People are calling from gas agency to check the condition of gas pipe and other details.
They are saying it's a paid service whereas this should a regular checkup while your person comes with the refill cylinder..
Why such extra burden on the customer. P
Kindly let me know if such checkups are paid or free

      Dear Team,
      I have taken the new connection of LPG Cylinder from Shree Sai Ram Gas Agency at it's registered office at Shop No. 1, Plot No. 35. Sector-20, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, 410210 with my registered mobile no. [protected]. I have installed the app of Bharat Gas and when I clicked " OPT OUT SBUSIDY" it automatically accepted the "YES" option . The app misbehaved and at that moment I called to Shree Sai Ram Gas Agency for complain, then called to Customer Care with complaint ID 4408090. The Gas Agency has accepted the same complain filed by 5-6 persons that due to some problem in app it happened. I have made complaints too but none fruitful has happened till now. Kindly do the needful and deactivate the option within 10 days. Non- compliance of this would give me freedom to proceed Criminal Case against you and that would be on your cost, risk and consequences. Kindly update the firmware and bug fixes in the app too for better performance.

        We live in Bangalore in karnataka we are giving delivery charges to the person 50 rupees .They are asking even more.Today they delivered the gas cylinder the amount to be paid is 739 rupees.But they are demanding for 790 .How this is possible.Is it necessary should we pay delivery charges to the concerned person.our nearby gas company is Shravan gas agency.kowsalya 85433204.Distributor code : 100723

          Dear sir / madam,

          This is to bring to your kind notice that your Distributor Surya Enterpries Agency of Girinagar, Bangalore is illegally suppling commercial cylinder to one of my tenant to redistribute the same to local hotels and catering serivce. Illegal supply of Gas Cylinder is carried on using Passenger Auto registered number KA05-AE-2742 by my tenant which is shown clearly in pictures I have attached along this email.

          Even after repeated request with my tenant to stop storing lpg cylinder at my premises as it is meant only for residential purpose and also informed the same to distributor but they are continuing the illegal supply of gas cylinders and on one incident even threatened me.

          I have leased my premises to tenant Shivaraj GV for 3 years which is only meant for residential purpose and I'm nowhere in any connection for these actions carried by Shivaraj.GV and your Distributor Surya Enterpries Agency.

          Kindly do help me in safe gaurding my building by potential dangerous and illegal storing and supplying of Bharathgas Commercial Cylinder By your Distributor Surya Enterpries Agency along with my tenant Shivaraj.GV.

          Tenant Shivaraj.GV is found handling lpg cylinders u safely by me and in pictures you can see small kid of Shivaraj who keeps playing close to these stocked and filled cylinders. During night time they store all filled cylinders inside House where they live.

          I also request you to maintain this email and identity of mine as confidential and in interest to safeguard my Indian Citizen rights with grievance caused by your Distributor Surya Enterpries Agency and My Tenant Shivaraj. GV.

          Im also attaching pictures captured by me showing the illegally storing and supplying of gas cylinders belonging to bharathgas at my residential premises.

          Complaint marked as Resolved 
          BPCL person Mr.Rahulji of Bangalore, took immediate action and took action against the Agency and My Tenant. Cylinders which were in my premises was immediately siezed. Further action will be taken soon against Agency and the tenant.

            Every time delivery delay every time I call customer care then 8- 10 -15 day after delivery cilender I have one cilender so I have probleam face to cocking.. I will pay in online for gas booking .Distributor say this is no my area delivery I can't deliver for one Consumer there. You port your connection other distributor but my address to distributer distance only 3-4 km 5-10 min distance.So please Take action strickly do needful as soon as possible

                  My grandfather (Saroj Kumar mondal) has a LPG connection with consumer number 10702.
                  This ID has been blocked due to KYC document. When I contacted the distributer (Cookling) they asked for the ADHAAR CARD submission, however due to the health issue of Mr. S K MONDAL, his card was not issued as the retina scan was unsuccessful.
                  I can willingly submit other KYC documents like Voter card or Ration card, however they asked to surrender the connection.
                  Please advice the further course of action.

                    Sub: Replacement of deteriorated lpg gas cylinder supplied by Vyrelil Gas agency, Tripunithura Ernakulam dist

                    Ref: Consumer connection no:V-18438, the photographs attached

                    The agency supplied a cylinder on 30.03.2019 which was not suitable to the regulator. When I complained to the agency a technican arrived and replaced the washer and connected to the stove. The stove was used for 10 minutes. Later after three hours the kitchen was filled with gas. When I inspected the cylinder, I noticed that fumes are arising from the cracked surface of cylinder. Marks of liquid found on the surface. The whole cylinder was damaged with rust. cracks were all over the body. When I applied soap solution, bubbles were broken. I detached the cylinder and kept it outside. After two weeks when I complained the agency, they agreed to replace the cylinder. But an expert technician (Mr. Sanush) arrived and inspected the cylinder and applied soap solution and stated that the cylinder is alright. He disagreed to check the cylinder by connecting to the stove. I told him about the label on the cylinder (B 19) which was exhausted during the second quarter. He argued that the agency supplied it in correct time and it is our mistake to use the cylinder by date. Even though he agreed that the cylinder was expired he cannot recommend for change of cylinder. I told him that the cylinder was used only for 10 minutes but now cylinder shows half of the weight. I express my fear to use a deteriorated cylinder, the expert suggested for making complaint to the company. I am forwarding the photographs of the cylinder. I humbly request you to take action against these types of EXPERTS and negligence of the agency. Submitting the facts before you to replace the cylinder at the earliest.

                            My cylinder was delivered on 12/6/219 5PM and not on 10/6/2019 as mentioned by you that too after several phone calls to the vendor.
                            The subsidy amount was credited to my account on 12/6/2019 at around 11 AM, before delivery was effected. Obviously, the delivery on 10.6/2019 was some one else's delivery.
                            Please note, I need the cylinder first and the subsidy later.
                            I am a senior citizen living alone and not exactly in good health and could do well without such harassment.

                              My Name is Bira Kishore pati, we are getting Bharat gas supply from M/S Varsha Enterprises, Jharpada, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751006.
                              I booked for the new refil on date 2nd june 2019 and booking no. Is 31660 and cash memo no.35775 generated on 4th June 2019 but still I haven't get supply.
                              This situation have faced every month.I have complained to our suppliers but he have not responding me.This type of problem facing other customers also in my area.Kindly requesting you shortout our problem as soon as possible either you suggest me or how I transfer my gas connection Bharat gas to other company..

                                      Dear Sir, I have requested to transfer the Bharat Gas connection from my husband to my name in Delhi. For this, I have submitted relevant documents i.e the form to transfer and KYC, etc. to the concerned gas agency. They are now asking for Rs 1000/- as fee to transfer gas connection to my name whereas as per my knowledge and as checked on your website, there is no fee for transfer. Please look into the matter, as this is unnecessarily causing a delay in this process. I will be grateful to you.
