Hereby I am launching my complaint that I am S. Lakshmi have been using Bharat Gas for the past 5 years. From 26.11.21, I experienced the emission of gas in the burner though the regulator is off. Regarding this, I rang up the gas agency many times, but there was no proper response, as usual. So, I called Mr Sriram (Deliveryman) and explained my issue. He lethargically answered and finally told me to attend to the issue on 27.11.21, Saturday at 10.00 AM. But he did not turn up. Many times called him, but no response.

With the help of my house owner, I changed the regulator with my old one. The new regulator was provided by my gas agent which is not at all proper. Again, even after fixing my old regulator, the problem of emission continues even after switching off the regulator.
At this juncture, I could not go in person because am a certified disabled person. Am suffering severely by the reckless attitude of both gas agent and gas delivery man.

I request you to forward this complaint and send me a Mechanic on Monday, ie. 29.11.21 to solve this issue.

Such an irresponsible attitude of playing with the souls of humans.
