Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — maximum otp limit exceeded

Hello,
I had applied for new connection.
Registration number 73601722

Paid online. But not able to get receipt
Due to maximum otp issue.

Dealer asked for reciept otherwise cash payment in office.
What to do now ??

I have applied for new gas connection on 27 septmber
My request id is 83852837.
I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I am not able to know how long bharat gas will take to verify the documents. I want to pay online but due to this error i dont know the status.

I have applied for a new Bharat Gas connection and my Application ID is 95639657.

My application status has been showing "Document Verification" for a long time. Additionally, while checking the status on the portal, I am getting the error message "Maximum OTP limit exceeded", due to which I am unable to track my application.
