My consumer number is 21955 i have ordered refil of my gas on 5th july and got a message as booked succesfully with book order number 15017 however, i did not receive the cylinder yet. This is the first time it happened since last 25 years and the reason is delivery boy (Mahesh) from boiguda secunderabad branch has demanded and argued to pay more than what was billed on the bill and i have not accepted to his demand. So he is trying to take the revange for the same.
Kindly look into this and fix at the earliest.

    I had told them to fill for full tank, they had set it to 0 and filled it till 100 and they said they won't accept card, I said I will give them cash he continued from the same and it was 330 he asked 100 more as it was done before, I denied and asked for the bill he said first u need to pay the amount and paid it via card.. I have the proof of paying 430 rupees.. And the bill had different names of the employee who filled the fuel and different nozzle /Bay number.. How is tat possible.. It's cheating

      I had got delivered my gas cylinder on 19 June 2019 but I didn't get my subsidy amount . Further on Bharat gas app this data also not showing. I am in doubt whenever vendor SAKINDER do the delivery same problem taking place. My consumer No. 33574292. Mobile No. [protected]. Please do the needful to prevent such type of action. I cannot book my cylinder now as on making call for gas booking replied came that your cylinder is already booked. Make necessary arrangement for delivery of new gas cylinder urgently.

            Unable to update Aadhar kyc in my Hyderabad gas agency, they are saying first Bangalore agency need to remove my Aadhar details from there. Then only my Hyderabad agency will be able to update Aadhar.

                  This is to inform you that, i md. Fazal rahman, from patna, own the petro card of bharat petroleum corporation limited and the no. Of my card is [protected]. So, i want to inform you that i didn't received any gift for the bonus points from the last 4 years, which seems like a the company is making fool to their customers. I got to know from bharat petroleum, patna that for the gifts i've to contact to mumbai head office of bpcl which is literally impossible.

                  But, earlier when the card was made then i got the gift from patna bharat petroleum office only i. E. Umbrella only but, later didn't received any gift from the last 4 years.

                  So, kindly look into matter so that i can get my all gifts from bpcl, as it seems like a breach of promise by the company to their customers. I'll be highly greatful to you always if you will do the needful to me.

                    Today, i have surrendered the cylinder. Due to damage of regulator we couldn't submit the regulator. Instead we said to them take the regulator charges. They have charged us ₹400. But my doubt is that during connection deposit amount for regulator is only ₹150. According to that condition they have to charge same amount but they have charged more amount. Please kindly solve the issue.

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for new bharat gas connection in bangalore rajajinagar area. The name of the distributor is m. S. D enterprises-560021. From last one week the status is showing documents under verification. No action has been taken by bharta gas customer care. My new gas connection id is: 68177345

                      Please resolve this issue asap.
                      Requesting bharta gas customer care to please ask the dealer to update the status and take action against the distributor.

                      When i called him he told me that offline you will get the connection on the same day, it is because he must be taking some extra amount, and if i apply online then it is not possible for him to earn that extra money, so i guess because of this he is not verifing the documents.

                      Bhart gas customer care please take some strict action and verify my documents. I want the issue should be solved asap, or i will move on to a different lpg provider company.

                        Two times i have complained to bharat gas agency (Rangrai agency, jogeshwari west) through telephone regarding reverse from no-subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online and click the wrong option by mistake.
                        This problem faced near about 6 month back and communicated to bharat gas agency but issue is not resolved yet. Please look into matter and resolve my issue at earliest.

                          i have booked my cylinder online payment done by online via debit card dena bank amount debited from bank but message from bpcl showing failure payment
                          your transaction has failed you may try again now or your order will be automatically converted to COD
                          i called customer care they say officer will call but not call recd even not message from company when to recd money back i sent mail to company with screen shot proof payment debited but no response from company

Now i am 250 km away form the distributor i have sent all originla documents and necessary things to the distributor but now he saying you should have to come personally.                                 bharat gas online payment failure

                                I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 27.06.2019 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs 753 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
                                I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

                                  Sir it is happened that my bharat gas connection having the consumer no of 2883 has been blocked by the accusel of multiple connection. Actually i dont have multiple connection with my adhar it has been verified by the agency but some how it is blocked. This gas connection was formerly owned by my elder brother sujith p but the occupancy of the connection was changed to my name 8 months before on[protected]. Last delivery of gas cylinder is done on[protected]
