I have not got booked cylinder but message has delivered that cylinder has delivered from bpcl. My distributer code is 341755. I has contacted to my distributor but they talked me that booked it again. Help me. My consumer no. Is 86360. It is bad service to consumer or misuse of service. Distributer is black marketing with my cylinder. I have lost my one cylinder out of 12

    Respected Sir,

    My name is Sintu Mishra, and my Bharat Gas Consumer Id is 49378889 and My Registered Mobile No. is [protected]. I have booked my LPG on 01.02.2018 through Bharatgas Android App and my booking no. is 88056 paid online by my SBI Debit card at the same time. Its 14th day now Still didn't received delivery of my LPG.

    Today on 14.02.2018 I saw in the app that my LPG delivery status showing that my LPG is delivered, but I didn't received the delivery of my LPG. And Today on 14.02.2018 my previous LPG is Finished, so I don't have a gas to cook food.

    I booked online, I paid online and I and I am Suffering from such kind of problem.

    BPCL is a trusted Brand. But such kind of incidents will destroy your brand. Therefor I want to inform BPCL please look into the service otherwise closed the company if you are not able to provide proper service.

      Hi,
      I have yet not received my subsidy amount from 2 months. I have been informed that my adhar card is not linked however i checked in my bank they said it is linked.
      Also same has been done from my end at agency as well but they have yet not resolved.
      Please help me in this issue as this has been prolonging and there is no help and i am in state of confusion. Please let me know how can this be resolved

            National payments corporation of india{NPCI} --- gas subsidy not recurving in my bank account.
            Hello sir,
            This is to inform you that fort the last two times I am not getting my gas subsidy in my bank account though I have linked my aadhar card (protected )with my bank account multiple times also liked my aadhar no with my bharat gas dealer my consumer no is[protected] but still I am not getting my gas subsidy in my bank account.. My IFS code is SBIN0041071. I was regularly recieving susidy but suddenly I am not recieving gas subsidy since two months for order no 157023 dated 19/11/2017 and order no 1/4959 dated 14/11/2017.
            I came to know that my aadhar card number and my bank IFS code is not active in NPCI database..
            Can you please link /activate my aadhar card no and my bank IFS code with NPCI

              Sir/madam,

              My consumer no is 21285 and 17 digit lpg id is 1 [protected].
              My name is p chandramouli, my mobile no is +[protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com, super chef gas agency, chennai 600018 is my agency.

              Three days back i got delivery of rebooked gas cylinder. It was a fast response and thank you.

              I got a message yesterday that you are unable to credit subsidy to my bank account as, as per you, aadhaar no is not registered with the bank i have chosen. My bank for this is vijaya bank, ashok nagar, chennai, ifsc: vijb0003048 and my account no is [protected]. I wish to inform that the number was linked many months ago. I have some more bank accounts with whom also the aadhaar number is linked. I visited the agency and as per their advice i had asked my bank to delink the aadhhar no, wait for two days and link again. They might have carried this out today. I hope this procedure is okay. As your message does not mention the bank i am in confusion. I am also told that whenever aaddhar linking is done to any other bank account, your subsidy also goes to that account. This may not be the correct action if it true.

              I request you to keep this complain pending till the matter is solved. If copies of documents are needed please send me a message. Thanks

                Hi, i have applied for a new connection through online (Ebharat). I have submitted online docs and my request has been approved. But i can get any inforfation from madhu gas gurgaon. Now i want to cancel my request on line but i can not able to do online than i go to madhu gas service gurgaon, but there employee isn't solve there problem

                My major prob is : i am not able to get the one time password in my registered mob num or my mail. I got the msg like otp limit exceeded. So kindly check my concern. Req id: 18565615 mob num: [protected]

                  wrong filling of fuel

                  I went to the petrol pump on 08 feb 2018 in the evening and got filled my tvs wego with 60 rs as i was in a doubt that petrol is left for only 2-3 km. After getting my tank fill i left that petrol pump and going not far than 5 km my vehicle got stopped i doubted it for any problem i reached to a mechanic nearby he said there is no petrol in the fuel tank which was quite embarassing for me as this type of thing happened first time with me....

                    We get sms that the gas cylinder has been delivered like current sms "ref. Your booking no 167274 lpg cylinder was delivered on 08-02-18."
                    In fact every time we receive this sms and cylinder comes nearly after 20 days from the date of sms.
                    Why you send these kind of sms's we dont know.

                        We are always facing problems of deliveri of gas cylinder in bholegoan, midc area in ahmednagar. Their is always problem occurs in a annand gas agency (Code 156360) ahmednagar maharashtra. Also we are getting a buzzy tone or not in reach on their landline. So many problems we are facing related to this agency. We should allow to change agency or gas connection.

                          My name is kamla devi consumer number 26622 from chitra gas agency, they always give our slender after 5 or more visit on distribution place, my old father always goes and come back some times they says slender vehicle not come today and some times said come by tomorrow, every time they change distributor and place from their ends. And also charged 20 to 30 rs extra if we pay by cash.

                          Sir please advise why we are facing this problem always and when we will get satisfied service from your side.

                          Its very difficult to collect every time from different place by a old men or old women.
                          Please solve this problem or transfer our connection any other distributor who will provide us service on time and comfortably.

                            regulator missing

                            Iam having two connection without additional cylinder therefore one regulater missed while
                            Shifting my family from ammapet to narasothipatty during the year 2005. Since iam using
                            Only one connection iam not aware that immediately and also second connection used as
                            Additional cylinder. Last year i had transferred that connection in my wife name since only
                            One connection is permitted for one person.in my family...

                            BP GAS CONSUMER NO. 1412 .
                            My subsidies have not been transfered into my SBI account for last few months.
                            I have been asked to contact the bank as it was mentioned that my aadhar was found inactive in NPCL database. I checked it with my bank where I found it ok in every aspect. IT WAS ACTIVE.
                            Please see the matter and make me have all my subsidies in my account.

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              Today february 6th i went to fill petrol for my motorcycle in bharat petroleum petrol bunk named (Minvani) in anakaputhur chennai. Today's petrol cost as per govt rule is rs 76.12/liter. They are selling at rs 76.22/liter. As there was no response i did not fill the petrol and moved to another bp bunk in mangadu road named krishnaveni agencies and cost in the bunk per liter is rs 76.18. There is no response in both the bunks and they say that they can fix the rate and they are not answerable to anyone. Kindly do the needful.

                                I had visited the bpcl petrol pump at king's circle, right before maheshwari udyan a few days ago to fill petrol in my vehicle. I own a maruti suzuki baleno, the premium hatchback launched in late 2015 by maruti suzuki. Around 31 litres needed to be filled. Tank capacity is 37 litres, of which 4 litres are reserve fuel. When my car goes into reserve fuel, i get an indication on my display in the car. When i went to fuel my car, there were still nearly 2 litres petrol remaining, before which it would go into reserve fuel.

                                With this background, the attendant started filling petrol. I always look at the fuel indicator that shows how much petrol is being filled and total cost. When the tank was almost filled, suddenly 2 petrol station attendants appeared and asked me if i want to fill oil and coolant. I was distracted and i said ok to fill oil and coolant, but when i turned back to look at the fuel indicator, only the total amount was showing and total litres filled was not showing.

                                When the attendant came with the bill, he had tried to charge me for over 36.5 litres! I immediately realised he is trying to overcharge me, and i argued and told him i know what my tank capacity is and i know how much fuel needed to be filled. He still tried to argue with me, and after the argument he changed the bill and charged me for 33 litres (Rs 2, 640), along with a total of rs 624 for oil and coolant, amounting to rs 3, 264.

                                I lodged a complaint with bpcl, because i felt it was necessary to bring this to their attention that one of their petrol pumps was trying to cheat their customers. After investigation, they concluded that there was no attempt to cheat! They saw the cctv cameras, and according to that, around 31.14 litres was filled. So this is itself a reflection that they tried to cheat me by overcharging me, as they tried to bill me for over 36.5 litres! Secondly, they lied saying they charged me rs 757 for oil and coolant, when they only charged me rs 624! Yet, bpcl concluded that there was no cheating!

                                I want everyone to know that they should never ever go to bpcl petrol pump located next to maheshwari udyan! It is not a company owned and company operated petrol pump, and the owner's name/contact person for this pump is mr chetan modi, his mobile number is [protected]. Please ensure you do not ever to go that bpcl petrol pump. I will never ever use bpcl again as i am not at all happy with the way they have failed to investigate this matter properly.

                                My reg.no is [protected] my cylinder not delivered. But msg cylinder is delivered 31/01/19 what is this sir. This is cheating with consumers

So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my consumer no. 88837839. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.                                     That the agency does not supply the gas cylinder even after a booking of one month.
                                    In every booking either they are cancelled the cylinder or supply the same after one month from the date of booking,
                                    I contacted number of times with the agency officials in respect of the above complaint but they never take any heeds towards my complaint.
                                    That the delay in making supply causes huge problems as lpg is basic necessities,
                                    Kindly take action against my concern.
