    I filled diesel in my car for rupees 1500 at sabari veeran agency vayalanallur village, poonamalle, Tiruvallur

    The diesel density was 700 kg/cu.mtr when I enquired about low density they told both diesel and petrol they have same density. As per the norms diesel density should between 820 - 860.

    I need to raise a complaint on this, hope you will take action on this, waiting for your response.

      I went to barat petrol bunk, situated at boiguda Secunderabad telangana, as my vehicle ran out of petrol.i went to bunk with a bottle and requested the person over there, he refused to give petrol in bottle, as such I have shown my ID card to him stating that I am a judicial magistrate, hence requested him to do alternate arrangement.he asked me to call [protected], I made a telephone CALL TO said number, basker reddy who is the owner of the bunk answered call, I explained him the situation stating sir my bike ran out of petrol, I cannot drag it, so plz give petrol and introduced myself, he outrightly stated that what should I do i[censored] r judicial magistrate, I was pleasing him, he said I can't give u petrol and spoke to him in filthy language in a rude manner, further I requested him to make alternate arrangement.but he refused.i am writing this with heavy pain in my heart, the uneducated petrol bunk peoples behavior with judicial officer is not sustainable. Being a magistrate I could not get a bottle of petrol.i am very sad with the behavior and his service .hence I request to take action against such ### and cancel his license.if the same situation arises during night time what is the fate of ladies?

        Hi, this is sairaj Goud from Attapur Hyderabad. On[protected], at around 17:09 time I have got my car refueled for an amount of 980 Rs. My car meter which was in Reserve showed no signs of petrol added after the refuel. On questioning the petrol bunk personnel he advised me that it would increase after a certain amount of time. Believing him I went away but to my surprise while returning from my office my car stopped midway because of empty fuel tank. I'm disappointed with my experience. Luckily I have my meter reading image before refuilling which I clicked because my car has passed 16000 kms mark. I'll share the supporting evidence through images please check.

              I have not booked the LPG cylinder, but i have received the massage of cylinder delivery vide booking reference no. 80684. This happened earlier also. why it is repeating. kindly stop this misuse of my booking ID. otherwise i have to file the cybercrime complaint ..

                  Hello!

                  We have been using Bharat gas for such a long time and this is the first time we have faced a too much of extra money issue! The Bharat gas delivery person has asked us to pay ₹50/40 for just to deliver the gas that to our ground floor. When we said that we used to give extra ₹20 to everyone since we started using it. But this person has been rude to us and kept on asking for extra money. He also said he demand and get his extra high money from everyone near us. But we are customer and it’s our wish to give how much and how much not! You can’t force a customer to pay this much for a ground floor delivery and what is the difference when he is asking the same money from the first floor/second floor and ground floor. This is not acceptable and highly not appreciated. We are customers and we are the person who use to give you money and you’ll be rude to us like this! Asking for extra money is fine but for demanding high money is not acceptable! Please look in to this.

                    Distributor added One more cylinder added without knowing customer

                    Hi, my consumer number is 88977852, under bhiwandi gas centre, thane, maharashtra 421302.
                    My last cylinder was delivered on 3rd aug23 (Booking no. 165710) and finally yesterday while i have placed it as a replacement of the empty one, has been observed that gas is leaking and also the weight of the cylinder was less in compared to a normal one! We have lodged a complaint at night and the number is 06277090. Finally, today morning the technician came to my flat at 9:00am and declared that the cylinder is having pin issue and that's why leaking the gas, and even he has tried by replacing the gasket but failed.
                    Today around 10:00am the new cylinder reached, and we were forced to pay 320/- for reduction of material (Approx. 5kg)!
                    If it is declared as faulty cylinder, why should i forced to pay the money?
                    Is there any quality control process available, if answer is yes then why this harassment and delivery of faulty and damaged cylinder?
                    My only mistake that during the delivery we have not checked the cylinder properly and also not forced the delivery person to check the weight of the bottle.
                    If there is gas leakage, can anyone ready to use the cylinder till the 5kg got exhausted? Because there is always possibility of fire and life risk.
                    On what ground we were bound to pay the amount in name o[censored]sage?
                    We need proper justice.

                                Dear All,

                                This has reference to the captioned subject and I regret to inform you that my wife had visited the above Gas Agency to enquire to surrender empty gas cylinders.

                                One official of Ramchandra Gas Agency informed my wife that since there was a delay in surrendering the empty cylinders, we need to pay fine. Alternatively that official will arrange to pick up the empty cylinders without we paying any pick up charges but he will not give any acknowledgement for the same. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.

                                I would like to state that I am a heart patient and I had undergone Angioplasty with 4 stents placed in my heart so had left Mumbai and had gone to stay with my relatives in Mangalore. Now after coming back to Mumbai after the Covid, I thought of surrendering my empty cylinders.

                                Please investigate in to my issue and also note that I will not pay any fine fir surrendering my empty cylinders. Otherwise I will keep it at home and I would not hand over it to Ramchandra gas agency permanently,

                                Instead of paying my deposit back they are asking me to pay fine. ###. Shame on such organization for recruiting corrupt officials.

                                  Dear customer court,

                                  I have been facing consequences from from last more than one month with Bharath gas on 15th of July I have applied for a new connection request ID 85325743 this request has been rejected as the agency that I have selected from Bharath gas official website is providing connection only to respective Army professional( In this regard I have a question that why that agency named Para Gas agency is in Bharath Gas official website if such agency not for common people)
                                  Above is the fault of Bharath gas for the same reason I have raised complaint over official website of Bharath patroleum but the same complaint ID 06096100 has been closed without my confirmation and consent so they simply waste my 25 days here.
                                  Again I have raised request for for new LPG connection on 7th Aug'23 request ID 85439775 with different gas agency named Lavanya Gas Agency at RT nagar, on 14th of Aug23 I got a call from from agency that my request has been approved now I need to send my aadhar card, I have sent my aadhar card then they asked me to pay 7533 Rs for the same I got a mail from gas agency along with quotation and QR code for payment.
                                  For surity I have checked my request ID status over Bharath patroleum official portal but it was not approved it means Gas agency staff were telling lie again I have call to gas agency (Lavanya Gas agency) I have told them that I have checked request ID not approved then they are getting that request has been approved and asked them to approve the same so that I can make payment online they answered that they can't approve it untill unless I will not pay them 7533 Rs, In this point I feel that something going wrong as agency is not following company norms and conditions
                                  Again I called to gas agency and told them to approve it as it very important otherwise I will go to court this time they approved it but once I logged in in to portal to make payment from first time only I am getting one error which is "You have exceeded maximum number of OTP limit

                                  Please comment on this there is no value of customer even though same customer waste more than one month still struggling to get connection
