Complaint against Sh Hari Ram Gurjar employee of sunny bharat gas agency at Near Apex Circle Jagatpura Road Jaipur

Shri Hari Ram Gurjar working as Safety Inspector in Bharat Gas of Sunny Gas Agency Near Apex Circle, Jagatpura Road Jaipur. As per Hari Ram Gurjar, inspection is done every 2 Year Span by concerned gas agency but I have taken the Bharat Gas Connection from Sunny Gas Agency, Jaipur in March - 2004. From 2004 to 5-7-2018 no inspection member/ team come for inspection at my home. Sh. Hari Ram Gurjar today come at my home around 5 PM & force my family for inspection the GAS Connection & Also demand money against inspection. My family said to Hari Ram Gurjar, no inspection is required at present because all related items good & also working OK.

But Sh. Hari Ram Gurjar is Employee of Sunny Gas Agency of Bharat Gas, is told my family, if inspection / service of GAS Connection is not
done by Sunny Gas Agency Jaipur mechanic/ employee, the said connection is blocked/ disconnected tommorow & further No GAS CYLINDER supply provided to you. My posting is out of Rajasthan & my family living in Jaipur. If any difficulty faced by my family during to Gas Cylinder Supply, Sh. Hari Ram Gurjar employee of Bharat Sunny Gas Agency Near Apex Circle Jagatpura Road Jaipur is totally responsible .

Further, no information given by this type of inspection . So, it requested that kindly take the very hard decision against said person because behavior of said employee totally negative and he told the said gas connection blocked tommorow.

If my gas connection blocked/ Disconnected than take legal advise in this regard

    No information given by this type of inspection .       I am carrying bpcl petro card and all my nearest bpcl petrol pump always dislike to accept bpcl petro card while payment thru petrocard. My nearer petrol pump is orange city petrol pump which is situated near chhatrapati square, sneh nagar, ring road nagpur 440 015. They always says that petro card machine is not working. Even other bpcl petrol pump are also
      saying same thing it is very difficult to help country to digitization because of non cooperation from bpcl petrol pumps in nagpur. We request you to kindly give summons to orange city petrol pump, nagpur and assure them to keep petrocard machine in working condition always.

        I two times complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no.2872160 & complaint no.2980983 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.           I had taken LPG Bharat gas at Siddhartha Bharat Gas LPG center (Hyderabad) as I had booked my refill on 12/05/2018 & 02/06/2018 thought mobile App as the booking was successful but after I didn't know what happened my subsidiary amount not credit to my bank account . And when i enquiry at office then the Bharat gas Customer care representative told me you had opt out for subsidy as I had mistakenly press opt out Subsidiary through Mobile App. Given two times complaint to Bharat Gas through Customer care Complaint Reference No 3011971 .Please de activated my opt subsidy option .

          I hope you u understand and Hope please confirm me once the same is updated.

            I'm an ex-military sergant and a consumer of bharathgas i'm having issues with getting subsidies of gas at my bank account for last 2 deliveries of gas.
            I have deactivated my bank account which i was getting subsidies. And i have another bank account @ sbi nedumangad branch trivandrum account no :[protected] ifsc - [protected]. It is also linked with my aadhaar but i am not receiving subsidy amount through the account. My consumer no of bharath gas (@ venus gas, ncc nagar, peroorkada, trivandrum -695005) is 10340, kindly take necessary actions.

              Last month i have not received subcidary amount for my account, i have given telephonic complaint and directly to oral complaint to agencies at thiruvaiyaru
              Mkr gas agencies... (Tendays back)

              Still not received. Please reimburse my subcidary amount

              Last 6 months i have received subcidary in icici bank

              Due to personal reason i have closed my sb=icici

              But i have given details in cub=nadukkadai branch only

I have registered the site and using for booking the refill with online payment. Since from 02/07/2018 the site is not opening and showing the server error. Error 404. Fter refreshing the site is not opening. I am senier citizen. It is requested to help me in this matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                      My bharat gas account is blocked for the reason that apparently there are nore connections active for the same user. Agency is not helping in resolving this problem. Agency representative is telling me to contact helpline number and vice verca. My connection is booked in grewal gas sales, sunami gate, patiala. Consumer no. 17995.
                      There's being lot of trouble due to this situation. Hope it will be solved soon....

                              I shifted from hp gas to bharat gas in the month of may, 2018. I have taken two cylinders with filled and paid amount. But i have not received subsidy amount so far. I contacted customer care. They are saying as per details available on their record, aadhar linked after booking of cylinders. But i did not go to bank for the said purpose. I have been getting subsidy amount from 2013 to april, 2018 from "dwaraka gas hp agency". But now i did not receive it. It is purely system mistake. Further, they allotted me reference number: 2969640 but not problem solved so far. Kindly take necessary action in this regard.

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing during the re-fill cylinder booking and delivery every time I book a re-fill. Below is the series of incidents as to what happened this time in May when a refill was booked:

                                  24 May 2018 - I booked a re-fill cylinder on 24 May 2018 and the booking number provided for this was 17520.

                                  31 May 2018 - Received a message stating ‘Cash Memo No. 21559 of Rs. 650.00 is generated for booking no. 17520.’
                                  Also received another message stating ‘cylinder was delivered on 31 May 2018 for this reference number 17520’. Please note we did not receive the re-fill cylinder till this date

                                  01 June 2018 - Received a message stating ‘Subsidy amount of Rs.155.01 is transferred to our bank account by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo no. 21559 on 31/05/2018.’
                                  Please note we did not receive the re-fill cylinder till this date

                                  09 June 2018 - I raised a complaint regarding this via customer help line number and the compliant number provided is 294656.
                                  On this same date, the re-fill cylinder was delivered, but the booking reference number in this cash memo in 24267 and this is number is different from the number that I received in the message. Also the amount in this cash memo is Rs. 699.00, which is different from the message that I received.

                                  By looking at all the above series of events I see that re-fill cylinder delivered is only 1 but there is 2 different bookings done in our Name, were in I have lost 1 booking for this year.

                                  Also till today there is no update on the compliant that I have raised. I did call the customer help line number yesterday and they said that the compliant is still in pending status. I want this to be look into on priority and sorted as soon as possible. I have been facing issues every time I book a re-fill cylinder from this dealer – Anmol Bharat Gas Distributors and I do not get the cylinder delivered until I do multiple follow ups with them.

                                  If this issue is not sorted as a matter o[censored]rgency, then I will have to take this to the higher authorities and to the Consumer Court if the need be. I will also post this issue in the popular websites stating the kind of service that we have been getting from Anmol Bharat Gas Distributors.

Unka staf bina inspection ke diya mujhe agar kisi karan bus aag lag gya hota to eska kon jimedwar hota eske baad maine request ki to bole ki maap cylendar le ke ajaiye le jne ke baad unka staf thik kar diya or bola ki amit ji bol rhe hi ki 6 kg gas kam hogya paisa lagega hum apna cylinder whi chor ke agye. Unka pass call kar ke baat kiye to dabang type ka baat kiye. Number lagne ke baad v gas nhi ata hi or message phone pe ajata hi ki gas delevery ho gya.

                                      This is to inform you that since november' 2017 am not getting subsidy in my account, when i visited to the agency they told me that subsidy not be transferred in canra bank account. As per my thinking there is no condition for any user related to bank. Request you to please do the needful and transfer my complete subsidy to my account.

                                      Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Today the petrol rate in DELHI is Rs. 77.35 per unit/liter. But the pump situated in Delhi near Anand Vihar khitripur road near custom office taking rate Rs. 77.43 per litre.
                                      When I object there was no satisfactory answer. Here I am enclosing the photo. Please take the necessary steps n oblige.
