reactivate the opt out subsidy

Two times i have complained to bharat gas agency (Rangrai agency, jogeshwari west) through telephone regarding reverse from no-subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online and click the wrong option by mistake.
This problem faced near about 6 month back and communicated to bharat gas agency but issue is not resolved yet. Please look into matter and resolve my issue at earliest.

i have booked my cylinder online payment done by online via debit card dena bank amount debited from bank but message from bpcl showing failure payment
your transaction has failed you may try again now or your order will be automatically converted to COD
i called customer care they say officer will call but not call recd even not message from company when to recd money back i sent mail to company with screen shot...

online payment failed against refill booking of cylinder

I had booked refill on 01/07/2019 booking no [protected].The payment of Rs 609 was made through UPI mode. The amount was debited from my Phonepe.but Bharat gas site showed payment failure hence Delivery of refill took on cash payment. surrender gas connection

Sir my consumer id is 88043161. I want to transfer/surrender my gas connection but distributor excuses every time. Now i am 250 km away form the distributor i have sent all originla documents and necessary things to the distributor but now he saying you should have to come personally. bharat gas online payment failure

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 27.06.2019 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs 753 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

They are saying it's a paid service whereas this should a regular checkup while your person comes with the refill cylinder..
