Mechanic extorting money on behalf of changing valves of 3 months new bajaj cook top,
Concluding it as faulty.
We repeatedly inform mr. Gotra pratap (Mechanic) that it's a new cook top, please check for any other fault, but he was very sure to loot money from us 650₹.
So i decided to repair it with warranty private showroom mechanic. Which was simply done with just cleaning a line.
Today i visited shri sairam gas agency kamothe bharat gas office, where he arrogantly reply that, we do only this, and not ready to accept his mistake. I have paid him 50₹ for service charge, but not willing to give me a receipt. So
If any mechanic is looting money from customer, so what is the use of our middle class family saving 1 ruppee.
So please look in to the matter.
We have also informed mr. Subramaniyam (Kalamboli branch) but yet no action against the mechanic.

Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
By mistake i choose subsidy give up option in online portel, my intenion was to check the subsidy details but by mistake i loose my subsidy status. I kindly requesting you to provide subsidy to me and it will be a great help for me.
