I am a holder of Petrocard - BPCL issued in my name as A.Gangopadhyay. I was away from my home in Navi Mumbai for two years. After my return, the Petrocard is not accepted at the petrol station of BPCL. I have a balance amount deposited against my Petrocard. Please help me activate so that it can be used. A BPCL PETROL PUMP NAMED OM LALITA PETROLEUM IN MUMBAI (BORIVALI WEST) NEAR LINK ROAD ARE TRYING TO FOOL CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR JUMP START PETROL MACHINES.

If the machines are calibrated by Gov of India respective petroleum authority then meter should ideally start from 0 and so on, but this petrol pump machines start from 0-4, 0-6, 0-7 sometimes.
The petrol pump workers who fill the petrol are telling customers that it is because of high and low pressure of the petrol. So I ask what is the use of Calibration and electronic machines that are being used in such a way.

My only concern is I have requested the petrol pump workers to get it done right and stop misleading people. It’s been 2-3 months they haven’t corrected the machines yet and it jump starts again and again.

I hope concerned personnel will look into this matter as soon as possible for the betterment of the people and corrupt free India.

On January 27, 2024, around 3:30 p.m., I went to refill air in my electric vehicle at Bharat Petroleum. The staff filled the air according to my tyre pressure preference. When I was about to leave, he demanded money in a rude manner. I asked him whether the air pump was free or not. He replied that he could not do it for free for all the people coming here to refill. If you want to have it for free, then go to a puncture shop and refill the air. Also, he specifically pointed out that for electric vehicles, you have to give him an amount. This all happened in a rude manner. If I had been there for some time, I would have gotten his beatings. This was how he behaved.

I have registered for connection. My request I'd 88277425. I paid online an amount of Rs 5017. Amount deducted from my account. My status on one page showing payment failed. When I retry it says pending payment request against your kyc waitlist I'da...

When I asked if there is an alternative, I said no, why can I check, when I asked why I can't check, there was no correct response.

I have applied for new Bharat gas connection. This is the request I'd : 86030224

However, My upload documents are processed successfully but while making a online payment, it doesn't allow and gives me an error with maximum OTP limit exceeded.

Due to this issue I am not able to make payment.

Request you to please check this on priority basis and let me know.

Petrol pump salesman have bad and rude behavior with consumer,
I was in emergency in the morning and got my tyre puncture so tried to fill the air in the tyre of my car from nearest petrol pump which was this and asked the person to fill the air the person dont work and said that air filling is not our responsibility person were available there but said we dont have the employee for that air station and tried to abuse and fight with me when i saw some of the employees roaming free of work there, then he said that there is the pipe fill yourself, I said that i dont know how to fill the air. he then did Inappropriate behavior with me and disrespected me. Please Raise a complaint against this Petrol pump and please also see their google map Reviews where they are also cheating the consumer and fighting with them.
solve this problem as soon as possible and please take action against the cheating and rude behavior of the salesman. these salesman also drink alcohol in the evening in duty time and do misbehave people.

Every-time the GAS delivery happens, the deliveryman asks for 100-150 extra. He refuses to deliver if I don't pay. Why does not BPCL do anything about it? A lot of times we have seen BPCL advertises that we should not pay any money extra to deliveryman.

However, there is no change on the ground.

i have filled petrol for rupess 222 but the filling started from 17.28 actually it should start from 2to 4 rupess between but it was satrted from 17.28 rupess when i asked the management they are rudely responding and not properly responding i want to file complaint against the petrol bunk and i want to prevent these type of frauds they have behaved very rudely the meteres are fully fabricated and the oil is less in quantity

Booking done by cust not delivered to cust and is not cancelled and shows that the particular cylinder was delivered...
When enquired a new booking was done and a new booking Iwas done...
But the status in the details shows both the cylinders delivered ...in fact one has to be cancelled...
