It is for your information that I am a consumer of BPCL .My consumer ID is[protected].On 01/08/2023 i paid my refill fees through Amazon pay but till now distributor is not deliver my Refill.Due to this issue i have been cooking my daily meal in firewoods .Last three days I have been facing this issue due to delaying of my refill . I booked Bharat gas log cylinder on 3rd July and the upi payment status shown failed in Bpcl app, whereas from bank the amount got debited. I didn’t notice that the amount was debited hence I booked again and used Gpay which was successfull. Now payment was debited twice for one booking....
