Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — delivery charges refund

If we have one rupee less then agent's tend to send back the consumer for the rupee..but sometimes they take extra rupees ...and also everytime i go to pick the cylinder then why i am paying for the delivery charges...
Pls help in this regards as agents are very rude and not suppotive then why should i pay for delivery charges...
They do not listen for anything...they just do what they want...

I am not able to open the sight as it shows the error as shown in complaint subject.id [protected]. consumer no.211815.Dist.code 112298

I am trying to open the sight Bharat gas .ID 10000000050432974. Consumer number 211815.Distributor code 112298.Dombivli east 421201.Madhukrishna gas service.I use to open the sight for booing of the gas cylinder and for payment online.Iam trying to open the sight from 02/07/2018 but it is showing the sever error 404 and noropenng on pressing refresh button.It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
