not getting bsnl upc code

I want to port my number from bsnl to other operator . Though i have sent message to 1900 with port (My mobile no.) i am always getting the reply as "it cannot be processed.Please retry after sometime." i am trying it since 2 days and it is the same.My balance is deducting for every message but j am getting the same response.I want my upc code to be generated and it's an emergency.Please resolve my issue ....

Despite trying to send a sms to 1900 several times i didnt receive the upc code.in fact the message is not getting sent at all and even the consumer care didnt take the necessary action after complaining.

      I have completed all of the formalities for refund of deposit on 25 th june 2018 i.e 27 months before and I pursued the concerned JAO at HYD several times but still the refund of deposit into my A/C so far . Hence I request to arrange to transfer the deposit into my A/C .

        I tried to recharge my bsnl number with rupees 50 on 3.9.20, the money got deducted and transaction is successful but recharge status says failed...
        i want my money back...

            Hi Team,

            I am facing issues with the BSNL broadband connection at my home (Rampur, dist Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh). Our plan started before 10 days but because of their poor installation, we started using the internet after 4 days of starting connection.
            We took a plan for 10mbps Speed but actually we are not getting even 1mbps speed. We trusted BSNL in this Pandemic but it seems like BSNL is trying to get money without providing the service and solution. We have raised complaints and talked to Customer care many times and every time getting a message that problem is resolved but it never resolved.
            For the solution, we talked to local BSNL executive but they are saying this is happening because they don't have the manpower and equipment to help in our area, but my concern is if we are paying the same amount like other city paying then why they can't provide the same facilities to us, we are not compromising in paying money then why we have to adjust with the speed. And if they can't provide the speed as per plan they should clearly mention in the plan that they won't provide speed in rural areas.
            I came home after consulting with these BSNL guys regarding the speed and services but now I'm completely disappointed with the speed and services and the BSNL executives are saying "We can't help you".
            We have completely lost our trust in BSNL.

              Connection No [protected]

              The connection provider at Ambala did not clarify the shifting charges during installation of a new connection inspite of asking.
              Thereafter, demanded ₹1500 for shifting besides ₹300/- which comes in regular bill. This doesn’t seem correct as if the shifting charges are coming in bill, then why additional ₹1500 is necessary.
              On being questioned, he surreptitiously cancelled the request for new connection which was not even requested.
              On further questioning, the service provider is intentionally delaying shifting. The documents for shifting were submitted on 29 Aug 20. The connection has not restarted even after lapse of 5 days. The children are missing out on their online education besides other daily needs.

                My phone number was[protected]. Requested last month to shift my landline from Kovilambakkam to Sadanandapuram, New Perungalthur, Chennai is not still done. From New Perungalthur BSNL one staf talked to me that while sending shifting notice it was mentioned as 74 area code instead of 79 by the BSNL staff where i submitted my request for shifting. Now BSNL staff asked me to go again to Chrompet BSNL and get the correction. My question is why i should work for their internal problems. If not solved by them before a week, I don't mind to forget BSNL connection. My contact no is [protected]

                    As per mentioned subject, I am facing problem regarding sending message to 1900. Initially I thought this is problem arises with all messages, but I tried to text to other number, It is done easily. So I thought the provider stop send message to this Specific Port no. Pls help.

                        I just got a new bsnl ftth broadband connection in july account number - *11. I just got my first bill of rs 621 and on 25 august i paid the bill on the link provided by you in your msg.

                        On this link i clicked on ' click to pay ' option and i was redirected to the payment gateway i paid my bill using my debit card and when the amount got deducted from my account the site crashed and an error message was shown on the screen but amount was deducted from my bank account and i got no message no mail on my email address and when i tried to check on bsnl transaction page i got nothing.

                        From last 5 i have been in contact with the bsnl office employees and they told me to wait for some days so that my payment will be confirmed but today they told me that your payment is not being processed so i will have to pay the bill again.

                        Why should i pay the bill as i have details of amount being deducted from my bank account.

                        Transaction done through debit card on 25 august at 3:29 pm

                        I have already suffered a lot from last few days trying to contact your customer care and bsnl offices but i got negative response from your side.

                        As i have already paid my bill than why i am not getting my bill receipt and why it's not updated in my account.

                        Please solve this matter as i don't want to suffer any more.

                          Dear customer care,

                          I have not used any of your services since march 2020 but i am getting a continuous broadband bill.

                          Due to lockdown, i submitted hardcopy of broadband disconnection application in june 2020 and i have paid rs.4785 till july 2020 without using any of your services.

                          Your employee confirmed my broadband disconnection last month, still i received bill this month.

                          Please help in rectifying this situation.

                              I have done recharge for my mother's bsnl sim which has zero balance with Rs 29 of Freedom_chhota_29 pack through my bsnl app through visa debit card via TechProcess Payment Services wbose transaction id is PGSM[protected] and it was successful but my mother could not get any message from bsnl and it is still showing zero balance with no outgoing calls and messages.So I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and complete my recharge or to refund back the amount.

                                I own two land line connections 23223113 & 23223133. Of this the number 3133 has not been working since several months, yet I keep getting regular bill on line only. I requested for the line to be cancelled by calling up the local JE office, since i do not have any provision for making an on line complaint. If I dial 198 it is an automated complaint reister which will only ask if the phone is working or not. I have not paid the bill for July and August hoping someone will contact me, but I get only automated reminders. Now one phone says it facilities are disconnected for want of payment. I am 69 years old and afraid of going out to any office because of the Covid problem. Please help me to disconnect one line and I will pay whatever balance needs to be paid

                                First your Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad) complaint number [protected] is not working. Second in your toll free number[protected], one can never get to talk to a service executive. If we press 4 for talking to service executive, we simply get a reply "thank you for using BSNL complaint service" and the phone gets cut. WE try again and again it will say "connecting to service executive" but will still get disconnected after around 10-12 seconds. How do you expect to resolve complaints when we cant reach you on the complaints number itself???? Now I have 2 land line numbers[protected], and 23223133. The second number has not been working for the last 3 months and yet I get reminder to pay the bill every month. My local complaints have totally gone unattended. I did not pay for July and August hoping somebodywould contact me. But nobody contacted me, they simply disconnected my phones. I am a customer since 1973 (47 years) and my father was a customer from 1956 (phone number 2560) I would expect that a customer of 47 years standing would get better treatment. I am now 69 years of age and cannot keep running around offices to restore my connection. Please arrange to disconnect 23223133 and restore services to 23223113 and I will pay the necessary charges after restoration.

Now i again wish to use that since i have realised that a majority of my contacts have that number. Can you please restart the sim card? What is the procedure for that & what are the charges?

                                    I was having landline and broadband connection of bsnl. My landline number was[protected]. A/c no. [protected]. And customer id [protected]. I have submitted closure application for this connection on date 19/09/2019 to bopal exchange and also return the instrument on same date. I had also given cancelled bank account cheque in which my deposit refund is to be credited. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that even after completion of 10 months of my submitting closure application i have not received my deposit refund nor i am communicated when i will receive it. I request you to process my deposit refund and credit it, in by bank account. I have send email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in 3 times but have not received any response. Hoping for your kind co-operation.

                                      I am getting the following message from bsnl when i am applying for mnp for no [protected]

                                      Upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                                      Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                                      When i asked the problem they had nothing to tell me

                                      Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                                      Please tell me what should i do now
