I was using an hp gas connection in hyderabad (Telangana state) and also i was having another bharat gas connection (Uttar pradesh) with my name which my parent usually uses at my hometown. After booked couple of gas cylinder i did not receive my subsidy amount in my bank account then i called to mr. Rinku ([protected]) of jagat bharat gas agency manager and he checked in system and told that as i have am having another gas connect on my name with same aadhaar card that why i am not getting subsidy fund in my account and my connection has been blocked. He suggested me to return my hp gas another connection and take a new connection with another name after returning the another gas connection and at that time they would be able to see subsidy fund in the system and that subsidy fund i be getting in my account.
Being an employee i took a day leave and load my both connection cylinder, stove, regulator pipe and booked a cab and submit all the stuffs in in hp gas agency. Finally i submitted all the hp gas connection documents to in hp gas agency and took a new connection.
When i asked mr. Rinku aboout my subsidy fund he stated that “i would not be getting any subsidy amount at that time i was really shocked”, if i am not getting my a year subsidy amount its totally my big lost, as i request him for same again and again but he did not entertain much almost 2 months has been over i did not get my subsidy amount nor my jagat bharat gas got opend. I called mr. Rinku ([protected]) almost 4-5 time every day but he did not pickup my call nor reply on whatsapp message. I usually busy in office still i keep calling him but he never call back and most of the time his official number also got busy.
My question is that if hp gas executive was not aware after returning gas connection i would not be getting subsidy amount at all, why why they suggested me to return old connection and take a new connection on different aadhaar card.
My whole year subsidy amount lost who who will return my hard earning fund.
If i would not be getting my subsidiary amount i be going to consumer forum and file a case against them i want my subsidy fund at any cost in my bank account.
Suggestion: please take action against this type of lack of knowledge executive and provide them a session of process and procedure and if they do not know procedure they should not waste time of customer and provide them false hopes.

Updated by Ikram Uddin4 Hi Team, I am still awaiting to get resolved my issue. please take action as soon as possible and return my one year GAS SUBSIDIY FUND.
