This is to inform you that, i md. Fazal rahman, from patna, own the petro card of bharat petroleum corporation limited and the no. Of my card is [protected]. So, i want to inform you that i didn't received any gift for the bonus points from the last 4 years, which seems like a the company is making fool to their customers. I got to know from bharat petroleum, patna that for the gifts i've to contact to mumbai head office of bpcl which is literally impossible.
But, earlier when the card was made then i got the gift from patna bharat petroleum office only i. E. Umbrella only but, later didn't received any gift from the last 4 years.
So, kindly look into matter so that i can get my all gifts from bpcl, as it seems like a breach of promise by the company to their customers. I'll be highly greatful to you always if you will do the needful to me.
