Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Complaint regarding the online payment issue

I am resident of hyderabad, Telangana... From last two times when I go to the filling station and ask for the QR Code for making the payment.. They say the server is down in a reckless way.. Previous time I tried it to check and i was able to make the payment and today when I again I visited the filling station they again say the same thing.. And give pamplet leaf to me and say this is the QR code... If the server is down this particular filling station how come other station accepting online payment.
Is the Online payment really down and how long will it take for the server to be up again and fully functional...
