Dear All,

This has reference to the captioned subject and I regret to inform you that my wife had visited the above Gas Agency to enquire to surrender empty gas cylinders.

One official of Ramchandra Gas Agency informed my wife that since there was a delay in surrendering the empty cylinders, we need to pay fine. Alternatively that official will arrange to pick up the empty cylinders without we paying any pick up charges but he will not give any acknowledgement for the same. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.

I would like to state that I am a heart patient and I had undergone Angioplasty with 4 stents placed in my heart so had left Mumbai and had gone to stay with my relatives in Mangalore. Now after coming back to Mumbai after the Covid, I thought of surrendering my empty cylinders.

Please investigate in to my issue and also note that I will not pay any fine fir surrendering my empty cylinders. Otherwise I will keep it at home and I would not hand over it to Ramchandra gas agency permanently,

Instead of paying my deposit back they are asking me to pay fine. ###. Shame on such organization for recruiting corrupt officials.

Dear customer court,

I have been facing consequences from from last more than one month with Bharath gas on 15th of July I have applied for a new connection request ID 85325743 this request has been rejected as the agency that I have selected from Bharath gas official website is providing connection only to respective Army professional( In this regard I have a question that why that agency named Para Gas agency is in Bharath Gas official website if such agency not for common people)
Above is the fault of Bharath gas for the same reason I have raised complaint over official website of Bharath patroleum but the same complaint ID 06096100 has been closed without my confirmation and consent so they simply waste my 25 days here.
Again I have raised request for for new LPG connection on 7th Aug'23 request ID 85439775 with different gas agency named Lavanya Gas Agency at RT nagar, on 14th of Aug23 I got a call from from agency that my request has been approved now I need to send my aadhar card, I have sent my aadhar card then they asked me to pay 7533 Rs for the same I got a mail from gas agency along with quotation and QR code for payment.
For surity I have checked my request ID status over Bharath patroleum official portal but it was not approved it means Gas agency staff were telling lie again I have call to gas agency (Lavanya Gas agency) I have told them that I have checked request ID not approved then they are getting that request has been approved and asked them to approve the same so that I can make payment online they answered that they can't approve it untill unless I will not pay them 7533 Rs, In this point I feel that something going wrong as agency is not following company norms and conditions
Again I called to gas agency and told them to approve it as it very important otherwise I will go to court this time they approved it but once I logged in in to portal to make payment from first time only I am getting one error which is "You have exceeded maximum number of OTP limit

Please comment on this there is no value of customer even though same customer waste more than one month still struggling to get connection

On 26/7/23 at around 9pm Thankam petroleum agency at kootumoochi, malappuram, kerala, instead of filling diesel in vehicle no. KL53C6068 filled petrol. If it caused damage of vehicle estimate cost of work is Rs50, 000/-and total loss of Rupees around 1lakh. Evenafter repeated demand from me. They were not ready to provide meter bill. Please register complaint

Scam in fuel meter. filled 43.5 ltr petrol in nexon whereas 5-6 lt petrol was already there.

Dear Team,

We have done online booking for Bharat Gas and did payment for the same by online payment .We have received cash memo generated sms on registered mobile number at 11:50 am today but still gas cylinder not delivered to our address

When I have called for enquiry that why cylinder not received to our address then executive informs us that it will be get on Monday dated 7th August.

If cash memo is generated for us then why cylinder not received at our address
Kindly look into this
What is the matter

We have emergency of gas cylinder.
By hand delivery not there and board is displayed there for the same.

Dear sir,
It is for your information that I am a consumer of BPCL .My consumer ID is[protected].On 01/08/2023 i paid my refill fees through Amazon pay but till now distributor is not deliver my Refill.Due to this issue i have been cooking my daily meal in firewoods .Last three days I have been facing this issue due to delaying of my refill . Therefore i request to the BPCL to deliver my refill immediately.Stop harassing me.

I am having doubt that this filling station is making fraud with quantity of petrol .Although they showed me by filling 5ltr beaker, but still Some how, they are making fraud, don't know how, but some misuse of system is there. If You can help me to get it investigated.

I made online payment of cylinder on 28 July but today is 3august I got calls from delivery boy from last 2 days but no cylinder delivered to me . And I didn’t know is it delivered or not in future I am much frustrated because it’s thing of everytime. Ever time I had to go though this pain whenever I ordered cylinder . I want to take strict action against this gas agency because they are rude and don’t know how to handle customer

Hi,
I booked Bharat gas log cylinder on 3rd July and the upi payment status shown failed in Bpcl app, whereas from bank the amount got debited. I didn’t notice that the amount was debited hence I booked again and used Gpay which was successfull. Now payment was debited twice for one booking.

Inferior quality and density of diesel. Density shown ws 749. Upon complaint showed computer which displayed density as 821. Which is not as per standard which should be 840+
Plus the staff were rude.

There is new construction going on of a commercial Bharat gas godown in a plot, which is in between residential houses, in our village. They just put a Bharat Gas poster to make it official. We are just scared of the potential threat a gas godown pose when built next to people's homes. We are not sure how this building got approval.
I read another post of similar complaint where reference to a court order related to construction of gas godown was cited, i.e. "order copy of Honourable Supreme Court (Civil Appeal No.1976 of 2012 Date of decision 27.09.2018) upholding decision of Punjab and Haryana High Court(CWP No.3718 of 1990 Date of Decision 13.12.2010) that opertion/storage of LPG ( in Godowns Licensed by CCOE) in residential/commercial areas is hazardous and have further ordered to shift the LPG godowns away from residential areas." - posted here https://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/bharat-gas-c331685.html#post-your-c...⇄
