My landline is not working for last 5 months. I had raised a complaint in february - no body attended it. Later i figured out that it was marked as "resolved" in the status and i raised another complaint in march. Same thing - it was marked resolved and i raised another complaint on 29th july. I also contacted the ae and he assured me that this will be looked into. Till date nobody had contacted me or this is not resolved...

My landline and broad band has not been repaired and is still completely out of order.
The landline and broadband is out of order since 26.05.2020.
I have paid the bill for month of may till 31.05.2020. The phone is still out of order but have received full bill for month of june 2020 also. No efforts have been made to repair the landline and broadband connection. I have tried all possible means to complain...
