    Sir i had booked gas on 03/09/18. (Booking reference no 61378) and i got the message in my mobile it is delivered on 14/09/18. And on 17/09/18 received the message subsidy is credited in your account. But gas cylinder is not yet delivered physically.

    I went to the office on 17/09/18 and informed them i received the messages as gas is delivered and subsidy is credited in account. They asked me to give the consumer no and location and told due to cylinder shortages it happened and will issue tomorrow or on 18th. But till saturday (22/09/18) they did not delivered the cylinder. Then i called them over phone and they told cylinder can be delivered only by next monday or tuesday. The pathetic condition is that till yesterday night (25/09/18) it is not delivered.. I do not know where to complaint. If the cylinder is shortage how this delivered message is created and how the bill is created.?. With out delivering the cylinder how the message is created.. Is this a full proof system to protect customers needs?. Pls have a look into this.

    Your ebharat gas website always shows error and not open, my lpghome page always shows site is under maintenance when I try to audit distributor option since 3 to 4 months
    I can't understand that what is the use of these sites
    Subsidy amount of Rs. 322.40 is transferred to your bank a/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo 25024 of 24/09/2018.

      Dear sir
      My consumer no 31424. Since 7 months i faced problembs from varsha agency, bhubaneswar. They never give us cylinder in right time, some time they asking to collect from godown, iam frequently complained but no result from them, all my family members including my kids suffered a lot. Hope you might take some steps so i can got cylinder further in right time.

          I had booked a cylinder 77426 on 28th aug, but received a sms stating my cylinder delivered. This is not the 1st time. Then when u talk to the delivery boy he doesn't respond. What to do.

            I had complaint to bharat gas through customer care, complaint no.3345637 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl.               Bharat gas lpg — deactivate the opt out of subsidy option

              I complaint to bharat gas through online from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy.                 Sir/ madam

                I am registered consumer and our lpg distributor is anand bharatgas (193999), sahakarnagar, bangalore.

                I have made booking on dt.01.09.2018 vide booking no.84779 and cash memo no.90650 but the refill is still not delivered and your distributor update the record refill (Cylinder) is delivered on dt.01.09.18 without delivery and when i call your distributor he told me to book again for refill (Cylinder).

                I once again book cylinder on dt.13.09.2018 vide booking no.22728 but still date delivery of cylinder not happen and massage i have received that cylinder is delivered on dt.13.09.18, pl note i booked cylinder @9.35 am and i received massage for cylinder delivered at 9.40 with cash memo no.24900 without delivering the cylinder, pl check your distributor supply of cylinder by plan or what?

                When i made complaint against him through online complaint portal he abuse me on phone and threatening me.

                All above complaint bharat gas company mention the resolve remarks as "complaint resolve" without resolution and non receipt of delivery of cylinder.

                This is very unfortunate the response of bharat gas company for not able to resolve the issue instead of several complaint due to this my family suffering a lot due to non availability of cylinder in my home.
                I am using your connection more then 10 years.

                Please do the needful urgently otherwise i force to go consumer forum.

                  My LPG Subsidy stopped from 2015 at the time of changes in my name done by the agent/distributor (SUVIDHA GAS SERVICE, NASHIK).

                  I have already contacted and discussed with my distributor, every time they have answered to complaint with BPCL.

                  Please see your system lot of complaint seen their from 2015 for LPG subsidy.

                  My aadhar card & LPG ID number already linked with my Bank account.

                  Pl restart the subsidy, your system showing PNG opted out-My connection is domestic connection.

                    I am a consumer of bharat gas consumer no 61850568 id no[protected]. I have opted giveup subsidy by mistake through online but my intension is check subsidy online. So please get back my subsidy because i am not eligible for give up subsidy. What is the procedure to get back subsidy continuously pls rply me as soon as possible. And please resolve it quick.

                    In bharat gas app I want to check my amount of subsidy, then i saw an option opt subsidy I think this the option and I clicked on it and there was two option yes or no .. I mistakenly press yes . So I did it by mistake please do something about this problem soon as possible.

                      Sinhal patel here my bpcl consumer number is 84845392, registered mobile no [protected]. I booked lpg gas cylinder on 3rd september till the date cylinder hasn't delivered by the agency. I complaint 4-5 times in bpcl customer service but i have not got any resolutions from them. I called to agency (Boricha bharat gas agency) but they talked very rudely and told me that we will not deliver your lpg gas, do whatever you want to do as well as they said change your agency anywhere else and agency has also deleted my registered bpcl contact number from their system. Please take very strict action against agency as well as bpcl as they are very care less to give resolutions. Thank you

                          Subsidy amount not credit in my account. My account linked with aadhaar then after the subsidy amount of lpg failed. The subsidy amount of 5 times have not credited in my account.

                            Complaint 3322095. Such a shame. Only assurances since 3 days, telling us "person is coming in 1-2 hours". Shame on you bharat gas. How would you feel if you were left without any means to cook food at home? Plus your local delivery people of adharvaah gas distributor id 185904 keep bullying us for the tip!! Hope their families suffer too, like mine did!

                                  I'm purushotham working in intelligent department. Vijayawada.. My gas consumer no45837908 i recently july 02 on transfer from nellore to vijayawada.
                                  2 cyldrs subsidy rs not credit on my bank dt: 02/07/18
                                  My son just that site suddenly unfortunately press the opt button dear bharat gas higher officers.. Please resolve my problem since my connection was 2005 to running up to 2018 on wards..

                                      K. J gas agency located in chennai tamilnadu near poonamalle (600056), i have booked the gas on september 1 2018, after that keeps on following to get the gas, still i have not received the gas, its almost 18 days gone... When ever we calls they are saying as we have limited stock, now only we are distributing for last month customer. Better please confirm on changing the gas agency, cant tolerate the response from reputed concern.

                                      Before 5 year I had a connection of Bharat Gas after transferring I had quite the connection and once again getting connection through transfer when I have to apply than agency member asked me your adhar is linked so before getting connection you have to delink adhar from Bharat Gas
