      I am a bharat gas consumer. My consumer no is 68418642. Name - mr samarjit marndi. My distributor is m/s, ganesh gas agency, rairangpur mahuldiha 757043.
      Sir due to some reason i couldn't refil my a cylinder last 8 months. So that now its blocked condition. But i am going to posting from here to another place. And i can't transfer it from here because of blocked connection.

      Sir i heartly request to you pls unblock my gas connection so early as u can. I will go on to my next place after 15 days later. The time is so less for me. Pls unblock it and solve my problem...

I gave documents many times but till now it is incorrect. Now i am unable to do online booking and payment.           I have received massage from your company as 30.07.2018 that ref. Your booking no. 30678 lpg cylinder was delivered on[protected]. For any queries contact your distributor.
          But i was not any gas book by online portal or by mobile why i received above mention massage.
          Kindly register my complaint and resolve as soon as possible.

          As per govt. Rule i have opted subsidiaries 12 cylinder and i have lost 1 cylinder without any gas booking.

                  Bharatgas app showing opt out subsidy option is not in wright way it is illegal. Simply by mistake in only one click it will opt out subsidy. And also there is no option to get back our subsidy. Please provide to consumer to be safe.

                    I have booked for cylinder refill through ivrs vide booking reference 54767 on[protected]. On[protected] i got message that cylinder has been delivered but actually the same was not delivered by the distributor no. 119020 jai murari gas service, raipur. It was clear instance o[censored]nauthorized delivery of cylinder to some other person. Upon enquiry of this instance on[protected], distributor has sent the cylinder but without bill. Again asking for the bill, the distributor has sent the bill on[protected] but illegally booked another requirement of cylinder on my consumer number vide booking reference number 56130 on[protected].
                    My cylinder booking history clearly shows that i have drawn cylinder after every 2-3 months.
                    Delivery to someone else on my name is highly objectionable and if no action is initiated against such distributors, i will bring this matter to highest ministry level.

                      I am tamarapalli brundavati from odisha a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy february 2018. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.                         I narendra pal singh s/o sh. Surya pal singh resident of teacher colony, dhampur have a consumer number of 2436. The subsidy of lpg was being regularly deposited in my bank account till the month of sep 17. At that time my registered number stopped working. I thereafter have got my new number updated both at the gas agency and the bank but the subsidy has stopped being credited in my bank account now.

                        I booked my cylinder of lpg with invoice number 118899 in feb 2018 worth rs. 767.50 and i got message on mobile that the subsidy of rs. 269.42 has failed. This has been the case since october 2017 onwards. I contacted my distributor prakash gas agency, dhampur and was advised to contact with my bank to get my account updated with aadhar. I verified the same in allahabad bank, dhampur and found that the same is already updated.

                        I have been running around between bank and distributor but it has been of no use. As i last resort after not receiving my subsidy for past 9 months, i decided to lodge a complaint for redressal.

                          Respected sir/mam,
                          My aadhar number has been linked with my bank account but not show on npci server. My gas subsidy is stopped from feb.2018. So my gas subsidy amount is not credited in my account. My account is active and working properly. The gas agency says that you linked your aadhar to npci through bank but the bank says that you linked your aadhar to npci through gas agency. I have many times visited to bank and gas agency but no solution. I have submitted many times the aadhar copy at bank and gas agency. Sir please action immediately. I am in fully depression out of bank and gas agency. I shall be highly thankful to you for this kind of act.

                                    I am bhekhar devi from sahebganj, muzaffarpur (Bihar) as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake and illiteracy i wrongly clicked 'give up subsidy' in feb, 2015, i am not getting any subsidy since then. I kindly request you to deactivate 'give up subsidy'. Being a antyodaya card holder i want to avail subsidised cylinders.

                                      In karimnagar bharath gas agencies charging 30 rupees delivery charge. they are demanding delivery charge. it is not only in karimnagar every where they are demanding for delivery charge they are not listening what we say. they only need money. you can verify this because it is true they are charging everywhere. please do some thing and save all from being charged by them thank you

                                        I Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Sangat Ram resident of H. No. 62/3 Adarsh Colony Rajgarh road Hisar, very kindly request that I am consumer of LPG of Bharat Gas with Consumer No 59981565, and SV No. [protected] Dated 20/06/17. Respected Sir, the subsidy of LPG was regularly deposited in my bank account before the month of May 2018 but it is stopped now without any prior notice or information.
                                        I booked my Cylinder of LPG with Booking No. 13759 in May 2018 Receipt no 15811 worth Rs. 668 and I got message on mobile that the subsidy of Rs. 175 Failed, I contacted to the distributor HLRDC Hisar and was advised by Sh. Sushil Kumar manager to contact with my bank to get my account updated with AADHAR. Sir, I verified in bank S.B.I. Mini Sect. Branch HISAR & SARV HARYANA GRAMIN BANK RAJPURA (HISAR) and find that my account are updated with Aadhar.
                                        During the month of July 2018 I booked LPG with B. no. 28926 Dated 14/03/18 and cash memo raised by HLRDC no. 27100 worth Rs. 774 and again I got the message that subsidy worth Rs. 275 Failed and contact to the distributor.
                                        Sir, I again contacted Sh. Sushil Kumar and he again replied that I should again contact to my Bank and he is no concerned to my subsidy and said it may have been booked to other account and he can’t do anything more this regard.
                                        I lodged my complaint to toll free no.[protected] on dated 15/07/18 with complaint no. 3056320 and in reply I was advised by Representative of Bharat gas that I should get my account linked with NPCI and it is the duty of concerned bank and they are not responsible for failure of subsidy.
                                        Sir, I again & again visited the bank and distributor HLRDC but no solution of problem was made either by bank or by manager HLRDC. The HLRDC manager said that it is not their responsibility regarding subsidy and bank will do the needful, bank said that your Aadhar is linked and they can’t do anything more in this regard.
