Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Subsidy transfer other a/ c holder

My aadhar no[protected] and a/ no-[protected] ( central bank of india) but my subsidy amount transfer other a/c holder. A/c name- raghunath singh ( a/c no-[protected]- bank of india- sultanganj -up. We have complained last 3month at bpcl customer care., but matter is still pending. Plz tell us what to do ? sultanganj cell no[protected], 227476. Plz check the status & intimate us. Plz my problem solved as soon as possible.
