[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — bharat gas online payment failure - no refund, charged twice
I have booked cylinder through bharat gas android app. Order id 63813. Refill id : [protected]
Payment successful in billdesk-upi (Google pay). But in bharatgas app shows payment failed.
Delivery man collected 630+50 rupees in cash as well. Kindly refund the amount. Compliant no : 6112872 closed without proper resolution. 2nd complaint number for same issue : 6118145.
Also i had discussion with bpcl customer care - they said upi is not supported by bharatgas app. They why are you providing upi option in bharat gas app - billdesk upi. They said this is to be checked with my bank for refund. But upi transaction is successful and credited to billdeskpg. [protected]@icici.
