Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Maximum OTP limit exceeded and

Hi, I have applied for a new LPG gas connection on dated 6 April 2022 through Online(ebharat) with request id 82106542 . I have submitted online docs but now not bae to check status of my new LPG gas connection through Online(ebharat).It saying always "Maximum OTP Limit Exceeded" .Now even not able cancel or proceed further process.
