[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — New gas connection online document verification pending from last 1 week[protected]

Hi,

I have applied for a new Bharat gas connection in Pune wakad area. The name of the distributor is Kaspate Bharatgas - nearby Hinjawadi Road Bridge, Bhujbal Vasti, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. From last week the status is showing documents under verification. No action has been taken by Bharat gas customer care. My new gas connection id is: 78802712

Please resolve this issue asap.
Requesting Bharat gas customer care to please ask the dealer to update the status and take action against the distributor.

When I called him he told me that offline you will get the connection on the same day, it is because he must be taking some extra amount, and if I apply online then it is not possible for him to earn that extra money, so I guess because of this he is not verifying the documents.

Bharat gas customer care please take some strict action and verify my documents. I want the issue should be solved asap, or I will move on to a different LPG provider company.
