I have been cheated by bharat petroleum employees multiple times at different branches. They have various gigs planned to scam the customer. One of them is that 2 guys will serve you together and the person filling will deliberately fill half the amount and pretend like he didn't listen and then the other person distracts you by asking for money while he presses some numbers on the console to display the actual amount but when you check your fuel, only the previous half amount is filled. When i ask for bill in such cases, they give me handwritten bill saying that the printing machine is not working.

If it was at one branch it was understandable that the employees have planned this but the same happening at multiple branches makes you wonder if the higher authority is also involved in this.

As of now, i have been scammed at the following bharat petroleum branches:
1) double road - shantinagar
2) near brand factory - wilson garden
3) banerghatta road - jayanagar

The double road branch being the most notorious as almost everyone i know who filled there have complained of the same and their google map reviews are also filled with similar incidents.

    opted out by mistake

    I am complaint regarding reverse from opted out subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy.     My name is Sanjay. Recently i took Bharat gas connection, and i went to internet center to activate my profile in online for future purpose. Unfortunately, the internet center people opted for subsidy now the status says yes. Please change it to No and provide me the with the subsidy amount

      I was using an hp gas connection in hyderabad (Telangana state) and also i was having another bharat gas connection (Uttar pradesh) with my name which my parent usually uses at my hometown. After booked couple of gas cylinder i did not receive my subsidy amount in my bank account then i called to mr. Rinku ([protected]) of jagat bharat gas agency manager and he checked in system and told that as i have am having another gas connect on my name with same aadhaar card that why i am not getting subsidy fund in my account and my connection has been blocked. He suggested me to return my hp gas another connection and take a new connection with another name after returning the another gas connection and at that time they would be able to see subsidy fund in the system and that subsidy fund i be getting in my account.
      Being an employee i took a day leave and load my both connection cylinder, stove, regulator pipe and booked a cab and submit all the stuffs in in hp gas agency. Finally i submitted all the hp gas connection documents to in hp gas agency and took a new connection.

      When i asked mr. Rinku aboout my subsidy fund he stated that “i would not be getting any subsidy amount at that time i was really shocked”, if i am not getting my a year subsidy amount its totally my big lost, as i request him for same again and again but he did not entertain much almost 2 months has been over i did not get my subsidy amount nor my jagat bharat gas got opend. I called mr. Rinku ([protected]) almost 4-5 time every day but he did not pickup my call nor reply on whatsapp message. I usually busy in office still i keep calling him but he never call back and most of the time his official number also got busy.
      My question is that if hp gas executive was not aware after returning gas connection i would not be getting subsidy amount at all, why why they suggested me to return old connection and take a new connection on different aadhaar card.
      My whole year subsidy amount lost who who will return my hard earning fund.
      If i would not be getting my subsidiary amount i be going to consumer forum and file a case against them i want my subsidy fund at any cost in my bank account.
      Suggestion: please take action against this type of lack of knowledge executive and provide them a session of process and procedure and if they do not know procedure they should not waste time of customer and provide them false hopes.

          My distributor bangalore gas agency never respond properly. Every time during gas refill booking i am facing the issue just they respond as no employee available to deliver also they never pick the call need to go directly to office and speak to them.

          Raised complaint through bharat gas portal as,

          I need update on my gas refill, called
          1) distributor office : [protected]/26784422/[protected]No one picked the call).
          2) distributor owner: [protected] (He responded as i am not a call center guy just call to office)

          But customer care guys also not able to help on the same they say as we would deliver within 48 hrs but this is distributor issue very bad experience on bharat gas.

          I booked ipl final tickets on eventsnow website through your gateway and the amount got debited. But Still i did not recieve any confirmation mail or message. I request you to resolve this issue soon.

            Each & every time, gas delivery boy asks for a delivery fee that's not mentioned either in the bill or invoice sms. I don't think i should be susceptible to any extra amount outside of bill, but the delivery boy insists on it saying the delivery price is not mentioned in the bill, i even showed him the bill but he plainly refused & insisted on extra money.

              The Bharat gas application in online make payment.

              The Money deducted from my account but session timeout occurs on online payment.

              I have 5 may-2019 tried first time payment using my debit card to 686 rs. has been deducted but not refund my 686 amount .

                      On 30th april i bought 101 rupees fuel for my paassion plus bike(empty tank).It gives a mileage of 50 plus per ltr but surprisingly tank got emptied before roaming 40kms, whereas for 101 rupees i easily get around 60 to 70 kms of mileage

                          There is no one responsible person in home only my old mother and handicap father was there and mechanic said to change some part of gas stove even we buy stove in last year.
                          I m not agree with him its fake service given by them he just given a total amount 550 but not mentioned how many part he replaced and price of each unit I also work in hp gas service I also know some rules about gas leakages.

I get the msg on 2may 2019 as gas cylinder delivered. And the subsidy amount was credited in my bankaccount. Thisis for sure a gas cylinder was delivered to someone else using my a/cno.

                              This complaint is for towards akshay bharat gas agency in baner pashan link road. When I opened the new cylinder and tried to connect to the regulator it wouldn't connect.
                              The cylinder they sent is not compatible with the regulator.
                              Please come and replace the cylinder such that it fits with the regulator.

                                Sir i consumer no 93097103, vikas yadav, was bharat gas customer at jhansi (Cantt agency) but now i have transferred my connection at home town mahendergarh in indane. When i request to link aadhar with my transferred connection in indane, they advice me to first delink aadhar with bharatgas. My previous bharatgas distributor processed my request on their behalf four days ago but neither work done by head office nor forward any response to distributor. Please do the necessary in the matter.

                                    I refused to pay mandatory inspection charges and distributor has tell me that he will block my connection. What is controversy? Govt. Is transferring every poor from coocking coal, kerosine to cylinder dealer is looting 180rs. On mandatory inspection charges every 2 years? It is looting business and nothing else. If they have 10000 customers than every two years they will get 18lakh rupees. It is white collar lootes.
