When i contacted jto of bsnl office at srikakulam he gave a number to contact the person who is not a bsnl employee and he charged me1500 for instalation for bsnl fibernet where it is actually 250/-, and there was a customer next to my house connected with bsnl fibernet when we informed this to jto he said to bargain to 500 or 1000 which is purely out of rules. Requesting you to please get this fix properly and need your quick response. Regarding this i have complaint so many to my local BSNL office past one month no one has take actions.
