Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — I am complaining about BPCL depot Rajbandh top, Durgapur 713212

I am a dealer of Bharat petroleum corporation ltd (petrol pump). My RO name Radhamadhab filling station(cc177434). It is located at district of Birbhum, Pin Code 731124. Our Depot address- Rajbandh, Durgapur 713212, WB.
I am unable to sell petrol because of my MPD break down and Also Leakage of pipe line since 5/6 days . I complain many times at the website, "Broma eConnect" and I have done many times of phone call in Depot. But I didn't get proper solution. Depot couldn't help me to Repair my Retail outlet.
