We have been regularly making payments for aforesaid phone bill upto jan'20, for which bill was generated in feb'20 and also paid in feb'20. This phone was installed at our office premises. Due to lockdown, the phone was not in use and even we were not getting bill. Thus, we have not used the phone and still fixed rental is coming.

The telephone department refused to accept our letter.

In the meantime, we have installed phone of some other company due to deficiency in service by bsnl.

Now we want our line to get disconnected and reversal of fixed charges levied for lock down period and line disconnected period.

    I have send port request to BSNL but they always deny my port request I don't know why they are not giving me UPC code and when I use to complain at customer care they don't even listen the problem of not getting UPC and cut the call. Please provide me UPC code that is all I want

    When I massage PORT
    to 1900 from my BSNL no. A return massage is received every time saying

    UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    My BSNL SIM is of 12 months old and no pending dues.

    I am repeatedly trying to contact BSNL customer care at [protected] from my BSNL no. but no response.

    Please do some fruitful step such as I can get UPC code to Portout from BSNL.

      I am unable to send message from bsnl to other network from 1 month. I called so my time to customer care regarding this . One of executive registered complaint against this. But when i called after that so many times.Every time they reply your complaint is resolved.

          Even through i have balance and all settings clear from my side, they are not giving data service. I am not getting data services, so i complained to them even though they are not replied. It's been 5 days trying to contact and explaining my problem, but they are not responding to my problem.. they are charging money but not giving the service..

              With reference to the captioned subject this is to be advised that the undersigned have a BSNL landline with broadband connection at our place which is not working for the entire month of May June and first week of July but despite our several complaints the issue has neither been resolved nor the account bill has been waived, We request you to kindly waive our bill for the said period as as we have paid the bill to avoid disconnection but the grievances still exist.

                This is to inform you that outside my house two poles of BSNL.
                One in used by BSNL and working condition otherone in not used by BSNL and used by local cable operator.
                I had to extend my main gate for entrance of four wheeler so please remove unwanted pole so that I can manage accordingly.

                  I have surrendered my landline connection back in 2018 they told me that they required cheque to refund so i have opened a new bank account by depositing 1000 inr in the bank. But still, i am waiting for my refund for the last 2 years. I have visited bsnl office many times but of no use. Even i have been charged by the bank for debit card issuance, quarterly message service. I would like to request you to please help me with my refund i promise you i will not take bsnl service in the future. My number is [protected]

                      My phone is not able to detect my sim(prepaid). I tried putting in a different phone but the sim is still not detected. There is no issue with my phone as my other sim is working fine in both the slots. The sim has stopped working and is not being detected.

                                Hi,
                                On march 16, i've submitted a disconnection letter to bsnl office in mavelikara. They checked the account, as it was 700 rupees deposit, he told me to bring the passbook attached which i did and he said it will processed within 1 week. We were out of town for 3 months, and when i reached home and checked the phone sms there was a message from the bsnl that pay the pending bill.
                                I don't know how careless they are as i’ve submitted the request 4 month ago

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      Due to corona i left chennai on march this year, at that time the bill was rs. 892 which was due by 31.3.2020, i didn’t pay. The internet service was disconnected by bsnl for not paying the bill. But i am still getting bills even after the disconnection. As on today (14.8.20) the bill is rs. 4365.
                                      I couldn’t disconnect the line when leaving chennai, and its not a easy procedure. The procedure is first i have to pay the bill, second go to bsnl office in poonthamalle and give a request letter to disconnect. Is it possible to achieve that in the middle of pandemic. I couldn’t even go to work from cuddalore to chennai and out of job. But bsnl is sending bills even after the disconnection. I am happy to pay the bills that i have used which can be seen by bsnl computer (How much data i have been using). I don’t want to pay the bill even after disconnection.
                                      I spoke with customer care, when i asked about the billing complaint she didn’t had any information for billing, so i asked a higher officials mail or phone contacts to make a complaint. She asked me to wait online for few minute then left and i waited for more than 40 min she didn’t come back and didn’t share any contact to complaint. Is she doing on her own to make a customer to wait 40 min or is it a part of bsnl trying to avoid higher official complaints. Either way i request you to take official on the customer care person, for treating customer like idiot, making me to wait on line for 40 min to avoid to give information about higher official numbers to complaint. I was on call from my cell no. From 12.20 pm, kindly check attachment and if possible check recorded voice from customer care person am getting bills like this because of ignorant person like this.
                                      It is having unfair billing (When i asked customer care they told me it was computer generated and they cannot do anything. So bsnl computers are generating bills without human setting the bill procedure, must be a advanced computer) and complicated and unpractical disconnection procedure and there is no way one can pause their connection. All of them are designed by bsnl official to get money in the form of billing from customer, i can’t believe this is the govt. Organization is doing that. As i mentioned earlier i am happy to pay the bill that i have used. Only online payment is possible. Kindly make online disconnection possible and pls don’t drag us to ignorant bsnl office for everything. Kindly do the needful.
