I had booked refill on 01/07/2019 booking no [protected].The payment of Rs 609 was made through UPI mode. The amount was debited from my Phonepe.but Bharat gas site showed payment failure hence Delivery of refill took on cash payment. Ccavenue Confirmed having receipt of payment. how can i refund of payment
