Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Complaint against Bharat gas cylinder Delivery Boy - Consumer No.[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the behavior and demands made by the delivery boy assigned to my consumer number[protected], associated with distributor code 188486.

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Bharat Gas for the past 1 year and 2 months. However, in recent interactions with the delivery boy, I have experienced the following issues:

Demand for Extra Payment: The delivery boy has repeatedly asked for an extra payment for the cylinder delivery, which is not in compliance with the official pricing and regulations of Bharat Gas.

Delayed Deliveries: On las 3 occasions, the delivery of my cylinder has been delayed without any valid reason, causing inconvenience and disruption to my household.

These issues have not only caused financial distress but also tarnished my experience as a Bharat Gas customer.

Specific instances of these issues include:

On 8th September, 2023, the delivery boy insisted on an additional payment of Rs.150/-for the cylinder delivery within due time.

I kindly request Bharat Gas Corporation Limited to take immediate action on this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate the following:

An investigation into the conduct of the delivery boy assigned to my consumer number to ensure that such behavior is not repeated.
Appropriate disciplinary action, if warranted, to prevent such instances in the future.
Assurance of timely and fair delivery of cylinders without any extra charges in accordance with the established pricing and regulations.
I have attached copies of relevant receipts and evidence of the extra payment demands for your reference.
