Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Cheating while filling the petrol

Hello Sir,

I would like to raise a complaint and sharing my feedback for " Parathasarathy Agencies, Porur, Chennai - 600116 ", This is a petrol bunk and I have been cheating twice in a row since last 2 weeks.
The complaint is when we ask to fill the petrol for certain amount, they purposely put it for Rs.50 or Rs.100 and then says sorry I didn't hear properly and then trying to fill for the remaining amount without changing or resetting the value in the petrol machine.
In my case, I asked to fill petrol for Rs.300 2 weeks ago, they put for Rs.50 and stopped. when I asked the person, he said he did not hear properly and tried to fill for the remaining Rs.250. but I refused to continue and called the supervisor and he filled again for Rs.300.
Today, when I asked to fill the petrol for Rs.500 (he heard it very well and said I'm filling for 500) he filled for Rs.100 and stopped. I was worried and asked why you filled only for 100? then he said he forgot to update the price and tried to fill for the remaining Rs.400 without changing anything in the machine. I had refused again and called for the supervisor and collected the bill for Rs.100.
Then the supervisor apologized and took me to another machine and he himself filled for the Rs.400 and gave me another bill. I have attached both the bills.
Ideally, they had either not filling petrol for the 1st time (Rs.50 or Rs.100 ) or when they continue for the remaining amount.
The same issue happened 1 year ago and then I stopped to go to this petrol bunk, but I just tried again since last month and they are still doing the same kind of error " Purposely ". I have heard about this kind of cheating happens in many petrol bunks on the Internet and just realizing the same in this agency.
I'm afraid to go this agency anymore and with other petrol bunks as I do not want to argue every time for not getting the things which I pay for!!! Please do visit this kind of agency frequently and take necessary actions to avoid this kind of cheating.
