Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — COMPLAINT AGAINST DM & SONS petrol pump | |||
Sir I have filled petrol on 28 Mar 24 at 0645 hrs from D. M & Sons Petrol Bunk Old Airport Road; Kodihall in my NTORQ @ Rs 99.88 for 5.38 ltrs wherein the tank capacity is 5.8 ltr. The gentleman kept on half pressed the nozzle in place of auto cut system. I told him not to do so but he kept on doing so. I have made payment through my credit card. The details are as under Rs.533.36 spent on your SBI Credit Card ending 7793 at ATO D M AND SONS on 28/03/24. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the defaulter.
