Gd morning sir/madam myself manoharan police head constable gr. I of villivakkam chennai. Sir/madam on 27/08/2020 at about 13/10 hrs on the way to my office i went to your one dealer named balasubramaniam auto diesel centre, which was located on the gst road no. 4/231 vandalur, chennai -48. I went to first pump to fill fuel to my bullet for the amount of rs.500/- one gentleman (Name not known) attended fill the fuel improperly. Nevertheless i gave my debit card for swiping, he swapped my car for the amount of rs. 500/-. Then, i asked him for bill but hr refused to give the computerized system bill he gave manual bill. Immediately i asked him why you give manual bill? What about the system bill? He replied that the system under repair for a long time we didn't take print from the pump. So i called the manager on duty one gentle man came to ask me that what you want? I told him the matter he also say the same answer. I replied that ok sir the pump is under repair then how did you gave instruction to your staff to fill the fuel in this pump and what action you would taken in this regard. Immediately he asked me that who am i? And used unnecessary and unparliamentary words in the presence of the public. At the time i replied that i am a customer kindly stop these type of words if you are continue the same i am going to lodge complaint against you. He says that we don't worry about the complaint.
