My LPG Subsidy stopped from 2015 at the time of changes in my name done by the agent/distributor (SUVIDHA GAS SERVICE, NASHIK).

I have already contacted and discussed with my distributor, every time they have answered to complaint with BPCL.

Please see your system lot of complaint seen their from 2015 for LPG subsidy.

My aadhar card & LPG ID number already linked with my Bank account.

Pl restart the subsidy, your system showing PNG opted out-My connection is domestic connection.

    I am a consumer of bharat gas consumer no 61850568 id no[protected]. I have opted giveup subsidy by mistake through online but my intension is check subsidy online. So please get back my subsidy because i am not eligible for give up subsidy. What is the procedure to get back subsidy continuously pls rply me as soon as possible. And please resolve it quick.

    same problem with me
    In bharat gas app I want to check my amount of subsidy, then i saw an option opt subsidy I think this the option and I clicked on it and there was two option yes or no .. I mistakenly press yes . So I did it by mistake please do something about this problem soon as possible.

      Sinhal patel here my bpcl consumer number is 84845392, registered mobile no [protected]. I booked lpg gas cylinder on 3rd september till the date cylinder hasn't delivered by the agency. I complaint 4-5 times in bpcl customer service but i have not got any resolutions from them. I called to agency (Boricha bharat gas agency) but they talked very rudely and told me that we will not deliver your lpg gas, do whatever you want to do as well as they said change your agency anywhere else and agency has also deleted my registered bpcl contact number from their system. Please take very strict action against agency as well as bpcl as they are very care less to give resolutions. Thank you

          Subsidy amount not credit in my account. My account linked with aadhaar then after the subsidy amount of lpg failed. The subsidy amount of 5 times have not credited in my account.

            Complaint 3322095. Such a shame. Only assurances since 3 days, telling us "person is coming in 1-2 hours". Shame on you bharat gas. How would you feel if you were left without any means to cook food at home? Plus your local delivery people of adharvaah gas distributor id 185904 keep bullying us for the tip!! Hope their families suffer too, like mine did!

                  I'm purushotham working in intelligent department. Vijayawada.. My gas consumer no45837908 i recently july 02 on transfer from nellore to vijayawada.
                  2 cyldrs subsidy rs not credit on my bank dt: 02/07/18
                  My son just that site suddenly unfortunately press the opt button dear bharat gas higher officers.. Please resolve my problem since my connection was 2005 to running up to 2018 on wards..

                    Regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category.

                    I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through mobile app for bharath gas when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl.

                    Now when i try to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy.

                    Please look into matter and add...

                      K. J gas agency located in chennai tamilnadu near poonamalle (600056), i have booked the gas on september 1 2018, after that keeps on following to get the gas, still i have not received the gas, its almost 18 days gone... When ever we calls they are saying as we have limited stock, now only we are distributing for last month customer. Better please confirm on changing the gas agency, cant tolerate the response from reputed concern.

                      Before 5 year I had a connection of Bharat Gas after transferring I had quite the connection and once again getting connection through transfer when I have to apply than agency member asked me your adhar is linked so before getting connection you have to delink adhar from Bharat Gas

                        My consumer no is 17632. Sant lal mahto. Distributor priyanka gas services. Delivery condition is very poor. Last moth I booked on 08/08/2018 and he canceled booking on 21/08/2018. In this month I booked on 05/09/2018 and he canceled on 17/09/2018. Now I planing to go to consumer forum .

                          I was filling petrol for rs. 200 at bharat petroleum, petrol pump - sri ramajeyam service station, royapettah high road, royapettah and paid via debit card (Txn#[protected] at 9.22am. After that i was trying to fill air for my two wheeler. After filling the air. I didn't have any change to pay tip to the person filling air. I told him that i'll pay him tip next time. For that the employee who is filling air was abusing me in tamil saying 'otha.. Rendu illayam.. ' like that. I really felt very bad. I was in a hurry to reach my office. So i just left the place without replying anything. I could find that they don't know how to treat a customer. Moreover air is a complimentary. I don't know how they expect to pay for it. I'm using this petrol bunk for almost 7 years. I have used to pay tip everytime i used to fill air. I have never expected such a worst behavior from bharat petroleum employee.

                                  Gas subsidy is not tranfered to my SBI a/c [protected]. I habe closed my earlier MCDC Bank a/c in Nov. 2017.
                                  So pl. Transfer my subsidy amount to SBI a/c.
                                  From last six months I followed every instruction given by Customer care of BPCL co. But they have not resolved it so kindly look into the matter and solved it to get my subsidy amount from December 2017 to till date

                                    Sms from bpcl says that transfer of the subsidy amount of rs. 308.59 against cash memo no. 31687 of 06.09.2018 to consumer no. 24016385 was failed. The reason was unknown. Please check up and transfer the amount to bank a/c. No.[protected] with pnb or a/c. No.[protected] with dlb. Both a/cs are maintained with aadhaar linked and i was receiving the subsidy through one of these accounts without any problem since the last delivery of lpg. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Ref: Your SMS dt: 11.10.2018 regarding subsidy amount to A/c. Credit to Consumer No. 24016385

                                    Transfer of Subsidy amount of Rs. 308.59 against LPG cylinder was delivered vide cash Memo No. 31687 dt: 06.09.2018 was failed due to inactive of Aadhaar. My Aadhaar No.[protected] has been activated again
                                    by Punjab National Bank for my A/c. No.[protected] and A/c. No.[protected] of
                                    Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. on 12.10.2018. You are requested to take necessary action immediately to credit the subsidy amount any one of my A/c. as stated above. I was receiving the subsidy amount through Punjab National Bank up to 20.06.2018 without any problem.

                                      From last around three months whenever i ask for air they are replying that compressor is having some problem. But they are not interesting to provide free air. Some times i refuse to buy petrol after asking for air and went to another petrol pump. Till date air facility is not provided to coustomers. (12.09.2018)
