Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — wrong filling of fuel

I went to the petrol pump on 08 feb 2018 in the evening and got filled my tvs wego with 60 rs as i was in a doubt that petrol is left for only 2-3 km. After getting my tank fill i left that petrol pump and going not far than 5 km my vehicle got stopped i doubted it for any problem i reached to a mechanic nearby he said there is no petrol in the fuel tank which was quite embarassing for me as this type of thing happened first time with me. I want to add that my motor cycle is in the best condition and give an average of about 50 km/litre.
This was totally rediculous. Its not about money its about ethics and morality.
