Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — bharat gas online payment failure

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 27.06.2019 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs 753 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.
My order reference id 24758.

I booked cylinder from SS BharatGas Agency, Bellandur, Bangalore on 19th June. Cylinder was delivered to me on 25th June. I was charged Rs 740 as cylinder charge and Rs 40 as delivery charge. I was charged by a person send by Mr Ashwath ([protected]).
Complain 1: Why it took 6 days to deliver cylinder.
Complain 2: Why I was charged 40 rs extra.
I booked my cylinder online thru app
I made a payment but it's failure but dectued from bank account

for me also same happened while paying from google pay!
now whom to complain? their call are not reachable!

please help me!

I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

Kindly help in getting a refund of money deducted on online payment.

I am booked my cylinder online on our BHARAT GAS app but online payment failed In that case cylinder delivered in cash or Not because I have not book cylinder again in our app shows your cylinder already booked. Till time my cylinder not delivered What I do please help me for resolved this issue Asap

Amount was debited from my credit card but after the payment it's shown payment confirmation was request not found image attached below please confirm the status
