I wanted to get an ADSL broadband connection and the bsnl office guys charged me 5000 for just setup and sold me a 600rs router for 2500, and I just got bills for 400. While I want to register a complaint through the [protected] number they hanging up calls on me, I have tried like 30 times from 4 different devices...what the hell...

I am still paying the bills but my internet is down it's been just a few days I have got my self into the ADSL connection from bsnl without knowing the service quality, Now I am facing many issues and finally, my internet is permanently down and no one cares in bsnl to fix it up......

BSNL is providing the worst possible broadband service, my internet is down for 4days, I have been trying to getting in touch with the bsnl office they are hanging up my calls, Tried raising complains I have raised 5 complains so far none technician called, tried to call customer care and nothing worked, Now I can understand why bsnl is in such a position and this kind of attitude needs to be stoped, If you can't provide the service then...

I want to port my number from bsnl to other operator . Though i have sent message to 1900 with port (My mobile no.) i am always getting the reply as "it cannot be processed.Please retry after sometime." i am trying it since 2 days and it is the same.My balance is deducting for every message but j am getting the same response.I want my upc code to be generated and it's an emergency.Please resolve my issue ....

Despite trying to send a sms to 1900 several times i didnt receive the upc code.in fact the message is not getting sent at all and even the consumer care didnt take the necessary action after complaining....

I just got a new bsnl ftth broadband connection in july account number - *11. I just got my first bill of rs 621 and on 25 august i paid the bill on the link provided by you in your msg.

On this link i clicked on ' click to pay ' option and i was redirected to the payment gateway i paid my bill using my debit card and when the amount got deducted from my account the site crashed and an error message was shown on the screen...
