr pradeep who doesn't have any manners and has to really learn the lesson to be good to people and not to be drunk on duty. They didn't even realise that i had my family in my car and they literally pushed me into the car, my friend was shocked looking at this behaviour and she is an eyewitness to all of the above.
                                  And to falsely claim that he is the manager.
                                  It's very easily identifiable on the cctv the way he has reacted and i request the owner and bpcl to take care of this one.
