Dear BPCL Team,
This is Upendra Sahu, having RMN: [protected].
My subsidy was stopped in Sep-2016 and again after a lot of complaint it resumed for a month in Sep-2017. Again after that I am not receiving my subsidy. I had file complaints three times since Nov-2018 to till date and no resolution has been provided to us till date.

    As i have connection consumer id 67354705, but unable to book refill bcoz i checked in the portal it says blocked, contacted local agency guy he said we don't have rights to unblock asked to contact headoffice where it far to travel and i don't have any other connection rather but still blocked can it unblocked it very severely urgent as running out of gas to cook hope you understand, can this request passed to m. G road trinity building office to unblock

      Sir, i have applied for new bharat gas connection with request id[protected] dated 14 jan 19. All the required document have been uploaded successfully. On checking the status, it is still showing, the document verification is under process. I want to know how much time it will take to verify for kyc (Multiple connection). Please verify the kyc as soon as possible, so that i go further for online payment.

        online bharatgas booking payment failed but money deducted

        Sir i have placed order of bharatgas cylinder yesterday but while paying money online my money get deducted but transaction failed pls help me give me full refund i payed online for this transaction via billdesk upi option i payed full amount to their upi i'd but my transaction status showing failed pls help me as soon as possible my order i'd is 100763...

          Respected sir/madam,

          Am suma k an customer for bpcl lpg from minimum of 4+ years.
          Currently residing in hunasanalli, bangarapet taluk, kolar district, pin-563114

          On dated 16th jan 2019 at 09.51 i have booked a cylinder through ebharath gas android application, when i tried to make payment through upi, its failed but i went directly at store asked for gas cylinder delivery, they refused due to payment was not done so can't issue cylinder.

          Around 11 o a. M clock i tried to contact customer care of bpcl and i got the fresh link for payment option, i paid amount of 691.82 rs at 11.12 a. M and i got a confirmation message as amount is paid.

          Again i went to distributor store and asked for cylinder but their system is not shown the updated status of bill or payment paid. So because of this they once again refused to issue the cylinder.

          Around time of 13.45 pm again went at the distributor store and asked for cylinder now they said no stocks come tomorrow.

          So i need a compensation for
          1. Traveling 3 complete trips to their distribution store and home, since which costs me ₹240 in minimum auto price.
          2. Waited for more than 4 hours to reflect my payment status updation. This is an bpcl software issue, because of this i argument had with distributor. Compensation cost ₹800
          3. No home delivery of gas cylinder eventhough the village residence around 1.5-2km of the city. Compensation cost ₹50

          So overal the above inconvenience was happened to me was because of the negligence and improper handling of the respective customer by bpcl.
          I need justice and compensation

            Npci why can not release my payment regarding gas subsidy linking to bank mapper.
            Subsidy transfer to my active bank account has fail. Due to bank linking problem to npci.

            The account no [protected] is already linked with aadhar. Bank have attached herewith cbs enquiry screenshot of the same mail to me by bank.

            This is for your information please.

                I am transferred to jaisalmer my lpg connection changed to indane gas.
                But my aadhar number could not be linked to indane gas and i could not get subsidy as aadhar number not delinked ti earlier bp gas. After many mails and queries, still matter is not resolved.

                  I am not getting my subsidy from last three times however my bank details and aadhaar already updated in agency. My aadhaar is also active and linked with bank. I also provided bank details to agency. Agency person has no clue why i am not getting subsidy. Customer care also not able to help. My lpg id is[protected]. Could you please resolve this issue asap.

                      With reference to the above i am using petro card id no. Cu[protected] for fuel purpose frequently at bpcl outlets in bangalore. I have on line recharged rs.2000/- on 01/012019 but not credited to my card but i was shocked to see that statement showing downloaded a copy of the same is enclosed for your reference kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Amount ₹ 704.71/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

                        Paytm Shows Status in pending. So i paid again.
                        & Both Transaction is successful.
                        Petrol Pump Staff is not able to Solve my problem.

I booked gas from sharma gas agency but they r denial mode they always said i have not delivery man or u pick itself. I m not satisfied their service. No good service and always late delivered. I call for enquiry many time but they not answered. Service man r not answered why they r always late delivered.

                                3. That lpg cylinder was delivered on 05/01/2019

                                4. That i had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amount of rs.260 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 99977 of 05/01/2019

                                5. That however the subsidy has not been transferred to my bank account as yet even after so many days.

                                6. That this has never happened earliar, when the subsidy amount was credited within a day or two.

                                In view of the above submission your honour is requested to get the lpg subsidy transferred to my bank account without any furhter delay.

                                4. That i had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amount of rs. 736. 80 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 99977 of 05 / 01/ 2019

                                5. That however the subsidy has not been transferred to my bank account as yet even after so many days.

                                6. That this has never happened earliar, when the subsidy amount was credited within a day or two.

                                In view of the above submission your honour is requested to get the lpg subsidy transferred to my bank account without any furhter delay.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have applied for new bharat gas connection for which i have received an email to make the online payment against my request id no.
                                    61653406. But whenever i try to click on payment option on eBharatgas website. I am getting an error - "otp limitation exceeded".

                                    Please note that nowhere on the eBharatgas website mentioned about the otp generatin limitation then how will I know for the same. Kindly provide me the solution as i have been waiting from so many days for my new LPG connection.

                                    I have visited ANITA GAS AGENCY on 08th jan 2019 where i have asked to do the documentation process once again and also make the payment in cash. I dont mind making the payment in Cash but why should i do the DOCUMENTATION PROCESS once again?

                                    CHARGES DIFFERS alot (more) at agency as compared to online payment.

                                    Request you to please help me in making the payment online as Anita gas agency or your third party customer care is NOT able to assist me for getting the new gas connection. Waiting for your positive reply.
